Einstein's scratches your bagel-related itch. It does what you want on a cold Saturday morning. My favorite is an Asiago bagel with veggie cream cheese and it doesn't disappoint. The weirdest thing about this particular location is the inside. They never put tables back in after Covid. It feels like it's under construction but nothing changes. They also weirdly decorate for the holiday without actually making the area feel welcoming. They have outdoor seating, odd for a winter mountain location, but at least there's that. read more

Picture this. I've just picked up the kids from school after a long day of cleaning the house and I am exhausted and just want to go home and rest. But the kids are shouting and screaming because they want to go to this Einsteins so bad. I acquiesce because I am just too tired to argue. I came in with a rainy cloud over my head I imagine. But as I was opening the door, my kids pushed past me and screamed "Zadeeee!" I guess this young man had made acquaintances with my kids and he was very polite and welcoming. We talked for some time and I realized what a great guy he is. His coworker was a bit unpleasant which is the only thing keeping me from giving them five stars, but Zade was great! The bagels were pretty good but that customer service is what's gonna bring me back. I think I've just found my new morning bagel stop! read more

It is 11:45am and I went in to get some bagels. They had some chocolate chip bagels things, but every other bin was empty. EMPTY! They still have hours to be open, yet nothing to sell. Located right outside Millcreek canyon, this is a great spot to meet up with friends and carpool up the trailhead. There are so many bagels to choose from, but I'm totally not a bagel snob and will always reach for the plain bagel. I know!!!!! So plain Jane of me, but I like it. The bacon, tomato, avocado, and egg white sandwich was enough for me to fuel me up before my hike! I also ordered coffee too and their vanilla hazelnut is delicious black! Cream and sugar is not needed! Servers and cashier are super friendly and will help you wake up if you walk in with a sleepy face! With the wide selection of bagels to choose from, there's a ton of other yummy breakfast items on their menu! The staff will suggest their favorites if you have difficulty choosing! read more

Pretty standard bagel fare. If you've been to any Einstein Bros joint, you know the menu. On this visit, my chorizo sunrise sandwich was great (without the mushy avocado please and thank you--but that's just me). The dining area is huge, so it's pretty unlikely that you won't be able to find a seat. Our counter server was quite pleasant and we had absolutely no mistakes with our five orders. If you have a hankerin' for a good bagel, this location is just as good a place as any. read more

It had been a long time since I'd been to an Einstein's, but was near one and in the mood for a bagel. Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with a schmear of cream cheese. The bagel was 1 star at best, only giving 2 stars because the cream cheese was decent. Not sure what happened with this bagel as it was both over-proofed (bubbles on the crust) yet the meat of the bagel was and dry and under-proofed. I guess that's one of the things that can happen when you use frozen dough shipped in from who knows where. Not worth $5.40. read more

35+ minutes for an online order supposedly ready in 15-20. Stood there and watched them fulfill multiple orders for people that arrived after I did. Customer service speaks volumes, at this location, it's dead silence. The cashier was so rude when checking us out, he barely said a word and when we asked questions about scanning the app for points or giving him my phone number, he was so rude to both my boyfriend and I. He was seemingly fine with everyone else, and we weren't rude so we were extremely confused as to why he was so rude to us. Food took a while to come out as well. The person taking the order was great, the people making the food were fantastic. The guy in the blue shirt at the cash register was incredibly rude to every single customer in line. Oh, except men. He was indifferent to men. But every female customer he was exceptionally rude. He went out of his way to berate everyone for tiny miscommunications and was slamming cupboard doors, smacking cups around and almost shouting. I watched him yell at two girls because the person taking their order forgot to put that they ordered iced coffee instead of hot. There's no reason to be that rude. read more

The reason I can't give more than 3 stars is that I made the mistake of getting my coffee here instead of at the coffee shop next door.....and my coffee was absolutely awful. I ordered a white mocha. Don't waste your money and go buy bagels at Costco, This place was awesome 15 years ago when you could order and eat at the tables with friends. Now they make you eat outside in the heat or snow depending on the season. Another establishment letting the pandemic ruin everything. Save money and enjoy your Costco bagels at home or with friends.
