I would advise you stay away from this dealership. As a reviewer on another review site noted, most of the positive reviews appear to be frauds. Go to the negative reviews for real story. Here's mine:
First: Know what the car is worth and what you're willing to pay. I was looking at new cars. You cannot negotiate down from the sticker price as it is NOT their asking price. The sticker price does not include packages and other add-ons by the dealership, which could be in the thousands. So if you see a car you're interested in on the internet or on the lot and look at the sticker price, be prepared to pay more - a LOT more.
The salesman: Mine, Willie, didn't seem to care if he sold a car or not. We came in with specific criteria for our new vehicle, ie: model, trim, color, interior, and he walked us over to a couple. He seemed in a bit of a hurry, and we were disappointed we made the trek to this dealership. We were leaving the lot when my husband saw it: THE vehicle. Like a child in a toy store who suddenly latches on to a teddy bear and Will. Not. Let. Go! I knew I was in trouble. He drove it, loved it, and I had to negotiate for it. After jacking up the price for the dealer add-ons that I previously explained, then I had to try to negotiate down and of course, in the end was higher than the sticker price still. We walked out. Then, unfortunately, I decided to ask a question that would help me with the next dealership we went to. Since I already had a pre-approved loan from my bank for 3.4% I was all set, but just out of curiosity wondered if working with the dealership on financing would help me (for the next time). Enter the finance guy...
The finance guy: Matt, told me that yes it helps them which in turn helps me. At this time, I revealed for the first time that I already had my financing lined up at 3.4%. He assured me he could beat that. I told him that if he could be that, I'd buy the vehicle. He did and I did. Matt is the one who sold me that vehicle. He worked hard to get my business and I couldn't refuse the 2.39% combined with my husband pitiful face when we said no the first time and walked out. He was friendly and convincing. I knew I needed GAP, and the pricing he gave me seemed like a good price. However, after talking to my insurance agent, I found the dealership's GAP was double the price what my auto insurance company had. I called Matt to ask a question about it but had to leave a message, and then another, and another..... He is not returning his calls. So, I guess now that he made the sale, I'm dead to him.
The delivery: They agreed to deliver the vehicle after they installed the tow package we purchased. It was to be delivered the next day. We received a call the next day that it would be the NEXT day. Then that day.... you get the picture. I would prefer that they just be honest and say it will be 3-4 days rather than promise it every day saying it will be 'tomorrow". I'm all "tomorrowed" out!
The follow up: I got an email asking to review the dealership. There was a link to leave a positive review and and another that stated if there was a problem, please let us know and let us fix it. So, I gave them a chance and filled out their form stating that I couldn't get Matt to call me back. Guess who STILL hasn't called me back yet.
In conclusion: You'll over-pay and be underwhelmed by the service. Once you have your vehicle, no one will return your calls. So if you want to be treated with disdain, by all means, buy a car here. read more
