Well, a Month has passed and I still do not have the title to the car I paid for. Yep, the GM called HOWEVER, nothing has been accomplished. Chase (lender) said it was my fault for paying it off too quickly and it "messed up" their system. Received a letter from Chase dated 8/10 saying the title had been released and I should get my title soon. The product is unreliable. We started a lease 16 months ago, it's been in the shop 40% of the time and they will not call it a lemon. Under Nevada law, it more than meets the criteria. The engine even broke! That was the third issue we had. We've had to obtain legal counsel. Don't purchase Land Rover. They're no longer a UK company either. Currently owned by Tata Motors, an Indian car company. If we'd known that, we never would've considered Land Rover. I'm sure some Indian doesn't care whether or not my children are safe. Perfect experience! How can buying a vehicle be a perfect experience, let me explain. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and was approached by Sydney Israel. A very nice man who did not seem pushy nor needing to sell but just asked us if we needed help. I'm pretty frank person and said that although I hate to be at a car dealership, I wanted to come to test drive the vehicle and will not be buying today. And within about 15mins minutes, that's what we did. Sydney got me behind a wheel of a car I have been eyeing online, he was in the passenger seat and my partner and daughter are in the back seat. We drove for a good 20mins on the inside street and then the highway to give me a good feel of the car and some of the functions. We also had some talks about what I'm looking for and exchanges on the price of the car. Upon returning to the dealership, I told Sydney that I'm still not ready to buy but would like him to send me via email all the info we discussed on the car including price and out the door price and we will be in contact. Surprisingly, Sundays are their day off so I did not hear from Sydney. I liked that a lot. I did hear from him on Tuesday afternoon via text as he wanted to make sure I received what he sent me on Monday via email. The email was in my spam so that's why I didn't get it but then told him I'll review and revert. I am not in a hurry to buy. My car is currently a 2018 sedan with no issues. This new car would be a want and not a need. Sydney did not push at all. On Wednesday evening, I emailed him what I wanted from the purchase and see if he can do anything about it. I shared I do not want to be sitting at the dealership for hours to not get anywhere. I'll do everything via text and email until all is agreed and if the car is available on the agreed terms, I'll be there to sign for it and take it home, and hopeful to be done in one hour. And by the next Saturday evening, and exactly 58mins sitting at the dealership only, Sydney and I walked to my new car with a red bow on it. I cannot ask for a better experience with any dealership. Each person I spoke with, including Sydney, was cordial, courteous, respectful of my time, and not rushing me to do one thing. I am home with a few car now for 3+ weeks and still share with my friends and family the perfect experience I had at this dealership and Sydney. Beware of Dishonest Practices at Land Rover Henderson I purchased a 2017 Ford F-250 from Land Rover Henderson, trusting their word that the truck had been fully inspected by their mechanics and was in perfect condition. Two days later, white smoke started pouring from the exhaust. I brought it back to them, only to be told they don't even have certified mechanics to diagnose diesel vehicles. Instead, they insisted I take it to a Ford dealership, despite the fact that I signed a contract giving me a 30-day/1,000-mile warranty through them. Another day passed, and the check engine light came on. Out of desperation, I hired a mobile mechanic with my own money, who diagnosed a failing turbo and faulty sensors. When I took this information back to Land Rover Henderson, they again told me to pay for repairs at Ford and promised reimbursement only if it was covered under their so-called warranty. This dealership is dishonest and unwilling to stand behind their sales or their contracts. How was the truck even inspected if they admit they don't have qualified diesel mechanics? Wow, these guys are terrible. Walter, the service technician who I unfortunately got stuck with, took 8 hours to get back to me on but a simple price quote and timeline to get the work done. I followed up with him 3 times during that period to effectively remind him, only to eventually pry the price out of him when I followed up with him moments before closing. After all that, his price was 50% more than Land Rover Las Vegas -- and they way he quoted it was very amateur "I think it is maybe going to take like 6 hours so that's... ummm... like $1400". Feels like they (or maybe just him) are really struggling in this department for qualified talent who know what they are doing. For what you pay to own a Land Rover or Jaguar, and then to maintain it, the quality should be miles ahead of what I experienced. I'd recommend going elsewhere. There are a number of quality European Import places in the city or worst case the guys over at Land Rover Las Vegas are way better than Henderson, which is a shame -- since Henderson is closer to me. My situation is a bit unusual. I live in the northeast corner of New Jersey, across Hudson River from New York City. I just bought a pre-owned F Pace from Land Rover Henderson and couldn't be happier with the service I got from Corbin and the rest of the staff. My 2017 F Pace was parked on the street when some fool driving close to 100 mph (25 mph zone) drove right into it. He pushed my car 20 feet down the street, turned it sideways and then over the curb and onto a neighbor's lawn. My F Pace was totaled. My son, Bill, who had been a pre-owned manager for 25+ years, called me up when he saw my Facebook post on it. I told him that I wished I could get a replacement but that I knew this was unrealistic. So Bill went on the sites he used to see what he could find and amazingly the exact duplicate had just been turned in at Land Rover Henderson near where he lives. He met Corbin there who showed him the car and the Car Fax service records. The previous owner had always serviced the car at Jaguar. Now it's not all that easy to buy a car from Nevada when you're in NJ. Corbin made the entire process so easy. He was extremely attentive and called me often to tell me how things were going and what needed to be done. Not 1 time did I need to call him up to ask what's happening. He even pre-empted my questions answering all of my concerns. My son remains in the car business and told me what a great dealership this is. He was impressed with Corbin and the entire staff. The day I reach out to them the salesman told me the price, which is I am happy and put deposit for 5000$ and on their website said this car come with New front and rear brake but it's not after I put deposit they stated told me the car have problems with the brake and its need a week to replace (why they post on the website new brake when it is not yet?) and when the day sign the documents the price is totally different. This dealership had so many odds to me so I am canceling buy a car from them. Make sure to check the price before signing anything! Be careful be buy cars from them. I was stuck between wanting one of two cars when I went into Land Rover Henderson today. I thought my husband and I would go in, and test drive a car to assist us with making our decision sooner than later, but had no intentions on purchasing today. On arrival, the inventory looked a little sparse and we were paired with Alex who informed us, that the inventory was in fact short. You can tell the shortage did effect the staff moral a bit but after a few moments and questions Alex was able to point us out something to test drive. After the test drive, he asked us more questions and pointed out the perfect vehicle for us. He did not hackle nor pressure us which was amazing.
