You cant go wrong with Raventaco. Almost all their food is good and properly made. Their sides are good as well. However, I would not buy their shrimp cocktail because they add very few shrimp to their shrimp cocktails. I believe they count each and every shrimp. They should have an option to add extra shrimp for an extra charge. read more

Place is pretty chill, staff is good, my only complaint is I've been there three times now and there's always something they are not serving. First time I asked for a torta they said they were not serving tortas, second time I wanted to try their carnitas they didn't have any and lastly I wanted to try their mojaras and they didn't have any. we paid for our order upfront for tacos and drinks. We sat and ate our skimpy tacos and left, only to have a little girl shout at us that if we had paid for one of the drinks. we paid for whatever was charged to us and apparently, they failed to charge us for one drink. I went there stood to wait for them to take my order in which two workers walked by and ignored us. We were there for 10 minutes waiting for someone no acknowledgement. We walked out and while we were waiting a lady went up asked for a bag which she got it and yet we we're still there waiting. I honestly really like this place. I wasn't thrilled on the chilaquiles but everything else I've had has been delicious. The fish tacos do the job if you're too lazy to drive all the way to the superior tacos Baja. And I loveeeeee the pastor here. The nachos are a good portion size and the chips are nice and crunchy. Food is very good! My review is solely on the customer service. We ordered, we weren't asked, if we wanted to add or remove anything from our meal while they were preparing it. I asked the gentleman if was our meal, and he said, yes, I informed him we didn't want something in our meal, as the previous customer in front of us was actually picking and choosing what they wanted in their burrito. I've been to the place once before and the food was good, well at least the fish burrito. There was a wait that day maybe 15 min. Today I came in on a Friday and this place was a disaster! The girl working the front, although polite, was way in over her head. Unorganized, slow, and didn't entirely know what she was doing. She was in charge of drinks, and taking orders phone and counter. That was way too much for her. Not enough people prepping and cooking either. While waiting, I noticed 4 families waiting over 40 min. One family finished eating and still had not received their drinks. Took over 45 min for me to get a burrito. You'd think this place would staff up knowing it's a Friday during Lent! There was no sense of urgency from anyone. Hope the manager reads this and trains and staffs his/her team better. read more

They gave me 1 coupon for a free meal for the delay. One coupon when they messed up on 2 orders. I find out the coupon is only good for 2 fish tacos. I could keep going on about how they did us wrong here. I don't think we'll be back because they did not make this right. Get your stuff together and treat your customers better. read more
