Found this little gem on Yelp when looking for a brunch spot after church. The entire staff was super helpful and kind. The menu has a wide variety for everyone. I'm a meet and potatoes kind of guy but the fake sausage was maybe better than the real thing! The entire location leans into its names sake pointing patrons to scripture and offering to pray for you via small notepads if you'd like to leave a prayer request. The sweet potato wedges and dipping sauce are amazing, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The mustard like dipping sauce must have crack in it as I'd have eaten it with a spoon. The avocado toast and breakfast sandwiches were all exceptional with great combinations of flavor. The serving sizes are not overly generous but are perfect for lunch. We'd definitely come back!

We ABSOLUTELY loved this place! Large portions, attention to detail with all healthy and natural ingredients, super nice staff!

This café is such a breath of fresh air--peaceful atmosphere, uplifting spirit, and truly clean, quality food that nourishes both body and soul. I had the Greek omelette, and it was everything I hoped for: light, flavorful, and full of fresh veggies. The feta added just the right touch of saltiness, while the cool tzatziki and fresh tomato topping made it feel vibrant and Mediterranean. The sweet potato fries on the side were crisp and not greasy--definitely a nice, clean alternative to the usual. Even the toast and butter felt thoughtfully chosen. The avocado toast was a beautiful presentation and just as delicious. Creamy avocado layered with thick tomato slices and a perfectly cooked egg on hearty multigrain bread--finished off with a sweet and tangy balsamic drizzle that pulled everything together. Every bite felt intentional and fresh. It's clear this café puts care into every part of the experience. You can feel the love in the food, the faith in the atmosphere, and the focus on wholesome living. Highly recommend!

My first time eating here. It's closed on Mondays. The woman at checkout was very nice. Very friendly. They have plenty of gluten free options. My meal was yummy, healthy and very nicely presented. The inside is casual, kind of like a little coffee shop. I really like the coffee they use for their latte. It was a nice first experience.

I loved the fact that they are a Christian cafe so decided to head over here after church. Was a little disappointed to see that it is a vegan and gluten free cafe, but that's a personal thing. We still stuck around and got the pancakes. They were gluten free but were still pretty good, they had a different texture and were more dense but that's because of the gluten free. They have meat substitutes and egg substitutes I believe. On the tables they have a notepad to write any prayer requests and you can read them and pray for people who visited before you. It was nice to try out but I wish there were at least some non-vegan options.

I have seen revelations Café, but had never been. Had some family visiting from out of town, read great reviews, and decided to give it a shot. It was steady, but not crowded at least on a weekday. Staff was exceptionally friendly, and explained a lot of detail of different options. So much so that one of our group decided to try their omelette made with vegan eggs which are made from mung beans. The coffee and latte were very good as well. If there's two of you, it's definitely a good deal to get the 20 ounce and split it. You have your choice of almond milk, oat, etc. at no extra charge. The place is very relaxed, you feel you can just have conversations and feel fairly private. They have a prayer wall where you can put notes up, and they actually have a prayer room where you can pull the door closed and have a quiet seat to yourself. For those of you that follow Bobby Parrish, this place would be BobbyApproved! For those of you that have no idea what I'm talking about, he breaks down a lot of products and what ingredients are in them that are not good for us. Revelations café uses very high quality products and they make a very delicious meal! I had the blueberry pancake carpenters breakfast with regular eggs, Pasture raised, nice orange color yolk, sweet potato fries are delicious, and the pancake was fantastic. The mung bean greek omelette was a winner !! it looked delicious and I will be trying that "with regular eggs for me", but looked delicious. Everyone was thrilled with their meal, the service was relatively fast, and just knowing that you were getting high-quality ingredients, no seed oils Or other crap just makes it that much better. Of course it makes it that much better because it taste delicious as well! Even if you get a breakfast that has toast on the side, it is sprouted bread! That's fantastic! And much appreciated. Get a side of the maple butter, honestly, you won't hardly use any syrup on your pancake! If you're doing some sort of smoothie with a protein powder, they are using Orgain organic powder, just an fyi lol. Overall, I am super impressed with this place and will be back. Having a wholesome well-made meal with quality ingredients is just a winner! All their baked items have the ingredients listed right on the window. If I had anything that was less positive to say it would be that the cupcake I got to go Was a little dry ... that being said it was made with almond flour, and I know almond flour can dry out super easy! And it still had a great flavor! But if you get a baked item, make sure you are used to almond flour or coconut flour,and read the ingredients listed. Some people do not do well with the texture of almond flour, so just be aware of that before you make any judgments. I will be back again, and have to try the fig and goat cheese flatbread.

Such an awesome change of pace when looking for a new brunch spot in the North Tampa area..It was a breath of fresh air to see such an awesome health option packed menu as well as some tasty coffee drink options. The owner was on hand to take our order with a smile and great customer service. We ended up getting the Greek omelet which was packed with the right amount of veggies and super tasty feta cheese. The fresh brew coffee topped it off and complimented my breakfast perfectly. They have a quiet/ prayer room in the back which is perfect for those who want that perfect place to reflect and take things in.. They also have a prayer wall which was nice to see prayers and thoughts from other as well as the change to write something for someone else who may come along and need some cheer... all in all I am so glad we stopped in and I am sure we will be back in the near future... Amen..

I decided to finally try this place after two friends recommended it. Here are my thoughts after my visit: 1. **Ambiance:** The atmosphere is very Christian, which felt a bit overwhelming for me, but to each their own. 2. **Menu:** I found the menu confusing and hard to read. It could definitely benefit from being simplified and cleaned up. 3. **Celiac Disease Awareness:** I have celiac disease, which is why we chose this place since they offer gluten-free options. However, the staff member taking my order didn't seem familiar with what celiac disease is. If you offer gluten-free food, your entire staff should be trained to handle allergy-related questions. It's important to reassure guests that the kitchen takes necessary precautions, like changing gloves and using clean utensils. For example, when I asked if there was a separate toaster for the gluten-free bread, she didn't know and had to ask someone else. 4. **Food & Price:** We ordered two gluten-free avocado toasts (one with an egg), a kids' meal, and a juice, and our total was around $60. I found this price to be extremely high for what we received. For comparison, Crafe Kafe in St. Pete, a 100% gluten-free restaurant, offers more food for the same price. The meal was underwhelming, with soggy bread (I'm pretty sure they use Udi's gluten-free white bread). I recommend switching to Canyon Bakehouse bread, which I believe is the closest to tasting like real bread. Also, the avocado toast came with only half an avocado on two slices of bread--please use a whole avocado for this dish. Overall, I'm happy to see a café in Lutz offering gluten-free options, especially since the gluten-free dining scene in Tampa Bay is limited. While I'm glad we gave it a try, it's not a place we'll return to. I'll stick to Craft Kafe in St. Pete for my gluten-free breakfast fix.

Vegan/vegetarian new restaurant in Lutz shopping center. The center is busy as it has many other establishments but there is a decent amount of parking. I ordered a "chicken" buffalo wrap. I was very surprised to find out the chicken is made with mushrooms and egg whites. It tasted just like a chicken nugget. I was impressed and would order again. The corn chowder although fresh and overwhelming flavor of only dare I say corn and heavy cream. Although I know cream was not used those are the only two flavors I could pick up on. The Americano I had was good, nothing special. Not quite sure where they source their beans and blends from. Nice option for a simple lunch if you are in the area. read more

I loved finding this place while running my errands! I was looking for a healthy meal sans meat and this place popped up. I have been seeing it for a while, so I am happy I got the chance to try it. They have a big space on the corner near where the publix is. Their menu is extensive offering a wide variety of vegan/vegetarian options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like how they offer breakfast all day too! Their juices are made to order and they have nature elderberry syrup to fight away sickness! Today I got a juice and the impossible burger. I appreciated how they offered the impossible and beyond burger as an option. I ordered the peace juice as well. Everything tasted great! The burger was very flavorful and you cannot tell the difference. To top it off, I got a vegan chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was huge and moist! I am so glad more options are popping up that are healthy in this area. read more

I adore this place. The food is always made fresh and they put effort into making the food look and taste amazing. They are extremely accommodating for vegans and vegetarians. They also offer gluten free options. The coffee here is great too! They offer multiple milk alternatives and a list of flavors. I recommend the lavender iced coffee. A lot of top mark reviews and a few mixed reviews prove the point that Revelation Cafe is targeted towards patrons of certain sets of values and preference when it comes to what they eat or don't eat. I would advise you look up their menu (see link on this restaurant listing on yelp) before you decide to step in. The atmosphere, menu items, and service; all are geared towards helping patrons feel good about their eating and experience here. I had the "MARIBEL'S INFAMOUS GUAC WITH CHIPS & HOME-MADE SALSA" which was served with fresh tasting guacamole and crisp fresh chips. The portion of guacamole is fit for 3 or more adults to enjoy without feeling skimped, aka large portion. The "PEACE" juice was well balanced with Beet, Blueberry, Apple and Cucumber. There was no overpowering taste of one ingredient over the other. My main course, "Jackfruit Carnitas Burrito" was a collection of flavor explosion -- mixed with black beans, corn, cheddar cheese, guac, salsa & dollops of crema on the side (see pic). The portion was good size that of a satisfying lunch where you are not lefty stuffed and you feel satisfied. The staff were attentive and the co-owner who took the order was very helpful in helping navigate the menu. All-in-all a great first experience and I need to return to try more of the other items on their menu. read more

A vegan breakfast house where you can find everything including GF options nut milks just egg GF pastries GF pancakes lattes and yummy choices. Get the GF avocado toast with an oat milk latte. Try it all you'll be blessed and feel great knowing your meal is 100% cruelty free! read more

I know you're freaking out right now seeing the two stars but I'm sorry, I give real reviews so here we go. The good: clean, nice and bright, friendly staff, completely vegetarian with lots of vegan options as well as dairy free if that's your thing. I'm sure the high reviews is because people get excited simple because these options exist. Here's were it gets bad: the actual food. We had the Greek omelette. Completely over cooked. I mean eggs were so dry I had to drink coffee after each sip (which is no free refills by the way even for drip coffee). If you don't want to serve meat on your menu, fine I can respect that but then you must be able to serve me my only non soy protein option properly cooked! I'm sorry but that is just the truth! If they can figure out how to cook an omelette I'm willing to try them again but until then I'm not too excited about eating here. read more

Phenomenal ingredients, flavor combinations, & nutritional value wrapped up in an almost pretty presentation! Who needs meat!!! Six categories of people can be found here: vegans, vegetarians, organics, non-GMO-ers, Christians, & just ANYONE who appreciates fresh wholesome ingredients & creative dishes & beverages. I considered giving four stars due to cost, but w/ speciality foods comes higher prices-- a lack of additives & preservatives always equates to higher prices. For what I received taste wise & health wise, the extra cost is negligible. I'm so happy I stopped in! Ordered the Crazy Nanners smoothie because it contained no milk-- no almond milk, no unsweetened almond milk, & no homemade oat milk. This 16 oz drink for $5 was absolutely delicious! Soooo incredibly flavorful! The drink contains strawberries, banana, pecan butter, cinnamon, raw honey, & coconut water. See pic. (On another visit, I ordered it again & brought one home to freeze. The owner stated that to enhance the natural flavors, no ice is used w/ any of the smoothies. It's the first smoothie I've ever frozen that tastes just as good upon thawing. The Crazy Nanners is by far the BEST smoothie I've ever tasted.) Ordered two Energy Mouth Fulls (coconut & choc chip, even though the flavors change regularly). When I Unsure of what ingredients are included in each other than oats & raw honey, but the energy ball I ate was wonderful! Just packed w/ flavor! (Each small ball costs $2.) See pic. When I returned, I bought two Protein Balls, also @ $2 each-- & also delicious. Last, but definitely not least, was the Jackfruit Burrito for $12. It was large & soooo good-- lots of leftovers for me:) See pic. (On a subsequent visit, I ordered the Jackfruit sandwich, which comes w/ coleslaw & a pickle slice-- delicious! See pic.) Talk about flavor sensations! All food items were incredible. Service was also very good. And the large dining room appeared very clean. Definitely a quality eatery. Kudos to the co-owners, chef, & staff for offering high quality & delicious items that are healthy, too. Plastic straws & bags are utilized here, but entrees are placed in compostable containers for takeout. Would love to know more about the owners' philanthropy that is mentioned on the business site-- it does not provide specifics as to who or what benefits from any profits. Also would love to see a beverage not named after the son of God, but that's just a personal preference. (I do hope it's a good drink:) Although this is definitely a Christian-owned & themed restaurant, patrons are not lambasted w/ Bible verses, crosses, etc. The dining room sentiment is more " secular uplifting;" no one should feel uncomfortable here. Definitely one of the BETTER restaurants, especially in an area not laden with five star establishments. I hope to return MANY times. Truly incredible food/drinks! Came here with a friend for a quick lunch. I was a little worried because the lunch menu seemed limited. I ordered an açaí bowl and hummus, assuming the portions would be small (only because most cafe places like this that I've been to have small portions. I didn't look at yelp before visiting, so the cafe itself did nothing to indicate this to me) The girl taking my order was ultra helpful and answered any questions. I opted for the açaí bowl without pecan butter. I also got a bullet proof coffee out of curiosity (I make BPC at home most mornings but never had it at a restaurant) We sat down and our food came out almost immediately. The portions were WAY bigger than what I was expecting. My açaí bowl was the best bowl I've ever had. SO good. The hummus was amazing as well. The pita was a little tough but not enough to take away any stars. I'd absolutely get it again. I just prefer a softer pita. The gentleman (who I think might have been a manager or owner) chatted with my kids and made funny voices for them. He made sure everything was great. This place is a gem. I look forward to going back! It felt very welcoming inside and there was little notebooks on the table to reflect in. Super cute idea! read more

Plant-based / Vegan for Brunch Restaurant! We love this Christian based restaurant. Customer service was great. You order at the counter and they bring you your food. They have board games for you to play. A little play kitchen set for the kids. I got syrup, butter with 2 pancakes and all plant-based! They were the best pancakes I have had in a long time. Tried this great family owned vegan restaurant with my BFF today and wow was I pleasantly surprised. My eggs were perfectly soft scrambled and the sweet potato fries with mustard sauce were so good! The pancakes were super fluffy lol added blueberries to them thinking the blueberries would be mixed in it it was added on too more like blueberry pie filling. The maple sugar was good and I really enjoyed them maybe would do them without the blueberry topping next time. My bestie got the Brussel sprouts bowl with creamy cashew sauce and OMG it was fantastic. Not only was it beautifully plated but it tasted amazing. This was my time coming to Revelations Cafe, I was so impressed! From the warm feels you get when you first enter and are met with a smile and a genuine greeting down to the beautiful scripture and words of encouragement that decorates the space throughout. I really like this place for a few reasons such as vegan/healthy options, positive atmosphere, and it's clean. Only issue is the customer service. They seem to hire young teenage girls that stand around looking confused on how to service customers. What a homey and cozy place! I came on a Saturday morning and it was pretty busy. Nonetheless, my order came out in about 15 minutes. I ordered the Eden Açaí Bowl and it was a good portion size. Haven't been to many vegan friendly cafes in this area but I'll be honest, this place is good. They also serve regular cheese as well (which I also had). The great thing is that all their items are pretty much customizable, giving you an option for beyond vs impossible etc. I've enjoyed a few wraps here with beyond "meat" and even some with vegan cheese and I keep coming back. I love this place! The homey vibe is so welcoming! They have a prayer room which is adorable and always have tons of inspirational messages throughout the whole place. If you're going through a tough time I highly recommend spending some time here in the positive atmosphere that smells like fresh baked cinnamon rolls & lavender essential oils right when you walk in. There's so much I can say about this place... the owners Robbie and Mia are two of the most genuine, thoughtful people I have met. The food is always amazing and the the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The best part of this whole food plant-based restaurant is the fact that you don't need to shy away from sharing your faith. The openly Christian atmosphere is part of the DNA of Revelations Cafe! The owners of this Cafe are truly such kind and caring individuals. They sensed I was slightly unsatisfied with a dish I have ordered many times, so the male owner ran out into the parking lot to stop me before I left and gave me a gift card to make up for my experience. This place is fantastic! We took the family out after church (party of 9) we were able to get our food quickly and correctly (a few special requests) . The Banana nut pancakes were huge and absolutely delicious, I would get them again. The main reason I love this place is the total focus on Jesus. From the Christian music they play to the prayer closet and the prayer wall it's just different. The food is amazing as well with great options for all diets. I had a vegan burrito and it was tasty and filling! I was pleasantly surprised that the coffee was to my liking as well. read more

I found my new favorite local breakfast/lunch/hang out spot! I'm so happy I can finally get a good açaí bowl close to home in Lutz, and at a beautiful faith-based cafe! My toddler was a big fan of the berry smoothie, chocolate chip cookies and the cute Little Dreamers' play area. She could have played there all day! Next time, I'll bring my laptop. Discovered this gem of a cafe today. WOW-the energy I felt when I walked in was so welcoming; the natural light from the windows was bright, the colors were calming and decor embracing. I grabbed a menu to see the options and when I saw that every item can be subbed for a vegan option SOO many items looked so yummy. I had the pleasure of chatting with one of the owners a few minutes, as he delivered a smoothie to my table, and he was such an awesome human. I had the vegan scramble and it was delicious!
