He said no problem and he met up with our caretaker and fixed the issue in a flash, saving us from having to come right home. Just today, his guys Lance and Josh came to the house to troubleshoot a leak in the basement to find it was coming from a bidet toilet on the floor above it. Complicated? Yes. But not so much that these experts coudn't solve the issue and fix us right up in short order.
