When I called he fit me into his schedule to come and take a look at the issue and what was going on. What I loved most was how he explained exactly what was happening and how we could try option A B and C with A being cheaper less work to more extensive and expensive work and the fact that he could have lied and tried to hit me for the most expensive way of repairing the issue but instead was very professional and very caring about us going the cheapest route possible to save me some money when he could of just went with the most expensive work and I wouldn't have known if the price was high or not but not only was he very caring and knowledgeable and very professional he came and told me exactly what he was going to do and what he needed I gave him the money upfront for all the materials and he didn't run with my money he went and came right back and then proceeded to fix my issue and he did a very good job. I haven't had any issues since but what I also loved about him is that he called a couple days later to make sure everything was good to go and I didn't have any issues and also what I loved is that he guaranteed his work and that if an issue was to happen within the right frame of time he would come back out and correct it at no cost. I can't explain how happy we are to have finally found a plumber out here looking to help people first before getting paid first. I just want to say I am glad I used this business for the problem I had. My sink where my washing machine drains was. Clogged. Water was spilling out onto my floor. I call this business and he came out and explained the situation of why it was clogged. I had metal pipes and needed PVC pipes.
