Doctor would not see me until $200 payment was collected. - Would/could not tell me the cost of the procedure they recommended - Scheduled said procedure without insurance authorization - Cancelling appointment was a nightmare due to lack of internal communication (called back to confirm and was told they never received my scheduling request, though I was previously told it was entered into the system).

Other physicians and PAs have suggested allergy medications, ointments and ocular specialists. Failing to find such a physician in my own service, I chose a specialist based on Yelp and Google reviews.
