Rhodes is the best company I have worked with. Billy the owner is awesome and really knows everything about water. He has been taking care of our softener system since we bought our home in 2020. When we bought the home the water had so many problems. From high acidity, to leaking pipes, to an unusable water softening system, he has been nothing but fair and honest. When our outdated equipment failed he got us up and running very quickly with no delay or emergency fees like other guys tack on. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He always answered the phone and answered questions we had.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Rhodes most certainly has the best prices around. Billy and his team are always willing to try to salvage equipment before unnecessarily replacing and his techs are very qualified at doing the work. He always helped us meet our needs on our budget. All of his workers are trustworthy and he seems to keep the same staff with little turnover so you get to know the guys in your home. It is super important to feel comfortable as a SAHM with my husband out working and workers in your home. Rhodes provides a family friendly service. Alden has done repairs for us and is fantastic! We have lived in our house for 5 years...last Wednesday at 10pm we heard an alarm going off that we never heard before...It was our septic pump. We called Rhodes Pump on an early Saturday evening they came out, analyze the situation. Unfortunately, we needed a new well pump. They had the pump on their truck replaced the pump. They worked until while after dark , got the job completed I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of work they did and the amount of time it took them. We had an appointment for a well and water system check up today. The guy came, took a water sample, went down in the basement for a second and came back without changing the filter or doing anything on the system. He handed me an invoice for the water sample and also for the well system check up - which he never touched. He left and told us he will call to give us the results of the water sample. After asking him if he will change the filter or check the system, he told us, no or he has to charge us additional $120.00 This is clearly a rip-off as we never paid more than 90.00 bucks in the past including the check up, change of filter and water sample... And btw - we have been customers since 2011 but not any longer ... read more

It began with a question as to why our grinder pump alarm was going off...they helped us over the phone (having never dealt with us as prior clients before) and answered our questions to put us at ease. Ultimately we needed someone to come out and they came out NEXT day! Jodi was so patient in explaining to us the workings of our pump etc. we needed to replace our pump. We were so nervous as to how long it would take for a new pump to come in and be installed. He got our system to run to at least get us working toilets and quick showers. New pump and install happened NEXT day. Not only was he knowledgeable and patient he was so efficient. I hope to not have to call Rhodes again but should I need someone to service my pump I will most certainly call these guys! read more

I spent $1500 more than I intended to yesterday. Seems our water pump died. For those of you that don't know, these things only happen on Saturdays when you're in the middle of doing the laundry you've been putting off for two weeks. Anyway - I called these guys on Saturday morning and 30 minutes later they were at my house sticking things into my well. 2 hours later I have a new pump and running water. I love it when things you don't even know you have break. Aside from it being way more money than I would ever imagine - kudos to this guy for showing up quickly on a Saturday and with a good attitude to boot. read more

Rhodes provided excellent service on one-hand but failed to offer consideration when the product delivered (which was the only model they had in-stock) was not right for the job. "Sorry, once it's delivered and opened we can't exchange even an unsuitable unit for a different model." is not a customer-friendly policy engendering loyalty, repeat business or referrals! read more
