A LOOSE (and leaking) TAIL LIGHT. 3. A LICENSE PLATE THAT FLAPS IN THE BREEZE & CAN'T BE TIGHTENED. 4. SEVERAL MISSING CONNECTORS (a few replaced by hex bolts, WTF?) 5. BUFFED OFF ALL OF THE PAINT FROM THE SPOILER (i told them to clean up their mess this time, and so they over buffed it. The scratch looked better than all of the above problems, they are terrible. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR NICE CAR, YOU WILL REGRET IT. The manager is a professional liar. He will nod and tell you whatever you want to hear and then turn around and cut corners. I wish I could give them 0 stars, 1 star is too high.

I was initially very pleased with how our car turned out. We had the exterior only done as we…read morebought a used car and it had some scratches and blemishes. They were able to remove about 80% of the scratches and blemishes and it looked great. However, the treatment they used on all the black plastic looked great but as it has washed away there is a white haze on the plastic. This usually happens when polish and/or wax are put on the plastic which anyone that details knows you don't do as it will leave a white haze and it is very difficult to remove if it can be removed. So in short, the result after 30 days has made the car look worse than it did to begin with. I normally do my own detailing but had neck surgery so that is not something I was physically up to doing. Yes, they did the work I paid for but the quality in the end was terrible. Now I have to figure out how to fix it if it can be fixed.

When I finally got my car back it didn't look right. The doors popped when you opened them, the fenders looked off and the hood was crooked. I sent it back a few times. Never did get it right. I know wrecked car never the same but at least try to get to look good. Lots of excuses and subpar work.
