I truly loved my croissant-which of cheese, scrambled egg and ham! I especially loved how thin the ham was cut and yet I was given an ample amount. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. Cute diner atmosphere with pictures covering the walls and lots of plants. Our waitress was nice albeit a little distracted. Overall experience was lovely.

Quaint spot in Lutz. Indoor and outdoor dining options. We sat outside as the temps were perfect for a Saturday morning brunch. Service was exceptional. Food was tasty. Definitely worth a visit.

This was our second time here. GREAT service. The best biscuit & gravy I have ever had. Potatoes were nicely seasoned.

Cute mom and pops restaurant. Has a nice homey vibe. Services is fast and friendly. Lots of menu options. Food was quick and piping hot. Drinks came out super quick too. Only recommendation would be to get bottled water if you ask for water unless you're ok with the taste of pipes or lead. Florida water just has a harsh taste as it is so without a great filtration system, it's just gross. Got an apple juice and bottled water instead. Otherwise, highly recommended!

White Bread not Toasted. Last time I check "Toast" was in Fact Toasted. It's not Tan like I asked it to be.

Listening to your Customers on how they want something prepared is absolutely everything in the restaurant business. People like what they like. If you're the server, you are the Customers advocate to the Kitchen. You should be able to immediately see that something was not prepared correctly before leaving the kitchen. The Customer should not have to send things back. I specifically stated that I wanted my toast a Tan color. Which means Toast it. I also said I wanted extra butter on it. Simple request...I got white Bread with No butter, and the Server apparently was too oblivious to notice it, even though it was right in front of her. There are So many places I could have eaten at that would have given me Actual "Toast" with Extra butter. Not Plain white bread.....

Cute little place. Chairs inside and outside on the patio. It was cold outside so sat inside. Staff was friendly and professional. Good choices for food. I had the Eggs and Buscuits & gravy (2 eggs) and it came with a choice of meat and either grits or homefries (I got bacon and grits). I added a side of pork sausage links and wheat toast, large milk, large OJ. Prices for the breakfast was under $14. My only issues was that the beverages and sides added up quick paid twice as much for those in total as the main meal. I'd go back, no questions asked, but would only ask for the meal itself.

    Blackened shrimp and grits!

We've been eating here regularly for about 3 years. Today I enjoyed blackened shrimp and grits, which was fantastic! Grits were perfect, shrimp tasted nice, had bacon and green onion on top. I swapped out the garlic bread for one of their biscuits. I get their biscuits every time I eat there, make sure you ask to have them griddled. I learned that the shrimp meal is only served on Sundays. Service has always been good, coffee and water regularly topped off. I'll be back on Sundays now just to get this great shrimp special!

service was very good, quick we were in and out in under 40 minutes. It a great home feel, home cook meal and ambiance makes you feel your at your friends southern grandma's house. Today's prices it's $15 per person which I guess in 2025 is comparable to a sit down restaurant. Don't get me wrong you're getting real ingredients like the eggs, beacon, biscuit and gravy. However, you are paying for it. It is in my humble opinion that it's still worth it! Especially when you're not in the mood to make your Breakfast.

The food was very good ! We went on a Sunday before the post church rush but they stated they were very understaffed. 30 min wait when over 20 tables were open because the kitchen was behind. Everything was made fresh and very delicious. The staff was very kind, it took awhile to be greeted but once she greeted us it was very quick. We probably waited 10 mins after we ordered to get the food! The restaurant its self is very welcoming and family oriented. Definitely will go back but maybe not on a time crunch!

The Breakfast Nook has been one of our non-chain favorite restaurants for many years. The food is still good, but be warned - their prices have risen so much that we actually thought we had the wrong table's bill. Even so, we went back again last weekend and I paid more attention to the prices this time. $4.50 for mediocre coffee is a bit steep in my opinion. Our total with tip for a table of four was around $90.

Omelet (not really) grits and toast.

It's in a strip mall, along SR 54-west of Wesley Chapel, but not by much. It was bigger inside than I expected and had a cozy/quaint family feel to it. Lots of tables booths-busy on a Monday morning but no wait-and it wasn't loud-just "humming." My server came right away. He was polite and attentive and kept track of me well. I appreciated his offer of a to go cup for my water. This was going well. And then, there's the food. I ordered the goddess omelet-made with three egg whites, spinach and so much gorgeous, salty, tangy, glorious feta. I didn't wake up thinking I was going to have the best omelet of my life that day... but phhh, I did! It was filling, but not heavy or greasy. It was cooked to perfection-and the fillings were fresh and abundant. It came with potatoes (or grits) that were also cooked perfectly-not soggy or too hard-and lucky for me, no onions. It was also the perfect portion. Any more and I would have felt guilty for eating them all (I never leave a potato bite behind). And... after craving bacon for about a month... I gave in and got some-nice big slices, thick and crispy. This was a happy and tasty surprise. A clean, casual, yummy place with plenty of parking. I will be back to Brunchies a bunch(ies).

She has a huge smile and was wonderful with immediately getting us coffee while also allowing us time to further look at the menu. The menu is extensive with a mix of breakfast, lunch, and brunch options. It was so hard to choose as it all really looked so good. I ordered the chicken and waffles Benedict and he had the biscuits and gravy. My dish (pictured) was seasoned to perfection the hollandaise is rich. The chicken and waffles have a hint of maple syrup to either the waffles or the chicken batter - maybe both. It wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. It was a beautiful balance of flavors. I took home half the dish. I don't particularly like biscuits and gravy so I didn't take a picture. However, I was told it was delicious and just about the full thing was eaten minus a few potatoes. What I did notice, which is typically my issue with the dish, there was a lot of sausage in the gravy. Nice pieces too. It really did look tasty. So if this is your jam, definitely get it. I was super impressed by the sausage gravy! The restaurant was full but it wasn't too overly loud. My only complaint is that I did feel too close to the other table, typical though for most restaurants though. Service was top notch a beautiful smile with every interaction!
