She cut my nails too short and then we didn't have the space to do the design I wanted. So I had to pick a back up and she didn't even do that right. Couldn't do any snowflake design and overall I left disappointed. I got nothing I wanted. She burnt me with the drill at least 4 times and every time I jumped said nothing. No apologies, NOTHING. I've been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for the last 5yrs and this was the most ignored I've felt. When I had them removed elsewhere, they literally asked where I got them done because they were that bad. Unfortunately, the pedicure experience has gone downhill too. My favorite tech has been gone for months, and today was my breaking point. My husband and I came in for a relaxing pedicure, but the staff was rude, dismissive, and argumentative. The woman doing my husband's pedicure was demeaning to him, and when I asked the male tech to trim my toenails shorter, he argued with me instead of listening. The place was also completely empty, which honestly says a lot. Customers should not feel like a bother for supporting a business. This salon desperately needs better customer service and management.
