Went home and came back with cash. The next day both cards posted the two credit card transactions. Returned with printouts of card charges. Terrible experience here. The types of people eating here seem to be there to get drunk and let their kids run rampant. I'm talking kids running screaming, throwing things standing on arcade machines. The parents seem like people that you wouldn't want to mess with and very gang affiliated. The staff is young, and I feel like their safety would be at risk if they said anything to the parents about controlling their kids. The pizza crust was very plain and lacked flavor. Bought $60 dollars worth of food and they insisted on charging $2.50 for a water cup. Which I obviously declined and proceeded to talk to the manager of why my family and I couldn't have a cup for water, her response was they don't have specific cups for water and they'd charge for the cup. I then explained so do I get to take the cup home if that's what you charge for the cup and further told them you charge for the drink that's inside the cup. I've wanted to visit this place for a year or so but I'm never in the area at the right time, and I rarely stop on Hatch Road. The last time I was in the area, I went directly to Popeyes. The interior seemed like a mix between a bar and a kids place with many (dirty) tables. I went to the counter because I couldn't see any instructions on what to do. The cashier asked what I wanted and I told him that it was my first visit there, so I needed an extra moment. I ended up ordering the 10 inch Combo. He said "Small combo" and it went into the machine as "SMALL MED RICO SPECL". $12.99 seemed a bit much but for 10 inch pizza, I suppose the volume difference between 8, 9, and 10 inches is plenty. They had Pepsi products on the soda fountain. They have a pizza buffet between 11 and 2, Monday through Friday, I believe, but of course, I missed out on that. Naturally, it took a while to bake the pizza. Another person delivered it to the table. It was a little thick but everything was quite good. The crust was baked enough but wasn't black. There wasn't any bits of old pizza on the bottom, either. Ingredients were good. The online order system sucks. I order and get a email that states my order will be ready from 6:20 to 6:35. I get here 3 people order in front of me while I'm waiting in line. I ask for mine she says it will be 6 min. I sit down and get a email that reads to be ready between 6:35 and 7:05. Meantime the 3 people that order at the counter now have their food. I don't know why this place is getting low reviews! I have a pizza snob and this is the best pizza I've had in a really long time. The crust is not too thin or too thick the ratio of sauce is perfect and the toppings were very generous including my mushrooms which never happens at other places. I am so pissed I just placed an order an hour and a half ago and my pizza didn't get delivered so I called turns out the girl who took my order never placed it she said the phone hung up made no damn sense and if that was the case why the hell didnt she call back to make sure this is not the first time this has happened and my kids were hungry waiting for a damn pizza that was never coming. Saying we had to provide all pieces of the wings if we want a refund . How do you un eat foul wings . Failure on the Manager and poor customer service. Re-think before you place a delivery order. I had soft drink and sauces missing. There logic is for you to drive your self to pick them up for there mistake. What the point of paying $5 delivery + service fee plus driver 10, 15, 20%tip totals to north of $15 and they still tell you that you can drive yourself out to there location and pick the missing items. I was there waiting for like a half hour for one pizza and NO ONE working there gave a damn about us. Three people asked if I'd been helped and when I said no, NONE of them did a thing.
