I have been coming to Dr. Suarez's office now for about a little over a year. The staff are super friendly and accommaditing when it comes to appointments. I have Metlife PPO and the copays are not that much (plus they also take FSA for payment). The hygenist April is super nice and makes getting your teeth clean not that bad. I have only met Dr. Suarez about twice, and he is a little intimidating (can't tell if he has a super dry personality or he is being sarcatically funny), but it is okay since I am the same way. All employees were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The dentist is personable and meticulous. The office manager was very upfront about the cost and was flexible with scheduling. I have been coming to Dr. Suarez for years now, the front desk Ladies Lupe and Antoinette makes me feel so comfortable when I come in, we would have a little conversation before I get started, they also are very detailed in explaining in my billing, insurance, appts etc. Annie who's been my Hygienist for years now still does a phenomenal job on my teeth if only I have a before and after picture you would be WOWED. I met Dr. Suarez via a friend that referred me to him for an event he needed planned. I figured hey! As a thank you for his business I would in turn bring my kids to get there cleanings. My son had multiple cavities and Dr Suarez noticed he was a mouth breather. I said yes he suffers with colds and snoring all the time. He suggested I take him to an ENT specialist to see what is going on because mouth breathers tend to have more tooth decay. So I did and we found that his tonsils and adenoids were extremely infected and swollen and causing a lot of my sons issues. So we scheduled surgery. 8 months later he is doing awesome. Can you give more than 5 stars? I've been a patient of Dr. Suarez for many years! He is what a Dentist should be, kind, compassionate and most of all- extremely knowledgeable. The entire office is professional but never unable to give you a moment of kindness from a smile that greets you the moment you enter the door, through your stay, and always ready to assist with anything you might need. I went in for a annual cleaning and they checked a lump on my palate. April immediately had Dr. Suarez look at it and he dropped what he was doing , checked it and quickly referred me to an oral surgeon for further testing. Although scared, he assured me that it was best to get it checked early-it was raining, my husband was being seen and I was going to walk over to the oral surgeons office since it was only a few blocks. They were not having it! Mrs. Suarez was in the office and said immediately that she would be happy to drive me over and get me settled in! ( what doctors office does that!?!?) well to make a long story short, it was cancer, a very rare type and I was pretty devastated. Dr. Suarez and his staff all rallied round and kept my spirits up along with their support I am recuperating from a pretty aggressive surgery. Honestly, they are the best and you don't find doctors, staff or businesses that go to that length of service and treat you as family! She answered all of my questions and more and was thorough and never impatient as I have experienced with others.
