My favorite was the sweet potato, which was ash roasted for 10 hours and you could taste it. They all went will with the steak that came out in about 20 minutes, pre-sliced with a nice presentation. It was my partner's first time trying it, and he was blown away from the very first bite - I honestly think he was in shock at how good it was. 3. It's still as warm, sticky, and sweet as I remember. I love the contrast between the hot pudding and the cold clotted cream. The toffee sauce is divine - I would happily accept a cup of it on the side for extra pouring. 4.
