The meatballs are very lonely !

The restaurant is always very clean, and staff very friendly. One thing that I am very unhappy, there is no consistancy with the sándwich and the amount of meatballs it comes with, is 20+ for a sandwich with THREE small meatballs it dors not not seem fair at all, depending who makes it sometimes it has more and others less. Hope u can do something about it ! You get an extra piece of bread with a sandwich, what for ???

Way overpriced! Look at this lasagna I paid $22 for. They didn't even include the salad and soda that come with the combo. The roasted chicken dinner was the most expensive and look at these tiny baby chickens. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

Order first, before self serving. I got the chicken and spinach rigatoni and my bf got the spicy Cajun pasta. My rigatoni had Alfredo sauce which was kind of bland. I had to add a lot of chili pepper to give it some flavor. Overall, the pasta was cooked right but the sauce just needed more. They give you a lot so I have left overs. The Cajun pasta was good!! I wish it was spicer. Ambiance is nice, small restaurant at the corner. Good parking. You serve your own water, utensils, bread, etc. one worker checked in on us after giving us our food, very nice lady. The pasta was around $16 which I think coulda been better for that price. I would come again but try a different pasta.

DELIVERY ONLY Friend was craving Italian and he decided on this place. There is a reason for the rating being the way it is. -Portions: good portion size and the food looks delicious - Food: We ordered the Cajun Chicken Fettuccine - there is some spice to the flavor and the noodles are well cooked but the chicken had a very off texture. 3 people ordered a dish with chicken all 3 agreed that the texture of the chicken was dry and odd. Never again.

If you are hungry you will get full.... The salads were fresh, the cheesy garlic bread was delicious. We had to add a lot of seasoning to the pasta dishes to make them tasty. Also, You have to unlimited bread, oil and vinegar. Murkee and the lady taking orders were very nice. Parking was easy. And the food came up quickly. Bonus tidbit: Franzia box wine was being served as an option...

Rigatoni's didn't have a menu viewable on line. so i dropped in. the menu on the wall isn't the typical Italian menu. noticed 1 lableled lunch time "favorites" with soup & salad....and some entrees listed on it. rigatoni bolognese was on the list. i asked the cashier if rigatoni bolognese had soup & salad with it. long story short. cashier wasn't listening carefully even after i repeated it. ended up with soup & salad (9.95) to go. eats: walnut salad with tomato bisque soup (9.95) came with bread & better. -mixed green salad had walnut pieces with italian dressing and other items. fresh tasting. -tomato bisque was yummy as was the sliced bread roll. -unsweetened tea was nice. -butter labeled "whipped sweet cream Butter". made with pasteurized cream (milk), salt. was soft/liquid, not solid 3.5 stars good value, 2 options for soup, 3 for salad, 3 dressings, 6 drink options. takeouts: -credit card taken with a photo id check -limited indoor dining available -menu(s) on wall wasn't very clear. -quick, courteous service. -

I've been coming here for quite some time, and I like this Rigatoni's!! They keep their Italian food simple, I doubt it's authentic, but that doesn't really matter. The food is good and reasonably priced!! I usually roll with the Fettuccini Alfredo or one of their specials, which is written on a small chalk board that you see upon entering. You also can get unlimited amounts of bread and butter, and the service is great!! I really liked dining in here before Covid, sitting by the window and kicking back and enjoying my meal, can't wait to get back to that again!!!

Rigatoni Bolognese was runny. This used to be my favorite signature dish but this is the second time the sauce was runny and bland.

Food was quick but my Rigatoni Bolognese was bland and the sauce was runny. I thought it was going to be different than the last time i was here but i was disappointed. This used to be my favorite dish but i dont think i will be coming back.

I've driven past here once or twice but never thought much of it. Fast forward a few years and my sister's sending me photos of her pasta and garlic cheesy bread. Rigatoni's where it's at! Their pasta is made from scratch right before your very eyes in their homestyle open kitchen a few feet past the counter. Yup, it's an order at the counter, they'll bring over your meal type of place. AYCE bread! 3 kinds: sourdough, "everything" with seeds/garlic/onion, and pumpernickel? No longer warm so butter doesn't spread as easily. Prices are pretty reasonable. Spaghetti with meatballs is $14.99. My favorite is the rigatoni bolognese! Al dente textured rigatoni tubes with savory red sauce mixed with cream + cheese and crumbled sausage in every bite! So good!! I also had the fettuccine with shrimp & mushrooms in creamy garlic sauce, sauce tasted a bit sweet to me, but microwaving leftovers doesn't cause oil separation in the sauce like at Olive Garden! Shrimp content is a bit skimpy when you add it on to a dish. $3 for 6 pieces. Garlic cheese bread is enough for two people. Eat it as soon as it's served! Gooey cheesiness. Almost forgot we ordered spinach cheese tortellini with shrimp. Fantastic! You can't go wrong with any of their fresh made pastas. Caesar salad was ok, also tasted sweet to me. Order ahead online or by phone! It gets pretty cold inside. I saw some desserts behind the display case. Cheesecake or chocolate cake slices, anyone?

I ordered for their home made lasagna and was very much disappointed. Sauce was runny and the whole food looked like soup. Presentation was nasty. Giving them a 2 because cashier was nice.

I ordered the Cajun chicken fettuccine, the chicken was cold and dry and cut into small squares, sauce was watery. The cheesy garlic bread was pretty good but for almost $30 bucks I was disappointed and wont be coming back here sadly.

We've had our fair share of burgers, Chinese food and Mexican food so it was time to try Italian. We are not new to Rigatoni's as we've been there a plenty of times before our situation changed where we don't get out as much. So we decided to order online from Grubhub and it was delivered to perfection! Everything in the order was hot and fresh, and the garlic bread, it was super delicious. Rigatoni tasted very good and so did the spaghetti. I appreciate the extra layers of foil wrap to keep the garlic bread fresh when it arrives via delivery a delivery driver. It made for a great dinner. But we got full halfway so we saved the rest for lunch today. It's just a meal you don't want to pass up on a Friday or any day of the week. This is nice Italian food!

There aren't many businesses in this complex so there's always plenty of parking. I inside of the restaurant was small but had plenty of tables. It was a slow day on that weekday early dinner time. We asked to order our items for take out. We waited not too long as I remember. How was the food? Fried Calamari- for only being a couple minutes away I wonder why the calamari was already almost cold when we ate it. It was pretty disappointing. Maybe they just had it in the box while they waited for the rest of our order. I don't know. Flavor was good. Pizza Primavera - It was good, I was okay with it. The pizza dough wasn't my favorite but it was fine. White Pasta - I honestly don't remember what the name was but it was an item my bf ordered. This was terrible. Like there was too much roux to make the bechamel. It tasted of flour. Not much salt, not much of other flavors. Not enough milk and cheese and butter. He took a bite and put it down. Overall, glad we tried it but we might not be coming back. With the economy now, it's disappointing when the food is terrible for how much we pay for.

Came here on a weekday for dinner and it was mostly empty. We got the chicken parm and the margherita pizza. With the margherita pizza, the dough was obviously bought premade and frozen. It was dry and hard as expected from a premade frozen pizza dough. Not sure if the whole thing was bought frozen. There was generous amounts of cheese with one sad basil leaf of each quarter. One positive thing I can add about the pizza is that the cheese does have a satisfying flavor, giving me a nostalgic flashback to school lunch pizza. As for the pasta, the chicken has a strange taste (maybe too strong on a vodka marinade?). There was way too much sauce for the amount of pasta, and it had a very light and bright flavor, not terrible but definitely lacking depth and any nuances of aromatics or herbs. The chicken was not breaded and instead grilled. Servers were attentive, but seemed to have a lot of staff mostly standing around.

The service throughout the night was exceptional, with frequent check-ins and very polite and informative waitstaff! Definitely a great experience service-wise. The ambiance of the restaurant was also outstanding, with gentle lighting, intimate decor, and lovely music choices. Onto the food--obviously, Olive Garden is known for its unlimited breadsticks, salad, and soups. The breadsticks were delicious, as expected, and the salad was surprisingly a standout! From the crunchiness of the lettuce to the perfect ratio of dressing, the salad outgrew its status as an appetizer into an entree of its own, for us. Unfortunately, we couldn't say the same of the soups that we had. While the Chicken and Gnocchi was decent, it wasn't anything to write home about. Meanwhile, we found the Zuppa Toscana to be pretty bland, with a slightly off-taste. Additionally, we'd initially thought that the spicy italian sausages in the Zuppa Toscana would be more like sausage slices, rather than ground meat, though their flavor still remained one of the only highlights of the soup. We also ordered the Fried Mozzarella, which was an excellent appetizer--the cheese pulls were great alongside the crispy breading and tasty marinara dip! As for our entrees, we had the Chicken Alfredo and Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. We felt that both entrees portion sizes were just a bit less than expected, but figured that the prices were also accounting for the unlimited sides. We had the Chicken Alfredo with Crispy Chicken Fritta, and it did not disappoint! The chicken was absolutely crispy, and the alfredo was just a great, hearty meal as a whole. The Carbonara was also very enjoyable, with plenty of shrimp and surprisingly tender chicken! Overall, we were very satisfied with both entrees, and would be excited to explore more off the menu! Finally, the payment through the tablet at the table was convenient, and also gave us ample time to not feel rushed once we were done eating. We did use gift cards, and there was a bit of a struggle and frustration with the card reader on the back of the tablet, but ultimately nothing too terrible. Lastly, the complimentary mint chocolates were a nice touch as suckers for mint desserts, and we were even able to generously receive extras upon request! All in all, we had a really wonderful time at this Olive Garden, and would definitely be open to dining at this franchise more in the future!

We wanted to sit at the bar - always the best for people-watching - but it was full. They need to expand and open up the bar area. In fact the entire place is well due for a remodel. The hostesses were nice. They seated us at a booth, which felt cramped and claustrophobic, I wouldn't sit there again. The complimentary breadsticks came out first and I made the rookie mistake on filling up on them before our mains came out. For our mains, RB had the shrimp scampi, and I had the fettuccine alfredo with broccoli. The pasta was decent, and I'm sure would have tasted better had I not stuffed my face with the breadsticks beforehand. Our mains came with a large salad for two, which RB surprisingly enjoyed very much, he's not usually much of a greens guy. Our server was nice as well, but seemed a bit caught off guard by our leisurely pace. We don't grub and run, we like to relax and take our time when dining out. Everything was fine, nothing blew my socks off, but might visit again at some point.
