    Sesame bagel

The texture of the bagel is fine. But I wish they would put more sesame on the sesame bagels. Also there was one tiny scallion in my scallion cream cheese. I would say it's bad luck, but I had the same exact experience the last three times.

Been dreaming for years since I last had their bagels! You won't find a more fluffy and flavorful bagel than Rich's . My husband got the Sausage Gouda egg breakfast sandwich on an asiago jalapeño bagel. Rated it 5/5 I got the Asiago bagel with their unique jalapeño cream cheese spread. TO DIE FOR! 5/5 We saw Annette in there and she's a staple of this location. I've only talked to her a few times but she's so sweet and one of the most hardworking people I see! Always great to support local family-owned businesses like Rich's

I love bagels. Growing up in LA, we regularly ate and enjoyed many great bagels. Then I visited New York...changed my life bagel-wise. All to say, I love trying bagels wherever I am. In Utah, it's been sparse. But I loved The Bagel Project they first opened. But Rich's...I had discounted. I recently moved back from CA. My new favorite bagels are Rich's. Their bagels and cream cheeses bring all of my favorite things about the bagel-crunchy on the outside, soft and doughy on the inside, with the perfect chew. The cream cheese, often saves a bad bagel. Not at Rich's. All of their flavors are unique and only elevate the bagels. For me, their jalapeño-orange cream cheese on a sesame or everything bagel. Rich's! A total gem. And goes without saying their staff are lovely. Quick and friendly service. I love walking in and seeing the tables full, people in conversation and everyone seems to know each other. It's dangerous living close to Rich's!

Service was great. Workers are kind and welcoming. I had to wait about 7 min for my sandwich but he was making it fresh. I did ask for tomato and it wasn't in there and the eggs could have used some salt and pepper. That's the only reason it's 4 stars. I'd go back again. I'd like to try some of their unique cream cheese and bagel flavors.

Love Rich's Bagels! They are smaller than most, very chewy, and have great flavor. They don't have all varieties in stock every day, so don't get your hopes up for your favorite kind unless you're really early. It's so nice to visit a locally-owned bagel shop and you always meet a ton of regulars there. There's usually a wait, but I don't mind because the service is great and so is the food. We always get extra bagels to go and they have delicious flavors of cream cheese, like apricot almond and honey pecan. Also love the scallion-herb and even plain is delicious!

Anyone who gives place less than 5star is outta their mind. If I could give 10 stars I would Asiago bagel w/ jalapeño orange cream cheese 10/10 Everything bagel w/ chive & herb cream cheese 10/10

Popped in one rainy morning, really loved the amount of options and that it wasn't insanely overpriced. Not really a spot I would sit and relax at based on the decor but the service was really friendly and the bagels were delicious.

This is a great spot to get fresh bagels and delicious breakfast sandwiches! Their prices are solid and every bagel is always great texture/chew consistency. Im always happy to support a local business over a corporate chain like Einsteins, it's just an added bonus if their taste is better too! They offer a variety of meats, cheeses, and vegetables for any sandwich. For today I ordered the breakfast sandwich with sausage, Gouda, spinach, and sprouts served on a Asiago jalapeño bagel. Their staff are friendly and they have a quick order turn around time for cooking the eggs and sausage fresh in the back for every order. I have also tried their soups and pasta salads in the past and they offer great lunch specials. Overall a quality local business and a great place to try out if you're in the area.

Best bagels in town! Like any popular spot, expect to wait in line, but I promise it is worth it.

Yum, great bagels. You may have to wait in line, they're popular. Try the pumpkin bread they have at the register, you won't regret it.

If an item is shown as available--especially during a busy weekend morning--it's disappointing to find out it isn't. The bagels themselves also seemed off. The ones we received (3 of us) were either under‑toasted or not fresh, which isn't typical. Lastly, the coffee didn't taste like the Public Coffee we are all familiar with. Whether it was a brewing issue or a different roast, it was really not good. We want to support this location and be regulars; however, we won't be back until the kinks are worked out ...

They do full-service sit-down and to-go orders and have a wide selection of hot and cold sandwiches, bagels, dessert, other New York/Jewish style deli foods, and beer! Sloppy Joe - 5/5 - A large (1/2 lb) double decker sandwich with pastrami and corned beef. There are 3 layers of bread. The meats are tender and flavorful and blend nicely together with the thousand island dressing and slaw between the layers. It also comes with a side, I picked the potato salad which was good too. Not too much mayo but it was still nice and creamy. I just wish I got a little more potato salad to match the portion size of the sandwich! Potato Latke Pancakes - 4.5/5 - They were nice, hot, and crispy. You get 2 pancakes which have a nice thickness to them too. The flavor was good, I just think you should get more sour cream and apple sauce. It comes with a small cup of each, but its not quite enough for the 2 pancakes and its 50c each to get extra! Matzo Ball Soup - 3/5 - The matzo ball and soup broth both had a good flavor. The proportions were just off however, a huge matzo ball but not enough broth. And the broth didn't have enough of chicken meat and veggies (carrot/celery). I basically had 1/2 the matzo ball left over at the end Attempted Murder Imperial Stout Beer - 5/5 - Its a vanilla cinnamon stout. The flavor is subtle but in a good way! Its not sweet, but has a smooth bitterness and mouthfeel with a slight fragrance of the vanilla cinnamon. If you like stout, def give this a try. Its a strong one too, 10.5% ABV! The restaurant was clean, service was good, and there is a good amount of seating and its decorated nicely inside. Def give this place a try!

We were quoted a 10-15 minute wait despite there being multiple open tables everywhere, which already set the tone. The person at the front also seemed like greeting guests was a personal inconvenience. Not exactly the warm welcome you'd expect from a place trying this hard to look aesthetic. To make things worse, several pastries sitting in the front display were visibly burnt. Not "artisan charred" -- just burnt. The pastries we ordered were actually good, which makes the rest of the menu even more disappointing. We tried the soft scramble, pork cheek tartine, truffle tartine, and mushroom fettuccine. Everything looked beautiful but tasted either burnt, bland, or both. Every toast item arrived burnt enough that you could taste it in every bite. Our server came by often to refill waters and check on us, but the service somehow still felt oddly impersonal. Since the restaurant wasn't busy at all, it also made us wonder how attentive the service would be during an actual rush. Honestly, this place feels more focused on looking trendy than serving good food. Stick to the pastries if you go -- it's the only thing worth ordering.
