Jesus had empathy for me and my tenants during the extreme heat. He brought the portable AC over and provided me with a fair price. He scheduled me in quickly and kept all of his promises. Highly recommend using Rey's. Back in July our 20 year old hvac system failed on us after a series of 100+ days. After getting 10+ quotes, we found that the folks at Rey's to be the most honest and fair. They quickly came to do an estimate and once we gave them the ok, they scheduled the installation that same week. They removed and replaced our in one day. Their technicians were professional and very respectful of our home and really did a good job of keeping the construction mess contained. Wow! Rey's went above and beyond, was quick, and gave me a price that couldn't be beat by Michael Jackson doing a moonwalk. So gang, here's the situation - my wife and I decided to do a bit of home upgrading of the smart variety. A sale at SMUD resulted in multiple ecobee thermostats, which we tried to DIY. First went well, then... well, the other two, not so much. After some frustrating attempts and perusal of message boards, I called Rey's. First call - free advice that helped me diagnose the problem, and realize it was over my head. Second call - someone sent out within FIFTEEN MINUTES! Whoa! Crew got here, confirmed the issue, fixed it, did a filter change at no cost, and out the door in about 15 minutes. All fixed and everything working! Did they charge an arm and a leg? Heck no! We used Rey's for a few maintenance services before needing to replace our unit. The technicians that came out were always honest and transparent about what the longevity of our aging unit would be. I had made a quote for another HVAC company who gave an unscrupulous price quote over $1,500. I then called Rey's air who which their technician came and solved the problem within 15min. Purchased $69 yelp special. Company held to cost. Adrian, technician, had relative knowledge in his field and delivered best product, price, & timeline possible. Price & timeline were not close to our usual HVAC technician who was initially not able to come out same day due to fixed commitments. Hkwever was able to come out next day/after Rey's; and, ultimately it was completed with a new entire hvac tomorrow/next day FOR over $4000+ less cost with slightly better system (3ton 15-seer a/c; 80% efficiency furnace. Rey's was about a week out--better timeframe than another, however, cost quote was several thousand too high compared to our usual technician/owner on cost & timing. Very smooth and amazingly efficient. I may have just been lucky but my AC went out at bed time last night. I confirmed it wasn't working this morning and, based on Yelp reviews, called Rey's Air Solutions. I called their office at 8:30 AM by 12 Noon I was all fixed up ... and at a reasonable price. The tech, Eric, was able to arrive early after confirming it was ok to do so. Professional personable, and dog friendly! I have a Doberman who thinks everyone enjoys him being a major pain in the butt and sticking his nose in whatever you're doing because he's the supervisor....Eric was entirely cool with that. Jesus came out on a Sunday night after our system broke on Saturday, July 2nd. It was 108 degrees both days. Nobody else returned our call. He gave us a fair price and said if he could get the A/C unit, he would install it on July 3rd. He called us before 8am the next morning and his team completed the install before 2pm on Monday, July 3rd. This was the best service we could have asked for. Everyone here is fantastic! From Jesus promptly answering messages on Yelp and to Jack answering the phone on the first ring. They were easy to schedule with and actually were going to come out the day I asked, but I requested the next morning instead. They gave me a time window of 8 to 10, and I got a text at 8:45 advising that he was on his way. Eric came out to provide a second opinion on an issue with our HVAC unit, and within minutes, he located the leak and advised of the issue. This was the third company we called and second to actually look at our condenser. The first company that looked at it, actually came out twice, and couldn't identify the leak. Our furnace just stopped working about a week before Thanksgiving (of course right when we need it). I reached out to Rey's since they were local to see if it could be fixed. I received a call back immediately after I made an inquiry online. Eric came over and worked on the furnace for over an hour and said we could see about fixing it with some retrofit parts. He provided us with the details and we weighed the cost of a new system vs repairing ours as it is 33 years old. We decided to replace it as it seemed the better option in the long run. Eric went over everything and never once tried to upsell us on anything! He was extremely polite and honest which was great. He gave us 3 options and we ended up with a great new Rheem HVAC system. Our AC was also not working so we just did everything at once. We made the appointment for our new install and it was only a week away which was great. They took care of all the permits and paperwork needed. City came by today and said all was good. The morning of the install, Eric and his team showed up and everyone was really friendly and professional. They started promptly at 8am and everything was done by 4:00pm that day! The entire team was awesome! After the install was done, Eric and Jesus came back to look at everything and sat down to chat with us. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. Communication was on point and they answered all of our questions. We had 2 other estimates and Rey's came in with the better deal equipment and price wise. The other 2 companies we had estimates for were 4K to 6K higher and were only trying to upsell us on stuff we didn't need. I wish finding good contractors was this easy for every job! Our A/C stopped working and Rey's was available the next day to check it out. After the flat-rate inspection ($49), the A/C was working again. We discussed replacing the unit with a newer model, but Rey's was honest and told us it wasn't 100% necessary yet. Just a few days later, the A/C stopped working AGAIN (due to a different issue) and Rey's came back on a holiday to check it out and fix it again.
