I scheduled a pickup with Resupply for donated furniture items. They charged me $10 for a "scheduling interview". We confirmed a pickup with a 4-hour time window. They didn't show up. They didn't contact me to say there was a problem. After numerous attempts I finally got someone to respond. I agreed to reschedule for the next day at the same time. Again, they didn't show up. No communication from them at all. No response to any of my texts. They're terrible. The whole things reeks of a scam. AVOID. read more

This company stood me up today. They continuously ignored my text and calls. My window for pickup was from noon to 4pm. At 5pm someone responded by text that they did not have anyone available for my area today. Here is the text: Dear Anthony, We want to sincerely apologize that we are no longer able to fulfill the pickup request of your donations for Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas. We here at ReSupply truly appreciate and thank you for your willingness to donate valuable goods to support those in need. Although we are a national organization, we may not be able to find an available logistics partner for the date, time, or location requested for pickup through our priority pickup service. Since we are unable to fulfill your request, you will be refunded the booking fee of $10.00; please allow 7 - 10 business days for the funds to reflect as available in your bank account. Again, we sincerely apologize for our inability to assist further in completing this most important donation pickup. Scheduled a pick up and on the date of service no-one from this company ever called or showed up. I waited around all day and not even a courtesy call to update me about what was going on. Then I rescheduled the delivery only to find out that they updated my quote from $144 and wanted to charge me $754 to donate my items! Completely unacceptable! I found a company that did the service for less than half of what this company tried to charge. I thought they were in the business of helping people donate items to those who would benefit, but apparently not, it seems like they are only in business to make money. Resupply gave us a quote of 486 to remove the furniture from my mother-in-law's assisted living. They were given an accurate, detailed list of the contents. When they arrived, the quote suddenly morphed to 942, allegedly because the small sofa was a pull out bed. (We were not aware of this fact.) Granted, a pull out does weigh more that a traditional sofa, but nearly five hundred dollars more??? I have my doubts. Forgive me for saying so, because no doubt everyone at this "veteran owned organization" has the morals of a saint, but this reeks of a bait and switch. First time I scheduled, they texted me 30 minutes before the 4-hour window would expire, saying they were helping an elderly couple move (not sure why it would matter). I couldn't wait all day (already waited 3.5h), so I rescheduled for 2 days out. The day they were supposed to come pick up, they were 10 minutes past the 4-hour window before I received a call, saying they would need 30 minutes. They showed up 45 minutes late. When the guys came in to look at the dresser I had for donation, they took a picture, sent it to their manager, and got on the phone with him. Then they handed me the phone to talk to the manager, who said my estimate was off, and that they would need to charge a recycling fee of $80. Funny, since I wasn't recycling it. It was going straight to donation to the Salvation Army. I said forget it and asked if I get my $10 reservation fee back, and they said no. * TL;DR version - lack of proper communication - late (twice in a row) - price uplift - bull crap fee Terrible experience. read more

Pricing is ridiculous! I listed 6 head/foot boards with rails and slats - each piece light enough to pick up by one person and they changed it to 12 large items - each piece listed as a large item for a total cost of $497! And the items were all outside already. DO NOT USE! read more

I recent requested a pick up a week and half ago for a pickup of items to be donated to GoodWill. They notified me 12 minutes after my timeframe of when the driver was supposed to pick up the item. the excuse was "due to unforeseen circumstances" They asked me if tomorrow would work, I replied to the text stating yes June 2nd would work. I still have not heard back from them if this date has been updated, I just tried to call them to get some understanding of the status of my pick up. It has been super poor communication and no offers from them to give me a discount or anything. If i cancelled an appointment with a company after my scheduled time had started, everyday person would normally still be responsible for a fee or be charged a fee. Donating to a non profit should not be this difficult . Next steps will be to contact the BBB, if they don't contact me back. read more

I am in the Cleveland Ohio area and I reached out to ReSupply to donate some of the items at my parent's old apartment. They were scheduled to come between 12PM and 4PM and they showed up at 6:30PM. They were going to to charge $50 for each item they determined to be be trash, and this would have added an extra $500 to the bill. The movers were efficient, but they were not friendly or at all apologetic about the timing, and were a bit rude. Next time I will just lug it out to the curb, and save myself time and trouble and $380.00. I hope my story is an outlier, but I would never recommend this service to anyone based on my frustrating (and pricey) experience. read more

In July 2025, ReSupply sent a contracted driver to pick up sofas from my house. I had contacted Goodwill for the pick-up, but they contract with ReSupply. Apparently, ReSupply uses contracted drivers. I told the driver, several times, he and his team could take apart the large sofa in order to get it up the stairs and out of my house. Instead, the contracted driver and his team "shoved" the sofa up the stairs and through doorways, causing significant damage to my carpet, walls, and 2 doors. I now have a bill for almost $8,700 in repairs to my home, and neither ReSupply nor the contracted driver have provided me with any compensation for the damage they caused. read more

It seems not showing up is a common issue with this company. See other reviews. They didn't show up during the 4 hour window confirmed. Then I was told they were on their way within the hour. They never showed up. I wasted 5 hours waiting for them. It's better to contact Goodwill, Salvation Army or the many other organization who will take your donation directly. read more

Used this service in Cambridge, MA. They did arrive in the timeframe they stated, which I thought would make moving easier. Quote from website was $150 to pick up loveseat. When they got there they said it would be $180, then charge to my credit card was $209.68. I feel they totally took ripped me off then I could have give away the loveseat for free and saved $209. read more

Terrible stay away. Initially the process went well unfortunately the movers damaged my wall and door frame. I notified 8573424937 to notify of issue. After an initial response I am no longer receiving a response on how the damage will be addressed. Terrible. I think if there's so many reviews describing the same awful experience with this company that maybe management should start to pay attention. Had a 12-4 window specified. They missed that and called to ask if they could come at 6. I said sure, I can meet you there (donating items from my mother's place who had just passed) if you call me when you're on your way. Went home and waited. No call at 6. Called back to the same number the driver had called me from and the voice mail box was full. At 7:30, got a text saying they were on their way. No ETA provided, so I texted back and requested one. They said 7:59. They showed up at 8:10, no apologies for being 4 hours late past the pick up window, just a prolonged explanation of how they cannot determine when they'll show up because people add on items that they're unaware of when they book. What exactly is the point of having a customer select a time window when you rarely can honor it? The website shows pictures of items in each size category that you use to develop your estimate. The on-site estimate in my case was $100 higher because the driver disagreed with the website. I won't even get into the exchange I had with one crew member who felt I was rude for questioning both the lateness and the cost. This company has no respect for their customers. Hire anyone but these people. Carry your donations on your back to deliver them to charity if you need to but don't subject yourself to this type of treatment. I wish I had read the Yelp and BBB reviews before contacting them and wish there was a way to give negative stars. One is too many. read more

Terrible experience...please don't use this company. My husband just waited for six hours for the driver and they never showed up. You are only able to receive updates via text, there is no way to speak to a live person. They could not locate the driver and just kept telling him they would provide updates. After six hours of no information and run around by text, we just decided to cancel. They take your money up front and then never show. I had an awful experience with Resupply. They called me the night before my scheduled delivery to provide pick-up details and assured me that the driver would call when they arrived at my place. However, the driver never called. Instead, I later received an email stating that the driver had come by, even though no attempt to contact me was made at the time. Trying to reach Resupply's customer support was frustrating. There is no live assistance--only email and text messaging are available. When the driver eventually did call, I was shocked by their behavior. They began cursing at me, calling me various insulting names, and even told me to "go to hell." After the call, the driver continued to send offensive text messages, which was extremely distressing and unprofessional. I am disappointed and appalled by Resupply's lack of reliable communication and the abusive conduct of their driver. I requested a pickup from Re/Supply within a 24 hour period. They sent a third party moving company who texted me on the day of to pay the "estimate" of $300 for a pickup of boxes of toys and books. There is no reason for a company helping local organizations that, in turn, help the poor to charge this much from anyone. This is not the right business model. I had an appt on 4/18 between 12 and 4pm and made sure my 2 kitties were put in the bathroom so they wouldn't get out as my furniture , China and housewares were leaving my townhouse. Horrible experience. Resupply was 5 hours late picking up my items (LA Junk). Delayed me twice leaving me stranded outdoors in the heat. Then came, picked up my items, which were less than I had originally estimated, and charged me double the price. LA Junk arrived loaded with items. Could hardly fit my donated stuff in the back of the truck. Then they failed to secure the items properly and I later saw the LA Truck pulled over on a major street in LA because one of my donated items had fallen out. These were expensive items. No one showed, no one called to tell me anything and then when I called them, no one answered the phone. The sales side did, but they couldn't help me. They finally responded hours later, but no one had reached out to anyone to see if they could pick up the next day. I had to schedule another provider because I couldn't rely on them. The absolute worst disposal company. They didn't reach out until the night of my pickup to confirm we were set for tomorrow. Alright, a little late but nice to finally have some confirmation. Then the day of the pickup, 1 hour into my scheduled pickup window, they call saying it will be $70 more than they quoted me because the charity in my area doesn't accept furniture. Weird, because you would've thought that already would have been baked into the quote since they asked for my address and literally listed the charity everything would be donated to right away. But I agree to the increase anyway. They send an email confirming the price increase and saying the pickup will proceed that afternoon as scheduled. Then the pickup window comes and goes with complete silence. No one shows up. I reach out to customer service two hours later, and they finally respond an hour after (if you're following along, now we are 3 hours after the pickup window), purportedly recopying the email they sent from this morning. The email is exactly the same, except they changed the bottom, which now says that the pickup cannot be scheduled for today and asks for new dates that work for me. At this point I feel like I'm in an alternate reality, but sure enough I go back and reread the original email they sent in the morning and it confirms the pickup as we had originally scheduled. So their customer service literally tried to gaslight me into thinking they asked to reschedule in the morning, when they in fact had not. Unbelievable really! read more

I filled out the form and detailed the furniture items to be picked and donated to the Salvation Army. They gave me the price and charged $15 on my credit card immediately to hold the spot. The "receipt" said to write a check for the remaining $218.00. We had a BR set and 2 recliners. We agreed and set up a pick up date. We received several different texts from different #'s....They came to pick up the furniture, which went ok. Then after they had all the furniture loaded, they said they couldn't take the check because it would cost more!??! They automatically charged my credit card $347.00!! We recently hired ReSupply to pick up our donation of 32 pieces of furniture in anticipation of a move. The first red flag was that only 2 guys showed up in a van with a trailer. I was expecting some kind of moving truck! They were the most unprofessional, unprepared bunch of amateurs that I've had the misery of dealing with. They could not figure out how to get our TV console and sofa sectional up the stairs and out of our basement. I said, "perhaps we should remove the railing, as I don't think the furniture will clear the space." So after removing the railing, they proceeded to damage and scuff our walls (right before a home sale...) and break one of the railing mount brackets. Which I had to later fix.... Then when it came to disassembling the queen sized bed in the master bedroom, they didn't have the right tools to loosen the bolts and told me they can't take the bed. They scuffed the walls in the upstairs hallway too (which were just painted for a home sale!!) One of the staff was rude with an attitude and I heard him cursing. It was obvious he didn't want to be doing this job and even said he wants to go home. They had to make two trips because they didn't have enough room in their van and trailer. Then when it came time to dropping off to Goodwill, they said Goodwill wouldn't accept most of our items. I honestly don't know what (if anything) reached any charitable organization, or if it was just taken to the dump. This was really good quality furniture that could have found a new home. Seriously, what kind of business is this? I was able to negotiate them removing the costs for the bed they weren't able to disassemble and take, as well as the damage to the walls. He took off another item too for the trouble. However, this ended up being an all day affair, and a colossal waste of almost $850 of my hard earned pay. SHAME ON YOU ReSupply for portraying and branding yourself as a "Veteran-founded" company. Here am I thinking "oh, they must be highly trained and experienced logisticians, with a proven track record moving large amounts of equipment and personnel in and out of theater." Boy, was I wrong. What an awful, disingenuous, and deceptive business model. They even show pictures of their staff in uniform on their website. They must subcontract out to any clown who has a truck, regardless of their ability or experience. The reviews on their site must be cherry-picked, because THERE ARE NO GOOGLE.COM REVIEWS, as they don't have a Google business page. And the "4.94 star excellent" reviews from REVIEWS.IO on their site takes you to a link that says they don't have reviews for ReSupply, Inc. They have charged my credit card and now I have to file a dispute to get my money back. I would highly recommend not using ReSupply. ReSupply arranges for movers to pick up gently used items from households and to transport the items to donation centers such as Habitat for Humanity ReStore. ReSupply's employees and partners are often veterans of the military. About two weeks ago, I scheduled a pickup for a dresser. The dresser was large and heavy and on the top floor of my house. On ReSupply's website, I selected my preferred day for the pickup. The cost estimate for the dresser, which required two movers going down two flights of stairs, was about $164. Prices vary based on number of movers, number of staircases, any special equipment needed, and any disassembly with tools. (Please note that if your items are outside or near outside, such as in a garage, you can schedule pickup for free directly through Habitat for Humanity ReStore.) ReSupply communicated through emails, text messages, and phone calls about the appointment. On the day of the pickup, a mover called to inform me that he was about 20 minutes away from my house. Three licensed and insured movers arrived in two trucks, a junk truck and a U-Haul. Two movers were needed to carry my dresser down my stairs and outside to the U-Haul truck. The movers did a good job with carrying the heavy dresser and not bumping and damaging my walls. The third mover seemed to be a supervisor, and he processed my payment. Two of the three movers wore face masks, which I think are important during the pandemic. One suggestion that I have is for the U-Haul truck to be larger, because the two movers spent about 25 minutes removing and repositioning other customers' furniture so they could fit my dresser into the truck. Another suggestion is to update my pickup date in the emails and text messages, because my pickup date was moved up by one day, but I still received notifications about the original date. read more
