I told him the issue with my car and wanting an estimate to decide whether to repair the problem or trade my car in for a new one. When I took my car in, they did an initial inspection and gave me a detail visual of the issues and written estimate via text. Unfortunately, for my situation, the expense was more than I wanted to spend on the repair opting to trade in for another car. The service I receive from this shop was excellent and will do a good job on any repairs. I will definitely come back to this shop again for all my auto repair service.

Hardy was professional and completed the job while I was able to wait. I know he preferred that I drop the automobile off and come back later, but I didn't have that option. My auto is now out of warranty. Based on this great experience I asked Hardy if he wanted to be my regular mechanic as I hope to keep this auto for many years to come. He said he would be glad to continue servicing the vehicle. I also called Hardy a few weeks ago to ask if he could help my daughter with her out of warranty, Honda sedan? He said he loves to work on Hondas and that we did not need an appointment. Just bring the car in. He did ask that we leave the car with him, so that he could work the vehicle in, while also committing to look at it ASAP. Because I was able to help my daughter in this situation it was no problem to plan on leaving the car. Turned out, Hardy looked at the car as soon as it got there and the problem could not be replicated. Hardy sent us off hoping the situation was just an anomaly, and so far it has not reoccurred. He could have easily messed around more with the car, tell us it needed something new and charged us something. But that is not the way Hardy seems to run his business. Very grateful for his integrity and ethics. I believe Hardy is a mechanical guru with another great mechanic that I witnessed working in the shop. I heard them talking as Hardy worked on my brakes with the iPad and dealt with all the onboard computers. It was comforting to know that between the Hardy and the other mechanic they have the skill and knowledge to figure ANYTHING out.

They charge a $450 for just coming out. Then $250 per hour once he leaves the shop. To make matter worst they add a huge surcharge to the parts order that you need. It appeared to be as much as 40%. Secondly the mechanic was in a rental truck and didn't have all the tools needed to work on my truck. It was really a bad experience guys. So find yourself another mechanic. I give these money hungry leaches 2 thumbs down!!!!

I brought my Rav-4 in and after a few days they finally were able to tell me it was my head gasket. After pulling apart my engine they said they needed to send it to a machine shop be because it was warped. After three weeks of having my car I asked about when I could expect it to be finished and of course I would have to wait another week because Thanksgiving was coming and they didn't work over the holiday. They had my car almost 5 weeks and after $7000 later I finally got my car. I went in to pick it up and was told for the first time they don't take checks. Scott told me, "who writes checks anymore?" Well, I do and that was so uncalled for she disrespectful. I had to pick my car up the next day because of this. So fast forward April and my car was not accelerating. I took it to them, again thinking it was still the same issue. I told Scott what the issue was and he set an appointment for me and when I brought it in he said the person that worked on my car was out on bereavement and wouldn't be back for a week. He also didn't believe what I told him was wrong over the phone because there was no engine light on. Now, as I brought it in there was a light on and he said,"oh it is acting up then?" What? He called me the next week and said they did a few diagnostic tests and still can't figure it out and I already owe like $900 and I would have to pay for it out of my pocket. Eventually, they figured out it was the catalytic converter which is right under the head gasket. I feel they should have fixed that as a part of the head gasket but another $2300 later. Scott called me and said the catalytic converter was on back order and it would be ready in September or October. It's now May. He said, "that's why I have three cars. Are you kidding me? Who has three cars just in case one car is not working? I will never go back there again and actually traded my car in for a new one. $900 in diagnostics alone. Obviously they have no ideas what they are doing. Save yourself time and money don't go there.

While I went there to get my front brakes fixed, they quickly informed me that I needed ALL of my brakes fixed. I was quoted a very reasonable price. However, once they really got into my car, the price more than doubled. I am not complaining one bit. Most places would've fixed the bare minimum, but these guys went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe For my family to drive. They did an incredible job and just by fixing the brakes the ride is so much smoother. All their parts have a warranty. You will be getting a quality service and you will definitely get your moneys worth and peace of mind. Very refreshing to find someone so knowledgeable and also looking out for your best interest. I would definitely recommend, and I will be taking them all of my business from now on.
