It didn't get washed as much as I thought it would, no matter how much I dried it, there was always water spots, the tires were turning brown, I was always wiping the bugs off the windshield. I am back, signed up for the top package. Now I realize how much better the car looks after I run it through the WashU wash. No more water spots, no more dead bug residue on the windshield just a clean shiny car. The car now again feels smooth to the touch, like a fresh waxed car. I guess I learned my lesson.

Jan and Feb for $20/mon, and March $40/mon. Even worse, when I requested cancel and refund, they said would send request, I gave them one week to issue the payment. During the first week, they did not refund, sent me daily emails with advertisement, to ask me the option to extend the subscription and indicated they updated my status. One week later, I called again. They refused $40 refund and called it "final". Please save yourself a hassle, never deal with the dishonest business.

You'll put the car in park, insert your credit card, select your wash and wait for the gate to lift so you can pull forward into the wash. Truly a modern marvel of efficiency. Nope. An employee will approach you before the kiosk. Ask what service you'd like and select it for you on his tablet. Then take your credit card. You say to yourself the kiosk must be malfunctioning. Double nope. Now he needs your phone number. At a car wash? Yep. Why? You'll never guess...so they can text you a code that you still have to stop at the kiosk to scan before you can enter the wash. I don't think even the US government could create this level of inefficient nonsense.

There is someone that helps guide your car to the front of the door and folds your mirrors closed. Thankfully, I did not experience any scratching or bumper issues! I would recommend the most basic wash for new visitors.
