Chelsea was super fast to respond and got me in for appointments quickly. She was very flexible since I didn't know what exact date my dress would come in. Chelsea was so friendly and super knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. My dress required quite a bit of alteration including completely rebuilding the sleeves and adding a corset but Chelsea did amazing and you couldn't even tell there had been any changes. read more

Chelsea is truly the best there is. I've been her client for over 5 years. Between a busy child, a husband who is hard on his clothes and in my case a short inseam we are frequently in need of mending and alterations. Chelsea has fixed my threadbare favorite denim shirt at least 3 times. She fixes split seams and replaces popped buttons. I always have a small pile of items to take into her at Nikki Jane boutique in downtown Newberg where she meets clients. Most things don't need to be measured so I often drop off/pick up without even seeing Chelsea. It's my understanding that she alters wedding dresses and formalwear. Absolutely blown away with my dress alterations. Chelsea was amazing- her customer service and passion for what she does showed greatly when she met with me. She made me feel so welcomed and that I was the center of attention to get what I needed. I live in Cali and had to travel in order to get my dress altered and Chelsea made it so easy for me. Chelsea is a fabric re-working master! I came to see her with a hot-mess on my hands. I was given a horrible looking work uniform that was made even worse with terrible alterations from a different location. After reading a Facebook community post about ReThread, I scheduled a fitting to see if anything could be done to fix my uniform. Chelsea's bright attitude, smile, and can-do spirit assured me that not all hope was lost. After a couple of tweaks, I now have the best fitting uniform out of everyone on our cast! No one can believe it is the same dress. My husband was so impressed, he even had Chelsea alter some of his favorite shirts so that they fit his broader shoulders and chest but look trimmer thru the waist and trunk. She did an amazing job.
