I stopped for lunch at Rice House of Kabob a few weeks ago while running errands near Aventura. My boyfriend had been here several times before and promised I'd like it. He wasn't wrong! Rice is a Persian restaurant and their menu consists of a fusion of Middle Eastern foods. I had a joojey wrap with chunks of boneless chicken breast marinated and charbroiled, and also ordered a small portion of their house-made hummus and fell in love with both. The hummus was fresh, flavorful and clearly made in house. The chicken in the joojey wrap was perfectly seasoned and cooked. My boyfriend had the chenheh wrap which contains chunks of tenderloin charbroiled & marinated in their special seasoning. It was spectacular! Their wraps are also served with special sauce that's got a particularly delightful flavor to it, unfortunately I don't remember what it's called. All in all, I couldn't believe how fresh the ingredients were!. I only wish we had a location in Downtown Miami so I'd have a healthy option for lunch. read more

I typically go for a falafel wrap ever since my fixation on Middle-Eastern and Mediterranean food has grown, but they also have wonderful chicken and veggie entrees and smaller plates. For you carnivorous red meat-eating folks, I see lots of great options as well. Pricing is very reasonable for all menu items, especially my go to falafel wrap! This location in mention really stands out for me as the layout is just nice and inside a strip mall where one would think space might be limited, is very well put together and easy to access. A huge mention also must go to the Baklava which of course is so good at all Rice House of Kabob spots!
