Beautiful ambiance and very attentive service. We had the popular peach Bellinis and lobster roll. We also loved the truffle fries. Overall, I would love more diversity in the menu, I've paid about the same at other restaurants for tastier, more unique items but with that being said, the ambience and decor here is one of a kind. I did think the strawberry mimosas was too thick, they was prepared all wrong. Definitely a beautiful place to feel pretty and sexy! This is truly one of the most beautiful places in Dallas. The reason I have 4 stars is because the food is a little lackluster for the price. However, the experience was worth it. You just know going in that you will spend some money. The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the beautiful RH building in Knox Henderson. There is valet parking in the back-so if you make a left on Cole, like you are heading to Trader Joe's, you will turn left into the driveway. Valet is $6. The service was pretty good. Our server seemed a little stressed out, but let's be honest, he was super busy. I got the burger and $20 truffle fries...honestly you can get the same meal at Hopdoddy. The decor is amazing...because it's RH. So take some photos-everyone else does. Reservations are a good idea. Now the Cons: - Definitely be mindful of what wine you drink. They will offer suggestions that cost $40-$60 a GLASS. Didn't know this until the bill. - Food portion size was little and all entrees are ale carte. We ordered the Glazed Salmon and the side salad was extra. We also ordered the burger (which was delicious) and the fries were additional($14). It's an amazing restaurant with great views and the furniture below is Chip & Joanna Gaines on steroids but this is an experience shared once a year and definitely not a regular food spot. RH Rooftop is located on the 3rd floor of restoration hardware. We made reservations for a birthday dinner Wednesday night and we're seated immediately! The valet is located in the back, and I loved how you can pay,tip, and request your vehicle all from your phone! We started the evening with their burrata cheese appetizer which included a delicious glaze, sourdough, and peppers. This was sooo good! All of the entrees were superb. The broiled salmon was probably the best salmon I've had. Potato purée was perfect. I understand their menu entrees are all a la carte, but I wish they included some sort of smaller side. For a $30-40 entree some rice or small portion of potato purée would be great. (You have to order sides separately and they can be a bit expensive) That being said the food and service was excellent. In addition to the delicious food, the atmosphere of RH definitely exceeded my expectations. You are surrounded by real foliage, and stunning rooftop views of Dallas. The outdoor "wine terrace" is a perfect spot for hanging out with your significant other or family before/after your meal. This restaurant is good for one thing and one thing only: their aesthetic The chandeliers and mirrors add an atmosphere of elegance and make it a perfect venue for an upscale date night. However, the food menu is short and lackluster. I ordered the RH burger which was one of the MOST bland burgers i have eaten in my life. The bun was dry and they didn't even attempt to flavor it up. IN and Out has better burgers for 1/10th of the price. My friend got the shaved ribeye which was at least edible and mediocre. They also charge for water so just a heads up. The only thing worth getting are the truffle fries but again if you are craving truffle fries, other places has a MUCH better deal So overall, go for the aesthetic, take cute pics, and expect to leave disappointed at the food read more

This place is absolutely breathtaking when you walk inside. The ambiance is unbeatable - it's sultry, inviting, and incredible. There's a running water fountain in the center of the restaurant, with a gorgeous, massive olive tree, greenery all over, and two rooftop patio areas on either side that bring in lots of natural light. The menu is pretty limited (and a little pricier), so we decided to order a number of appetizers to share. We ordered the gem lettuce salad, burrata, and crispy artichokes. Although all the dishes were delicious, the gem lettuce was surprisingly the standout! It was a close tie with the burrata, though. Did not get the opportunity to go on the terrace outside. As for the food: the prosciutto board with seasonal fruits was a delight probably my favorite for the night. I enjoyed the fruity but foamy Bellini. Would probably go back for wine because it is a wine bar. My mother enjoyed the mimosa - very standard. As for dinner, I enjoyed the lemon butter salmon, the potato purée (my favorite part) and the broccolini however for the price point it was a bit underwhelming. I expected a flavor frenzy of some sort but did not get that. It was a meal that I could have made at home. We were unsure where to park when driving into RH, so we used the valet. The two valet drivers were nice and took name and phone number to secure the valet ticket. You are able to pay on your phone versus in cash, which makes the service easier to use. Wow, the vibe and ambiance of the venue & restaurant are too-notch. It was our first time. When you walk into the building, the first two floors are filled with aesthetically pleasing furniture, fabrics, and more. You would without a doubt see one item you'd like or leave with one idea to ponder for your own home. After being at our table for a couple of minutes our server greeted us with champagne (to celebrate my spouse closing on a home)! (Fyi I am including prices next to everything because this was very expensive for the quality of the food and I feel like y'all should know!) This was my grandmas last night in town and I wanted to take her somewhere nice. I've lived in Dallas a little over a year and a half and have wanted to try this place ever since I saw it. We entered through the side of Cole St which leads you directly into their furniture store/showroom and took an elevator to the 3rd floor. We had an 8:30pm reservation which we were promptly seated for. Aesthetically, this is one of the nicest places I've ever been to. But in order for me to give this place a fair rating, they needed more than just that for me to give it above 3 stars. The menu doesn't have much going on but I had seen photos of the lobster roll and I'm big on seafood so that alone had me excited. We ordered crispy artichokes as an appetizer, which arrived burnt to a crisp. I don't even think they use an entire artichoke - it's a small serving. It also appeared as though they took ONE baby potato and sliced it thinly and put it as a bed underneath the artichokes. It was served with some rosemary aioli and that was the best part of the dish. That was $21 *stank face* smh. For our main dishes, I ordered the Caesar salad $20 to share with my husband, I also got the lobster roll $34 and truffle fries $20 (most expensive truffle fries I've ever had), my husband got the salmon $36 (which is a la carte so you MUST order a side); so he ordered the wild mushrooms as well $15, my mom got the burger $22 / French fries $10, and lastly my grandma got the gem salad $18 with the shaved ribeye on garlic bread $30. The lettuce for the Caesar salad was not chopped like it normally would be when you receive a salad and that created more work for me which I didn't care for. Taste wise it was alright. My lobster roll was quite delicious and the truffle fries were good. The salmon was charred more than we would've liked but the flavor was still good. Wild mushrooms were a huge pass for me once I took a bite - not worth it to me. My mom and grandma enjoyed their food but told me they didn't feel it was worth what we paid. You are truly paying for the ambiance. I can assure you that. This is just a place you come to for photos because the food just didn't impress me enough for the price. I don't mind going to a luxurious place and paying more if the food is truly worth it. I wouldn't come back. I can say our server was great though! read more

First off you go there was AMBIANCE - the roof top isn't high but it's the top floor (3rd floor) and it's beautiful. The sunset took my breath away and it was fashioned like a glass house with plants . Post eats we roamed around the oh-so-fancy furniture store below because it was like a museum. I've been to other expensive places whether the food is worth the pretty penny I paid. The food is good but not anything special. Prices are unjustifiably astronomical IMO. I did like their gelato and mango sorbet (both those were special limited time desserts). Wait staff is kind and very tolerant. Their signature Bellini and mimosa are very refreshing.
