Kayla was a very sweet and attentive wait staff and she had the best attitude. It's beautiful w the decor and you can also go shopping for furniture, furniture, and interior design. So I give a five stars for the beautiful skylight in the interior, indoor outdoor field room where you can dine and drink with many chandeliers and trees and you also have indoor seating where the ambience is really warm not dark at all colonial windows for light and lots of seating when you're waiting on the couches and the furniture right outside the restaurant. I've been here twice and loved each moment! Everything is quality here. We bought my sons cabin bed when he was maybe 7, he's 13yrs now, and our 5yr old twins have used this bed. Now my daughter calls it her castle bed lol. The treasure chest is so sturdy! We ask grabbed bean bags and they haven't welted yet! I slept in these when I was pregnant, raised our babies in them, and now they sit in them to play video games. The value is very much worth the price! I never had a desire to pay maitre d's to seat me immediately, or to even get a seat. If you plan a trip to this restaurant you better make a reservation early. If you don't have a reservation, if anything is available most likely it will be in the wine cellar area. It's not a bad area, it's quieter than the open restaurant and it doesn't have the ambiance but it's relaxing. It's usually a few tables empty however, they do not try and squeeze guest in before a reservation is coming. Restoration Hardware has taken the venture into food and now on the east coast they have opened a hotel. Based off of the food here I think they will be successful. We ordered a burger and salad. The burger was fantastic however the salad was average. The salad being average is the only reason for 4 stars versus 5. This is my third or fourth time eating here and I have never been disappointed. If you like good food and checking out some nice furniture, make a stop here. read more

Beautiful! My told my husband if we lived in Chicago I would have gotten engagement photos on the staircases. Great place to look around and take photos. We where meeting call leagues for dinner so we didn't go shopping but I am assuming buying furniture here is pretty expensive. One of the room is just full of rows of swatches and patterns and finishes. Seriously a designers eye candy! Then she laughs and walks away and goes downstairs Now we didn't think too much of it at first, laughed, and thought how weird. But when we went to the next floor below approx 7 mins later, the same woman was sitting down at a Table. She was on her laptop seated with other coworkers (who were more hospitable) and said nastily: "Mmm, Still haven't found anything for free yet" and laughs. Now, am I understanding that this classist woman is unhappy with her life and needs to put others down to feel better about herself. This is the type of employees they allow in their RH Design department? How pitiful. And the sad part is we have money, we're from California hello.. My friends work in High Tech $$$ And I am an Executive Chef. So no, we don't dress "super fancy". We were making a list of items to purchase but After that experience?? hell no. We'll take our money somewhere else. This is why you don't judged based on appearances. You never know who you're talking to. Who would've thought one could find in a Restoration Hardware and have a lovely meal in a beautiful atrium? The wine list is great, and the menu, while not extensive, has some good items on it. Vegetarian options are available... vegans would have a tough time eating here. We started with the burrata and the artichokes- both delicious. Do you like paying high prices for greasy spoon food? Then go to RH. Even the fish is swimming in butter, fries are greasy, any sandwich with bacon is greasy, mashed potatoes are like baby food. Maybe the salads are not greasy but most other things were. And service is average at best. Gorgeous restaurant/gallery! My understanding is that this location is one of, if not the OG. You'll find the typical gallery around the circumference of the restaurant space. We went for lunch and it was packed under the gorgeous chandelier fixtures with glass roofing. You won't be able to walk in, highly recommend reservations. Came from Miami and had to get some beautiful pictures here and some drinks, we ended up staying for a Friday brunch! We were sat in the courtyard with a stunning view of the inside while also enjoying the outside. We were helped by Cutter was very helpful in guiding us around our options and the menu. For drinks We ordered a matcha latte with oat milk, a chai tea latte, and a hot chocolate. All of it was exceptional !they arrived so fast to our table we loved it and the matcha you could taste was the real deal and not a knock off or cheaper version. It taste just as it should. The hot chocolate was out of this world so so so good. For lunch entrees we had grilled cheese with fries , a baby gem salad and chicken and scrambled eggs with sourdough. Everything was perfect and came out quickly and was a big portion. We were worried the prices would mean small portions but it wasn't like that at all!! Although several of the reviews are for the 3 Arts Cafe (which I will review separately on their Yelp page), my review is for the actual furniture store. This location is THE mothership of all Restoration Hardwares! There are 5 floors filled with beautiful furniture which is decorated and placed in a way that is aesthetically pleasing in every way possible. After hearing rave reviews about this location, my husband and I booked a trip to Chicago to get some #homeinspo for our new home (yes, I know we're extra). Our design consultant was Chris Moreno and he was easygoing during our experience. He wasn't pushy and navigated us through the store to check out different style couches (which is what we ended up purchasing along with other living room pieces) and also provided insight with other furniture that we were interested in. Our purchase was swift and although the furniture is made-to-order, we received everything a couple of weeks ahead of the guaranteed delivery timeframe. The best thing about this location is that there's a bar and cafe with wine, beer, and a variety of different coffees and pastries, which you can take around as you look and/or shop. read more

I made reservations for a Friday at lunchtime and we had a great experience. The place was bustling but their layout felt like we had our own space. Our reservations were for the bar area which was nice and quiet although not the main seating scene most people desire when going to RH. If you make reservations be aware of if you are getting the "bar area" seating. I love the burger but we tried the grilled cheese and the Caesar salad which was great but basic - next time I am definitely ordering the burger again. read more

Amazing! While visiting CHICAGO my husband and I discovered this CAFE by accident. Is a hidden gem. Honestly, is not just beautiful but the food is delicious and the service is excellent. Decided to stop in here to get some coffee. This is normally a furniture store but 7 year ago they also added a Cafe. The store has some amazing furniture options. The 5 story building has different types of furniture in each floor. While the furniture itself is on a pricy side, each item is unique that I have not seen anywhere else. The Cafe is amazing and you can stay here for hours. The coffee was good but their hot chocolate is best in town. If in store you have to get the hot chocolate.
