The crowd is really chill too, and I've had great experiences at both empty matinees and later Friday night showings. I also love that they regularly play older movies! Parking is nearby in a parking garage which is free for the first 3 hours with validation. Was in line around 06:20p. Just myself and about a handful of others waiting in line. Went in to speak with someone about checking in and they said someone will be out to do it at 06:30p. No one came out until around 7:00p. Finally got inside after receiving our wristbands. Ordered food at the concession stand and was told it'll be about 6 mins for everything. Grabbed some popcorn. It was free along with a soda or small bottle of essential water. Went and grabbed us some seats up top with no problem. Came back, food still wasn't ready. Went to the bar to grab us some drinks while we waited. Our food still wasn't ready. Went over to the waiting area where they give you your order, food still wasn't ready lol. We waited about 20 mins for our food. I ordered some plain nachos, veggie rolls and crispy sliders. So we missed about the first 10-15 mins of the movie. I'm not tripping I just would've appreciated a better time being quoted because the 6 mins really took about 20 mins. The bar drinks were good tho. Prices aren't bad either. A 6 oz glass of Chardonnay was $12 and a Golden Hour Sour was $16. Snacks and entree prices were reasonable also. No complaints on the prices and I enjoyed all of the food. It was also a good movie. Won't get into details but I'm glad I got the tix. We had a great night out. Look forward to doing it again.

I've been to…read morethis type of luxury theatre many years ago and it's definitely a good way to treat yourself. My son has been wanting to see Devil Wears Prada 2 and the first one is one of his favorite movies of all time. Personally, I don't like that movie but I went along with him. Tickets are $25 each and they have a $4 parking garage, but we were lucky enough to get a free after-hour meter on the street. It's a nice place and it seems like comfort is their top priority. The recliner chairs are extremely comfy and come with a blanket in case you get cold. You know how movie theaters are always chilly. Once you get settled, you can press a button that sends an employee over to take your order. It's completely optional. We got one small popcorn (light butter, $6) which was big enough for both of us. I like this idea of having the option of ordering and dining at your seat while watching a movie, but the reality is a bit different. It's kind of annoying to see the employees coming and going when someone needs a refill or places a new order during the movie. You can hear them talking and they can even block your view. It's frustrating when you are trying to focus. With that being said, I think it has more pros than cons. There are bars and bathrooms located across the several floors and the one we went to was exceptionally clean. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back to this theatre. I prefer something more standard like AMC or Pacific Theatres (RIP!)...

I arrived around 4:40p and left around 9/9:30p the latest. Wasn't a long line nor was it a long wait while waiting in line. The even staff were friendly and professional. A backdrop was set up for pics. They also had a green screen set up so guests could take a pic and be digitally placed in a scene of the movie. I thought that was cool. They also offered free popcorn with a fountain drink. Ordered a "Ginger Margarita" at the bar before entering the theater. It was about $21 for cocktail. Wish I would've purchased the "Cutwater" instead. For $10 or $11 it would've been better sipping on that than the 21oz or 24 oz drink. Being that they fill the cup with ice, you're not getting as much of a drink as you think. Didn't have any issues getting thru and having my wristband checked. Was able to just walk on thru. The theater I was in was clean. Found a comfortable seat up top. The movie was better than I expected. The theater itself is really nice. I would come back.

From the moment we walked up, she greeted us with the warmest smile and such genuine kindness that it instantly stood out. Her customer service exceeded every expectation and made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated. Carrie was friendly, patient, professional, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers she interacts with, and that kind of energy is rare to find nowadays. She turned what would normally be a simple concession stand interaction into something memorable. Honestly, employees like Carrie are the reason people come back. Great customer service leaves a lasting impression, and she absolutely deserves recognition for how amazing she was tonight. Thank you, Carrie, for making our 10:30 PM movie experience even more enjoyable!

I was pleasantly surprised by some of the modern concessions they had, specifically the cans of LaCroix they were selling. Love it. This is located on a busy part of Wilshire. But don't panic. There's parking for you if you're stealthy. Right before you approach the theatre, there's a small side street called Holt. If you turn onto Holt, it's free residential parking all the way down (please read the signs though). Parking closer to the theatre on this street will get you one free hour of parking but if you park several blocks down will give you more time. Consider this option if you don't mind a bit of a walk. I hope to come here for more screenings in the future.

Dear Fine Arts Theatre,…read more Theatre is great and has free parking after 4pm nearby walking distance. Seating is red classic style like in the 90's and got to "hold on to your butts" as those may not be the best comfort for all. Love the outside setup looks well done and they keep up the theatre well. Signage is nice too for all events like Cometfest 2025 for Jurassic park this year. Love the walk in area to talk and get freebies and have social time with everyone. Screens with all the comet shows that are ongoing and Xena coming up. Snacks we got and great dinosaur talk before the movie started. A great theatre experience and then got to share experience with the Comet team. Thanks for bringing Comet to fine arts this year and having freebies too made it all fun

The manager refused to let us in because some members of our group were underage, even though we had adults present. I've been to other theaters where anyone under 17 is allowed to enter an R-rated movie when accompanied by someone 21 or older, so the situation was confusing. What made the experience worse was the manager's attitude. She was dismissive and rude when speaking to us. To make matters even more concerning, I personally saw a group of white teenagers enter without having their IDs checked, while our group--which consisted of four Latinos and one Black person--was scrutinized and turned away. And I will be honest 2 people were under 17 but it still does not change the fact that the lady was being racist. I can't say for certain what motivated the different treatment, but from what I witnessed, it felt unfair and inconsistent. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and have theater policies applied equally to everyone. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this Cinemark. I won't give the theater less stars because I been here multiple times and the staff has been nice so the whole establishment does not deserve to take onto what the lady did.

This location used to be called The Bridge, and way, way before that was an IMAX. The CSA of this experience was Zarriah-pictured. She was a kind hearted lady who took my ticket, and directed me toward my particular theater house, but not before spending a good 10-12 minutes explaining the on going construction and planned new looks for this location. Thanks Zarriah-your a credit to the Cinemark brand.
