This place is like everything in Manteca, it looks nice on the outside but once you do a little digging and try it, it's terrible. The chicken and steak pho were awful. Broth was like water, chicken was a weird consistency like rubbery. The egg rolls were no better than a store bought egg roll. We spent near 70 dollars for some terrible food. Stopped by their Manteca location while on a long car ride home to pick up some comfort Vietnamese food after a long weekend. Although this spot is more take-out style which is convenient for faster pick up times, there were a couple tables open to dine in. The place was very open, spacious and extremely clean. We got two orders of BBH to go, which is the best BBH in the valley imo - very beefy with the perfect amount of spice (medium) and lemongrass flavor. Service was fast and friendly, food was was ready by the time we got there ~10 min from phone ordering. Will have to try their boba drinks next time. I ordered a seafood pho and there was no shrimp in my bowl. i showed the server; he saw that there was no shrimp as described. this is what they brought me 1 shrimp. and immediately walked away bc it was probably embarrassing for him. at first I thought it was a joke, but he was very serious. Came here with family after staying at Great Wolf Lodge and for sure we found a hidden gem in Manteca for Vietnamese food. Our family ordered Roast Duck over rice, Bun Bo Hue, Pho Dac Biet w Filet Mignon, Banh Mi Bo Kho, and egg rolls. Everything was tasty! Roast Duck was crispy and not oily, BBH was just at the right spice and flavor levels, the Pho was seasoned more on the mild side but still flavorful and the beef was excellent. The bo kho was heavy on the lemon grass and satay but the beef and carrot ratio was favorable. The staff was quick and attentive; e.g. brought kid bowls and plates without needing to be asked. Hidden gem on Yosemite in Manteca. Let me say that coming here took some effort. Parking is horrible, Google maps took us in a round about way. We had to circle the block a few times but I am so glad we did not give up. Food was delicious! Service was impeccable! I ordered the Tofu Winter rolls and a Bahn Mi sandwich. I asked to swap my chicken for Tofu and they accommodate my request as well as made a suggestion to add lemongrass stir fried vegetables for a flavor boost.. It was awesome! Mark had Grilled Chicken Fall Rolls and the Spicy Lemon Grass Chicken Over Rice. Everything was great including the Peach Fruit Tea and Lychee Fruit Tea. (I had the Lychee without any Boba and I thought it was better than his Peach with Rainbow Boba) We will be making Rice and Roll'd a frequent place to visit. Not too sure if this under the same management as the one in Tracy, but I would've much rather have driven farther than to have this Manteca location forget to pack one of my items. Which I'm not surprised happened because they person, I think, was talking on the phone while I was paying for the order. I guess I should've checked the order too before leaving(which I totally had time to because I had street parking and traffic wasn't letting me out until 10 minutes later). He didn't realize until I was home already, but props to him for giving me a call. The veggie pho was good, but I think I'll drive the extra 5 mins and go to the Tracy location instead. read more

We got take out as a group for lunch. Our orders were accurate and surprisingly we got our food quickly. I opted for the combination beef pho. There were three parts: the soup container, the bowl with all the ingredients, and a baggie of bean sprouts, basil, and peppers. The bowl itself was too small to hold everything so I split the broth in half. The plastic bowl did get hoy enough to heat the noodles. I think I'll keep a ceramic soup bowl at work for next time. read more

The Pho House Combo, and the Porkchop with fried egg over rice and grilled porkchop combo special are my personal favorites, for drinks my personal favorites are Thai Milk Tea, and the House Milk Tea and the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. Finally they have one close to us.use to drive all the way to Tracy for this, now it's super close to me couldn't be anymore happier.came here oepeong day woth my family..we were all excited that they finally opened.we came Thursday thinking they had a soft oepmeong but sadly it was srill closed hahah. Wow what a gem out in the middle of Manteca. This is what Vietnamese food used to be like in San Jose back in the late 80s and 90s: My wife ordered the vermicelli noodles to share with one of our daughters. I ordered the broken rice with grilled short ribs to share with our youngest. And my mother ordered pho. I took a sip of the pho broth, amazing. My wife and daughter both loved the vermicelli noodles. My youngest and I really enjoyed the broken rice. We didn't even have to put in fish sauce, it was that flavorful. The service here was awesome as well. Service in the Bay Area has gone downhill. read more

Pho was served piping hot and very tasty. They are authentic pho unlike the competitor on the same street towards Union. This place is clean and staff is efficient and friendly. Parking maybe an issue depending on the time of your visit. I recommend trying the beef rice plate too. read more

One of our favorite pho spots to come to! The pho is pretty good, they do put A LOT of green onion and cilantro into the bowl. Pho broth is pretty good even without Hoison and Sriracha. Their grilled pork spring rolls with peanut sauce is so good! We love getting the steak cubes and fries, the juice from the steak cubes has a tinge of sweetness to it. The folks are super sweet and nice as well, very attentive and fast with getting food out. They just recently redecorated and I love the ambience, very aesthetic Asian feel. They have indoor and outdoor seating so there usually isn't a long waiting time to sit. read more

Wanted to try the new pho spot in town and I do like the ambiance of the place. It's a hole in the wall off of Yosemite but when you're inside it feels like you've really stepped into a different vibe. The portions are pretty small and my basil was brown. I want and expect fresh ingredients from places like this. Especially since their menu is quite small. No rib eye pho was a disappointment so I got the round steak. The pho had a slightly different taste than what I am used to and I'm not sure if that comes from their broth or what. Overall it was good 7.5/10 but I do wish the portions were bigger and that they will incorporate rib eye or short rib. I had Tofu Pho with my mother and it was amazing. They were very quick with their dishes and kept the door open. I felt very cold in the beginning but quickly found out why they kept the door open when i started eating lol. This child ruined the experience for me though, they were screaming, gagging and even threw up. It wasn't the restaurant's fault but next time I'll just get take out. I ordered the "build your pho" 2 meats & 1 rare steak as meat choices. Came with 4 meat balls, halves at that. Broth was poor, very bland to taste, I've definitely had better for sure and have had better at other surrounding areas. 2.
