We found out Tuesdays were all you can eat ribs, so we did it. Reasonable prices for that many ribs and sides, which you can swap if you choose. The food overall was very good. I had the St. Louis style ribs and they peeled off the bone. I ate so much that I couldn't move after eating. The Mac and Cheese that came out was not as hot as it could be but nonetheless great. My wife and I recently dined at Rib Crib in Sherman, Texas. I had an excellent club sandwich and my wife had the fish and chips. Our waitstaff was Cyndie and when she found out it was my birthday, she offered a free dessert. I chose the delicious pecan pie. Our service was excellent, above the normal for most restaurants. When the manager told me Cyndie had been there for three years, I could easily see why. A great restaurant like Rib Crib would certainly want to keep a staffer who was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable as she is. I spoke to the on-duty manager, Katrina McKeeman, who was also very professional and courteous to my wife and to me. I order and stop by relatively frequently lately (mostly because the Super spud is amazing), but when I stopped in today on my way home, Katrina was working the front. I watched her juggle multiple phone orders (offering to take the food out to their cars when they showed up/waited outside) and took my order in between. After she got my order, I watched her help other walk ins/delivery drivers. She was so friendly, charismatic, funny, and pleasant! Especially considering all the stress everyone is under right now, it was so refreshing to see someone juggle so much so effortlessly, and with such an infectiously good attitude! Rib Crib in Sherman, TX just refused to honor their own menu choices, FALSE ADVERTISING SCAM!!!! My husband went in to order a "Super Pack" for $62.99 @ 5:20 this evening (the 5th time since the 4th of July we have ordered this meal). He was told (as before) that we could not order sliced brisket for our meat on the order because they were out. Funny thing is, the hostess was like reading a script. She immediately told him they were out of sliced brisket and it would have to be chopped. You are supposed to be able to choose any of their meats. In speaking to the manager we were told she would not allow us to have sliced brisket only chopped (because of supply problems) which everyone knows is basically their trash. When I questioned her by phone as to why every time over the last 8 months I have ordered this they always substitute chopped brisket because they are "out" of sliced. She stated that tonight they had enough left for 4 combo meals. I asked her to put that amount on our meal and do the rest with chopped she refused. We were buying a meal that would feed 4-6 people. At a price of $62.99 she should have done as requested. That is approximately .81 pounds of meat per person, or 12.96 ounces per person, if feeding 4 people or $15.75 a head for the meal. When I placed my order for the 4th of July it was done 3 days in advance and they substituted chopped brisket without even notifying me. When I called the store they told me they were out of sliced. Apparently this is a common occurrence/ practice. There is no limit or restriction on their menu as to what meats you can choose. Therefore they are in violation of the truth in advertising laws. Help me make them famous for lying to my husband and I and for treating someone who is disabled unfairly. Just my opinion, but if the shoe fits. read more

I finally got my family to agree to go here after a couple years. The BBQ was good, but not outstanding. There are better BBQ places in the area. The prices were high considering the small portion sizes. I will say, I did enjoy the taste of their BBQ sauces. Our waitress was outstanding. Consistency is everything! Over all one of the better barbecue chains to come to town. The brisket and turkey when it is fresh is good. Could be maintained better to keep the meats from drying out. Okay the Rib Crib was just mediocre. The Turkey was a little dry. The brisket wasn't as juicy as Hutchins nor a good smoke ring. The ribs weren't bad but truthfully mine are better. The sausage was very overdone and not much flavor. The Mac and cheese was ok nothing special. Overall I give this place a two star. When I asked people where to go for sliced brisket, they all agreed I should try Rib Crib. On that advice I made a visit. I ordered a sliced brisket and rib combo. I love the decor and music. The service was fast and efficient. I wish I could say I loved the food but that would be a lie. The sliced brisket had a nice smoky flavor but was super dry. Has the best bar be cue in Texoma yes it's a food chain but they have darn good food if it's eating there or taking home clean family atmosphere there I haven't eaten and so far have enjoyed it all they have these in Oklahoma which is where I'm originally from! They have great slaw and potato salad and beans plus if your eating in they have one night a week that's all you can eat ribs! They have a bar in them if you drink!
