We love this place! The staff is always so nice, the waitstaff are welcoming and friendly (especially Guillermo), the food is always tasty, the atmosphere is peaceful and nice, along with the music. My fiancée is born and raised in Peru and she 100% approves of the food here. We love the cancha they serve at the start along with the huancaina and ocopa sauces, and they are great at keeping those filled. We love the pollo a la brasa, fettuccini with huancaina and lomo, ceviche was beautiful, and parihuela. The lunch specials are amazing deals, just be sure to call ahead to make sure they didn't sell out yet. The maracuya juice is perfect. Overall we prefer coming here over than Picca or Sardi's, they have good food too but the atmosphere and friendliness isn't the best, and the wait lines can get long. You'll especially love this place if you want the authentic Peruvian tastes. You won't be disappointed!

Un pescado , dos lunch especiales q son 1/2 platos same $ y 1 pisco sour q costó igual q un vaso de un buen vino q no es lo mismo.

No más rincón peruano for us. Q pena .

I'm so happy I found this place close to home. Peruvian food is one of my favorites. Let's start by saying that the staff here was super friendly from the lady at the register to Guillermo my waiter he was AMAZING!!! Capitol letters amazing. He offered me this special tea they make and it so so delicious I don'y remember the tea but all I know that it's made of herbs and it's good for you. My main dish was the papa it was so creamy, the potatoes were cooked to perfection. I ordered a side of rice with it great combination two starches never hurt.. lol i also ordered the Choclo is was so delicious most places I go they always have hard corn not this place. The green sauce was so good I wish the yellow sauce was as watery but it's good. For dessert I ordered leche asada omg is this incredible or what!! It's similar to a FLAN 100 times better. What can I say everything here is delicious. The prices are incredible and They have specials everyday. Thank you Guillermina for treating us like royalty we enjoyed eating here. If your visiting or live in the DMV make sure to stop here you wont regret it!!

I paid almost $20 on top of the entree just to substitute beef with shrimp .

My friend and I came in for lunch. Due to dietary restrictions my friend requested the beef in the lomo saltado be substituted with shrimp in which the waitress went to check with the manager for approval. She proceeded to tell us it would Be extra which we were ok with however did not mention the extent to how much extra we would be charged. Upon receiving our bill we realized that we were charged an extra $20 for this substitution making this mediocre meal a $40 plate. While trying to understand the charge ,we asked the waitress for a manager in which she lied and said she couldn't find the manager however I was staring at the waitress and the so called manager having the conversation. The waitress comes back proceeding with this lie after I had been staring at them. 10 minutes later.... what do you know ? the same "manager" who was Missing pops up and tries to give a crappy justification . Her ideal rationalization of this absurd charge was that every meal that would contain shrimp will include three pieces of jumbo shrimp max and that each shrimp cost $3 .-MIND YOU EVERYTHING ELSE THAT HAD SHRIMP ON THE MENU WAY LESS. After being caught in her lie and way off math proceeded to say actually it's $5 per shrimp.Proceeds to argue that the waitress told us it would be $40 a plate when that was never a thing.(Mind you our plate had 6 shrimps max if that) so now we're responsible for the extra shrimp YOU decided to give us lol. 3*3 is 9 even 3* 5 is 15. How did you randomly charge $20 on top of the cost of the Entree? Here's my issue 1. A substitute is just that no more no less . So why would you give me more shrimp if your substitute would only allow 3 shrimp max?-please see even the appetizers contain more shrimp so this Is a lie.Even still, How are we required to pay additional without notification because you decided to give me what you consider extra" MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! 2. Please see the amount of beef provided in a lomo saltado dish vs "this shrimp substitute " 3.you're charging me for a whole different plate. I could've bought two times the amount of a regular plate and just taken the beef aside Ultimately we faught for a 5$ refund only for them to automatically apply a gratuity charge of roughly $8that we never agreed to . What's the point of a refund if you're gonna give yourself the money back anyways? How are you even justifying this? Taking advantage of the situation and customers who were loyal before this incident. Unfortunately all I have are pics of the check.

This restaurant is positively delightful. I love ceviche and the ceviche de pescado is absolutely delicious. It is made to perfection. The sweet potato side and corn are exquisite. I am very pleased My fiancé got the special, a trio and he was very pleased. The trio is best shared as it is a sizable portion. I also love their sides. The fried yuca is excellent w sauces on the side and you get a large amount of yuca! Very pleased! Our waitress was very kind and helpful. We also got some sweets to go; I'm sure they will be a hit as well. Muchísimas gracias, nos gusto mucho!

Thank you for saving our night with these delicious food. My husband and I decided to give this place a chance after all the good reviews we saw. Food was fantastic and the service was great. Definitely coming back to try more things from the menu.

Great place and service! Food was great! My boyfriend enjoyed the food and felt like he was back in Peru! The restaurant looks well taken care of. We had a waiter that worked exceptionally.

The restaurant is on a quaint street in old Gaithersburg. It's small, clean and modern. My friend had the mussels as an appetizer and said they were delicious as was her steak con frios. I had the Aeropuerto which was a wonderful mixture of chicken and pork with rice and noodles. DELICIOUS!! We also asked for a little to-go cup of the fried (?) corn that they gave us at sitting. I would definitely return! (Also, the bathroom was very CLEAN)

On this visit, we both got selections like what we had around our early times of visiting this spot. I cannot remember what my friend got, but I ordered one of the "Feasty Specials" which had 1/2 Snow Crab Legs and 1/2 Headless Shrimp. It came with sausages (sliced in pieces), 1 Corn (about 1/4 size), 1 Egg, and 2 Potatoes (the skin easily comes off). You get to pick the seasoning and I had Old Bay. What is presented to you is a large clear bag, steamed up and tied, with seasonings and all mixed up. It is served on a metal tray, and they also place an empty bowl on your table for discarding things. Plastic bib was on, bag opened, and I was ready to dig in. The seasoning took me back to my second visit a few years ago. It was when I first tasted their Old Bay mix and became a fan of it. This Feasty Special was just enough and I was glad to switch things up for a change.

Overall, the food is good, and, in our opinion, you do get what you pay for. Keep in mind that they DO charge you if you have leftover food on your table when you are done. Be mindful of that and make sure to let them know as you are finishing up, and want more, to scale down your portion size. There is a 90-minute window to eat. The servers don't really go over the menu much, so if it is your first time for all you can eat, make sure to take notice that the crab legs do come with a few different flavor options. The bad - They started a new policy, which I understand, but do not like. If you want all you can eat, everyone who is at the table must all order it as well, or nobody can. I understand they are protecting their profits, but that has taken us away from this place on more than one occasion to eat elsewhere as some wanted it and another family members wanted to order off the main menu. Also, service can be extremely slow, and I am not sure if it is intentional or not, but we have complained more than once and made them extend our time. Last time we went, they set our first order of food down on the table and as we were eating, the waitress walked by no less then 5 times and didn't bother to ask if we wanted anything else. Then, magically, when our food was gone, we could not get anyone to come to the table for 15 minutes. Upon ordering our next round, it took another 20 more minutes for the food to arrive. They are sticklers about the 90-minute time frame, and we explained that twice this has happened and 60 minutes of our 90 minutes was wasted waiting on a server and then the food took forever. They allowed us one more round of food, which we appreciated and thought was fair. We start a stopwatch now and if we feel things are going slow, we address that with the server and sometimes put in a new order when the food is being dropped off. Overall, we are pleased to come here a few times a year. We only get all you can eat and usually are happy when we leave. The food is inconsistent as we do get the lobster tail with all you can eat, and it is usually overcooked and can chew like rubber, but still has good flavor. The crab legs sometimes come out waterlogged with salt, but most times piping hot. This is your typical "average" 3-star restaurant. If you are prepared to spend the money for all you can eat, you will leave satisfied and full, but never will you think "I wish I could come here every week". I have not ordered specific entrees off the regular menu so I cannot speak on portion size or quality of the food by ordering that way. Staff is always pleasant, but you do need to get on them if they are slacking.

Any Marylander of the Boomer and GenX generation knows about O'Donnell's RUM BUNS. I used to come here with family back in its heyday and these were served table side before our meal. How crazy is that, a nice lil somewhat sinful dessert BEFORE some MD crab?! Those were the days! The rum buns are more nostalgia more than anything, I wouldn't say they'll blow your socks off, but hey, nostalgia is nostalgia. Well, I'll need to dine in here for a full and complete verdict, but my quick grab and go visit was a tad chaotic. Service for taking orders could improve - you walk in, there's a seafood counter to your left, bakery counter to your right (both were unmanned when I walked in) and in the middle is a deli section with the cash register where I assume they take orders. We stood there for a few good minutes before getting anyone's attention despite the fact a manager asking staff (not customers) if everyone was being helped. Clearly staff did not know who was waiting to check out, take orders or just waiting for their orders to arrive. So it was just weird. No one greeting you as you walk in either, it just also weird because there's no clear line anywhere you stand. Otherwise, rum buns were as I remembered them. Also picked up crab dip and chicken salad from the grab and go section from the back and they were just ok, not bad, not great. So will come again for a future visit hoping to have a much better meal and experience!

The Marsala was light (not thick) and somewhat sweet. Very good. Honestly, the bread service was pretty disappointing.
