Great thin crust pizza! I got the plain, spicy , onions and roasted peppers and all 3 were great. You have to eat it hot though!

I don't know what the hype is. I'm usually a fan of thin crust pizza but the pizza was just blah. They are small and feed two. It is not as expensive as other neighborhood pies, which is a good thing. A mistake was made on our take out order of a veggie pie. We asked for no olives and extra mushrooms. Well, we got olives on half the pie with the other vegetables. Very skimpy on the toppings. Oregano was not even present on the sauce which was also blah. Guess I'm going to stick to the local pizzeria and not a chain. My mistake. read more

Food was great, however they need to work on their customer service. I was seated outside on a sunny day, sat down into a seat full of water, the host just looked at me and didn't even offer to get me another seat. I went to another table and exchanged the seat myself. My wife speaks with an accent, when ordering drinks (a coke) the waitress took her order, then the manager came over to ask what my wife wanted to drink as the waitress didn't understand her (this led to a very uncomfortable situation). Hint **ask right then and there; don't leave the table then ask someone else to ask**. Given today's day and age and the mix of Levittown, I was surprised but will chalk this up to staff training. We love Riko's! Probably order once a week or so. We especially love that the size of the pie allows everyone to order their own pie with whatever toppings they like. It's delicious. We just have a few things that keep it from five stars for us... first, I almost always have to wait longer than the quoted pickup time for my online order. Even when the place is dead empty. Times where it tells me 15 mins, I get there in 20 to be safe... and still end up waiting another 15 minutes. It can be frustrating, but I guess no big deal. Also just a small pet peeve of mine, I have often not been greeted by the person at the pickup counter - last time I went in, the girl was on the phone with (I assume) her boss discussing what time she had to stay there until, and she couldn't even be bothered to turn her head and acknowledged that I arrived. The pizzas also get cold quick, but there is really nothing they can do about that. My number one issue, and it has caused members of my family to literally not be able to eat their food, is that it is obvious the pies are often cooked in the same spots in the ovens as hot oil pies have been previously, and the hot oil then gets on non-hot oil pies. It hasn't bothered me, I don't mind a little spice (one time was WAY too much for me, but I think they actually messed up my pie and put the oil ON it, it was that hot)... but a lot of my family won't eat spicy at all. So they throw their food away. Maybe figure out a system for hot oil pies on one side of the oven, or have a seperate one. All in all, all small issues - we will keep coming back and can't wait for our next out. read more

I was drawn in by the good reviews and so disappointed. Pizza looked like conveyor belt pizza. Flavor wasn't bad but nothing phenomenal. When you're used to pizza like Umbertos this is a big disappointment. The Caesar salad was lettuce. Croutons and a sprinkle of Parmesan. I had to give Riko's 5 stars both for food and service. We ordered a create your own pizza and a small garden salad. Pizza was delicious with a nice thin crust that wasn't flimsy. Perfect crispness to it. The small garden salad was a very generous portion more than enough for 2 people. Very fresh ingredients. We ordered it with Italian dressing which was delicious as well. We decided to sit at the bar and eat dinner. We certainly were not disappointed with the service. Ana who served us was extremely attentive with a fabulous friendly attitude. She was well prepared and very knowledgeable about the menu especially for opening week. Her service was excellent! We will definitely be back again. read more

We find it hard to eat any other pizza now no lie. We basically pick up pies every week! Thin cripsy crust (we order well done), and their sauce is pizza perfection. We don't like saucy pizza so I will say if you don't then order it light on sauce. You still get plenty but not overly done. SO GREAT!!! I need to branch out and try their hot oil but the regular is so good I keep it simple. :) read more

Unfortunately we waited about 45 minutes for 2 pizzas and ended up having to take them to go. Very very disappointed as me and my boyfriend are huge fans of this place and it was a huge let down. No acknowledgment from owner, until she said goodbye and thank you after seeing us sit there for almost an hour and then leave with to go boxes. Not great. read more

W O W!!! I cannot say enough great things about this place! We went tonight for the first time and ordered a small Caesar salad (not pictured, but delicious) Buffalo wings (pictures but half eaten because we just had to dig in) which were FALL OFF THE BONE tender!!! They came out piping hot!! Wings usually come out like warm, but here they came out fresh and hot and were so delicious and tender, we wish we got more! We also ordered two pies. The first was half spicy sausage and half breaded eggplant, both were amazing, although the sausage wasn't very spicy. The second was a plain pizza with hot oil on the side and OH MY GOD. INCREDIBLE!!!! Honestly, from pictures we were afraid the pizza would be too oily, which is why we ordered the hot oil in the side. And while the pizza does definitely look oily, it didn't taste or feel oily AT ALL! Needless to say we ended up dumping hot oil all over our pizza and then dipping the slice in whatever oil slid off the slice hahaha. The hot oil is amazing. For those who don't know, it's just a spicy oil, but it's such a great idea to put on pizza. The crust on both pies were very thin and SO crunchy. For dessert we finished with a slice of reese's peanut butter pie which was also to die for (we dug in before taking a picture of that too!) We will definitely be back (probably this week!!) because I can tell this will definitely be our new favorite spot. We grew up on Long Island eating pies from Long Island and NYC but we just can't get enough of this thin crust bar pizza! SO thrilled that we have this new place so close to home. 100/10 recommend ! read more

My friends and I would never go back to this place again we were each given a glass of water or should I say in a disgusting plastic cup and the smell and the taste of the water was horrific my friends and I had to order bottled water and a soda at $2.50 and $2.75 for a soda we told the manager and her answer to us was I drink the water I ordered a buffalo pie without lettuce on it let me tell you the pie was cold they had to take the pie in the back and heat it up it did not have any cheese on it the chicken on it was hard cubed chicken with some hot sauce on it I can't believe this place is still in business I could've went across the street and had a delicious pie at the pizzeria not this garbage. A I usually don't commend, but always read Yelp reviews, I was appalled to read the 12/6 and now 12/8 review of "Thomas" and had to reply. We were there on 12/6 and were approached by a super nice young man at the door who escorted us to a table, asking if we liked where it was and we did. When we left he was sure to tell us to have a nice day. So I'm puzzled how different "Thomas" was treated. Doesn't seem possible. We will continue to come to your place of business in the future. read more

Moved here from Connecticut 3 years ago and missed Rikos! Couldn't believe it when we saw a franchise opened up in Levittown! Same wonderful thin crust pizza that we remember. So flavorful and delicious! Great, friendly service, too! Hope more franchises pop up around Long Island. read more

Finally got to Riko's yesterday and boy am I glad (but my waistline, not so much!). My husband and I shared 2 pies, their hot oil pie and a Margherita pie - both of which were outstanding - but the hot oil pie was my favorite. The flavor was just amazing and we both love the thin crust. My husband also had an order of wings which he inhaled - they were so good! Service was excellent too. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. If they're reading this, I'm the lady who was cold (whose husband was hot - lol) who asked you to turn the outside heater on which they happily did without hesitation, and the gentleman even moved it closer to our table. I highly recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to go back and try other menu items, although I'll definitely have the hot oil pie again - maybe with extra peppers next time! Riko's nailed it. If you are a fan of thin crust pizza, this spots for you. Friday night we were a party of four. We got a few wing selections to try the flavors, we got Plain, Teriyaki and Buffalo, They were all delicious and the chicken was really fresh and the perfect sized wing, all very flavorful, even the wings without any sauce. It was a very busy dining room, but the service was on point. The food came out quick and hot. We all shared our Pizza's, we had sausage and Meatball, Margarita as well as Cheese and a Vegetable, they were all delicious. They have an Awesome selection of Beers to choose from and the vibe and the ambiance were great. We will Definitely be back!!! Best of luck. read more
