I ordered orange chicken with sauce on the side to split with my toddler. The chicken was cold to the touch. The broccoli was also cold. Very disappointed and hoping we don't get sick from eating the one piece we had. Second time I have tried Rice Bowl....of course it'd be Nee Years Eve. There were only three people working and let me tell you they were working! The lady was cooking answering the non stop phone calls and packing orders.....I was very impressed. I ordered my food online and set it for an hour and 15 mins later. Unfortunately I think mine got lost in the shuffle and when I arrived at 6 (the time I requested) I left 20 mins later. Again it was New Years Eve....had to have some patience. I found this place after I moved here a few months ago. Everyone is very nice here and the food is priced well and every order we have gotten has been very tasty. I always get the sweetheart roll and salmon roll with avocado and cucumber and there is plenty of fish, and the lady always makes it with light rice like I request. My family eats the Chinese food and we have gotten that a few times. They said it was great. Nice portions as well. read more

Well, having read the other reviews, I'm must conclude this is a NO GO. I've tried over the previous two months to be realistic. Food and service here are just hit or miss...conclusion... WILL not be back. Order once and the bill is handed to you....up till then there was no service to speak of. The place was empty except for minions vacuuming. Further charged for premium chardonnay when I requested the house. $1.50 difference in cost. Bummer because I'm desperate for decent food in NC! read more

I am good with heavy accents so I knew she could but was speaking an earpiece phone the entire time. Menu is far too big. Chicken was poorly prepared and cold; broccoli was cold; sauce was very heavy with salt. Fried rice was hot but not a traditional preparation. STAY AWAY! We stopped in yesterday to get a take out order of Szechuan chicken with chicken fried rice. We asked for no vegetables in our meal but yet it came with everything. I could have gotten past that by picking around the vegetables, mistakes are made, I get it. What I couldn't get past is the chicken was a slimy white piece of meat that looked more like a dumpling than a piece of chicken. It was disgustingly bland and the chicken fried rice was hardly cooked with that same nasty chicken in it. This may have been a fluke but after eating two bites, I threw it in the trash. read more

Good Chinese food, but definitely not a Japanese restaurant. We love the chicken wings, teriyaki sticks, steamed dumplings and haven't had a bad main dish for either lunch or dinner.
