    Chicken udon
    Jamie H.

We stopped on our way home from the nursery for a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised with Rice time. I found it after doing a quick yelp search. Highly recommend if you're in the area and need something quick. I ordered the chicken Udon and the boys had chicken yakisoba.

Their tofu udon noodle soup was so delicious and perfect on a cold winter day! I love the cabbage and the soup broth! It was just what I needed! Potstickers made for a good side to go with my meal too. It was deep fried and came with a sauce. The menu has a little bit of everything. My colleague got the bibimbap, which also looked delicious! Service was quick. When I'm back in the area, I will definitely swing by again.

I'm sad to say that in the last few years my whole family has been a bit disappointed in the quality of the food from Rice Time. This used to be my favorite lunch spot in Wilsonville, but the last years' lunches just haven't been up to the previous standard. The chicken in the teriyaki has been dry and the flavor is all from the little bit of sauce. The noodles used to have a nice mix of cabbage and thinly sliced veggies, but that seems lacking too. My wife has been disappointed in her spicy vegetables too. Oddly few veggies for a dish that's specifically a veggie dish. My daughters and spouses have also stopped going there because of the food quality issue. I keep going in every 6 months or so, hoping that it will have changed back to the great quality food from a few years ago, but so far the food has just been consistently...mehhhhh. The service is good, probably better than it used to be, so I'm still hoping the food quality will catch back up.

Walk up and order then sit and wait

I wanted some Chinese food and this place had 4 1/2 stars. The place was clean and look nice enough. You have to place an order and sit down. The portions were large and piping hot. The rice was perfect. The broccoli beef was somewhat burned and I was NOT loving the thick sauce flavor. However, my husband loved the kung pao chicken. They did not offer chop sticks I had to ask for them. I won't ever be coming back. I was just less than impressed. Beware if you sit on the toilet in the women's bathroom it moves!

Only place I know of where you can get a Japanese style curry. Generous servings of bi bim bop also. Great neighborhood dive.

The food can be described as a fantastic and unique combination of traditional Korean cuisine with elements from American and Mexican dishes. The menu is rich in options and very well priced for it's quality and portions. There is a wide selection of canned and bottled drinks for purchase. There are also fountain drinks available. I personally recommend the pineapple cream soda. Food can be ordered online for pickup and or other delivery services however for the sake of the employees I don't recommend ordering online past 6:30. The TV is usually on but if requested the employees will adjust the volume or selection. The building suffers from a general lack of cleanliness but I suspect this is due to a lack of proper cleaning equipment and or time as the restaurant appears to double as a staging ground for the catering and food truck portion of the business. Overall the food is great, and the employees are lovely.

It would be our first time eating Korean style food. My wife is a vegetarian and saw they had a few items with tofu in them. When she ordered we were told the frier was not working so they couldn't make their tofu dishes. They also didn't have any pork dishes. My wife would eat the Kimchi Quesadilla. I had the Chicken burrito without the cucumbers and the pico de Gallo and added their mild sauce. Both meals were ok. My wife thought it was a little too cheesey . My Chicken was dark meat and pretty chooey. This was a one and done experiment .

What a fabulous addition to Molalla's eating-out choices! I've been here several times before today…read moreand each time the food has been excellent. Flavorful and delicious, Fire Foods delivers the best in Asian food here in Molalla. I haven't had their burgers yet but after reading the reviews here, I'm thinking I need to try one! In any event, with the cold grey day we are having today, a bowl of hot ramen soup was the perfect thing to send the overcast blues flying out the window. Today, I had the Veggie Ramen Soup with shrimp & egg along with a cup of jasmine flower tea. The bowl of soup was so big I had to ask for a container to take home what I couldn't eat at lunch. With big huge shrimps and a perfectly poached egg, the noodles and veggies (broccoli, cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, onions, bok choy) hit the spot. The broth was delicious with the perfect amount of spiciness - my lips were tingling with the heat! (Tip: I asked for a "1" on the spiciness chart and it was spicy. I think it might have actually been a "2" because it was spicy! I like my food spicy but if you don't, maybe ask for a "0".) Ordering is accomplished at the counter, which is on the left when you enter the front door. When I said I needed some soup for a chilly day, the man who took my order suggested the Veggie Ramen. He then asked if I wanted to add anything to it and I requested chicken, although I got those huge beautiful shrimp. (I'll be asking for those shrimp from now on!) Prices are comparable to or less than any other place these days - veggie ramen soup was $12 and the pot of tea that I got at least 3 mugfuls out of was $2.50. Add-ons to the soup like chicken, beef or shrimp are an additional couple of bucks. All decked out for the holidays, my favorite decoration was the Grinch Christmas Tree! Fun and festive! I'll be going back soon - maybe to try a burger but I love their Asian food so it might be hard to choose.
