This isn't your big, fluffy cinnamon bun, but it's a delicious treat with warmth and sweetness nonetheless. I love the customization and toppings you can pick from to pile on your cinnamon roll. Though if you're indecisiveness on the options, you can choose one of the Signature rolls and I chose the Very Berry, a fruity and creamy mix. Service was pretty quick. I actually took the cinnamon roll home, so I probably didn't eat it for another 45 minutes. It was still good and worth the wait! It was a dreary, rainy afternoon and this really helped brighten that day.

So my friend and I wanted green tea soft serve but the cafe was closed and we tried Cinnaholic instead. Everything tasted strongly of soy byproducts like soy lectin or something. The icing was gross and runny. The overall taste of the product was overwhelmingly sweet and the bread tasted stale. Unless someone suggest we return, I wouldn't go back.

Cinnaholic makes the best cinnamon rolls! The store is 100% vegan and you would never guess it. Also, this franchise location is black owned which is always a great thing to support. The Old Skool Roll is plenty sweet and decadent enough for me. They do have options to customize the roll or pick a specialty roll. They all look phenomenal, but I can only handle the classic.

The cinnamon roll was SO good even though there was no chocolate sauce on it (I got charged for that and overcharged for the caramel sauce). The inside of the store was nice. I'd go back - despite the cost.

This was my first time trying Cinnaholic and I was amazed. The rolls are big and so flavorful! I got the old school and the Cookie Monster which were soooo good! I also tried their rendition of a snicker doodle which I ended up having to get two cause my kids ate the first one in store. The customer service was superb and friendly. I like how everything was displayed for you to view. I definitely will be back!

I'm back for a 1 year update! This time, I actually went to the store to check out their location and I really enjoyed my experience. It wasn't too busy so service was excellent and I was greeted the moment I walked in. I recently won a gift card on Instagram so I decided to stop by and purchase 2 cinnamon rolls for me and my boyfriend. I ordered the Cookie monster for him and the sparkle berry for myself. I have to say that cookie monster was way to sweet for me, but he loved it (I guess to each their own)? But the sparkle berry was well balanced with the natural sweetness from the fruit and sugary-sweetness with the cinnamon roll. Service was also quick and the cinnamon rolls both came out warm and fresh. If it's ever your first time trying Cinnaholics, go for something tame as anything with too much chocolate or drizzle will definitely taste overwhelming. If there was anything I could recommend is working on their electronic payment system. It's very glitchy and it originally was re-checking my gift card for quite a few minutes. Once it went through the, everything processed smoothly.

3.5 stars. We decided to try Cinnaholic for the first time on 1/16/22, ahead of the snow storm. We arrived around 1130, not too long after they had opened. There wasn't a long wait and the 2 guys behind the counter kept the line moving. There were about 6 signature rolls listed, but you can also create your own by selecting frosting and toppings. Other items on the menu included cookie dough, brownies, cookies and mini cinnamon rolls. I ordered the s'mores, while my husband and eldest customized their own rolls. Everyone enjoyed their cinnamon rolls; however... we were slightly disappointed that they weren't fresh cinnamon rolls. The dough was a bit stale. I warmed my roll in the microwave at home for about 20sec, which made it much more enjoyable. Overall, it's a very good concept. They just need to not serve stale cinnamon rolls. I'd put this place on my list of "if I really really want something sweet/junky and I may or may not be slightly inebriated (so my expectations are a tad bit lower) or nothing else is open, I'd come here. Otherwise, I think we'll stick with Cinnabon. Special frosting and toppings or not. They're a bit more reliable on the freshness and taste.

I finally got the chance to experience this cinnaholic & I'll definitely will be returning. When I walked in the door was welcomed with a warm greeting by Boijon I really hope I'm pronouncing that right. She was so sweet nice very well mannerd & accommodating the store smelled amazing I was Immediately hit with smell of cinnamon. The store was extremely clean their was a few tables beverages was available to purchase I just ask for a cold cup of ice water. Then after looking over the menu I decided with the apple pie roll everything is fresh made to order. So I didn't mind waiting for my roll to be fixed. The roll are simple delicious from the crisp apple fresh pecans made in store carmal & the cream cheese icing was so lite & creamy The roll was moist & soft not dry at all your know how some cinnamon roll places. When you purchase Then leave to finish shopping then eat the cinnamon roll it's hard so the expectation is gone wellnot this roll. I literally finished my shopping then went home & it was still moist I will be return I want to customize my own that should be fun highly recommend ten out of ten. Enjoy

This bakery had me at vegan! I love a great vegan dessert every now and then. I was looking for a unique Cinnamon bun and ordered the Caramel Apple pie flavor which is a bun covered with Caramel frosting topped with fresh apples, pecans, homemade pie crumble & caramel sauce. Each distinct flavor balanced the Caramel flavor with the homemade pie crumble adding a burst of flavor to each bite. The texture of the bun was spot on and the flavor rendering of the apple pie was delicious. You can also order other flavors, snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookies. The customer service was friendly and the wait time was efficient. The ambiance provided a great place for conversation. Treat yourself!

Last time I had cinnaholic was in 2021 when I had an old skool roll and a custom Oreo roll and it was very good and soft. I've finally returned since 2021 and my experience was pretty disappointing to say the least. I decided to just get an old skool roll but it was dry, had a harder type of texture, and was average. I don't know if it was based on the specific roll I got (maybe I got a bad batch) or it could be that it's not as good as I remember or a combination of the two but either way it has changed my opinion on cinnaholic.

I must admit... I'm having an existential crisis. I'm not quite sure how to rate Cinnaholic. Is it fair to rate Cinnaholic against all the other cinnamon buns out there although it's vegan? Should I be rating it against other vegan desserts I've had? I've never had a vegan cinnamon bun, should it be in a category all it's own? Ok breath... breath... we can work this through. Ultimately, I'm in between 3 and 4 stars and let me give you a lengthy explanation why! I know, I know. A lengthy review from Mike B.... who saw this one coming =x=? So, I first encountered Cinnaholic on Shark Tank. I remember vividly watching the Sharks taste the Cinnamon Buns and ohh and ahh at the flavor. I mean, I was sold from that moment. That must have been at least 4 B.C. (Before Covid)- before there was even a Cinnaholic in my area. So when it did come to my area, I was so down to try it. Then I heard about the long lines that Cinnaholic had, and I was like, ok I can wait for the hype to calm down. And so I did. It wasn't until a vegan friend was coming over that I was like... ok here's my chance. So I went in and ordered 2 Cinnamon Buns to try. Like other's commented, it's a bit pricey on some items. I got one of the original cinnamon buns And I got one of the cinnamon buns frosted with cream cheese frosting with snickerdoodle cookies and strawberries on top. Both buns in my opinion were cloyingly sweet. Something that I'm not an enormous fan of. I rather the sweetness be subtle and unassuming like a Toyota corolla. The texture of the buns was pretty good. I mean, if someone served this bun to me and I didn't know that it came from Cinnaholic, and they were like "What's unique about this Cinnamon Bun" - I feel like if I'm being honest with myself, I wouldn't guess that it was vegan. The fact that they can get this texture and chew and flavor without butter is pretty impressive. Now let's work our way to disappointment number 2 though. On the cinnamon bun that I got the strawberries and snickerdoodle cookies, the toppings were sparse and not evenly distributed. If I'm paying for strawberry topping, I'm expecting more than 1 cut up strawberry. And the cookie, although good, just added another punch of sweetness onto something that IMO was too sweet to start with. Now... I'll say one thing. I'm a bit surprised that Cinnaholic is not pushing their Vegan identity in their store. I mean... it says nothing on the sign out front, I didn't see anything in the store, and the cashiers didn't mention anything about it. It's almost like their trying to hide that it's a vegan cinnamon bun. If I were doing marketing for Cinnaholic I'd shift that messaging real quick. I was so surprised on my way out that I went on their website just to ensure that I was getting something vegan on the way out (cause my friend only eats vegan). I was really surprised. I don't think that Cinnaholic should have any shame in it's plant based roots ( pun intended). I think that if I were to rate Cinnaholic against all of the vegan desserts I've had - it would definitely stand near the top. What ultimately put me at 3 stars though, and this is how I had to deal with my existential crisis - I had to ask myself: Would I be back on my own accord if I wasn't being forced to have a vegan dessert. Unfortunately, and I'm sorry Cinnaholic, I'd probably err on the side of no. If I'm gonna go all in on cashing out some of my calories on dessert, I'm probably gonna hit up a regular Cinnabon. If I did go back, I'd definitely ask for the frosting on the side. I think that this is part of what made the bun too sweet for me. But, one thing I was also a bit surprised about was the run of the mill, ordinary, unexciting toppings. I think that if you're gonna run on the same track as fractured prune ( an apt comparison by Andrew P), you'd definitely want some wow-wow toppings that make people go - Ohhhh I have to get the carrot-cake topped cinnamon bun! Or the cinnamon bun with horchata icing. The toppings list doesn't really move me at all. Here's a snippet of it that I feel encapsulates the feel: "Almonds, apples, bananas, blueberries, brownie bites, caramel sauce, cookie bites, chocolate chips, coconut, pb cups, pecans, pie crumble etc." I wanna see something different and exciting. I know they can't do bacon or anything. It's vegan, I get that. But something like matcha... or boba, or mango, or star fruit, or something unique and fun would be much appreciated. It's just a bit boring in my opinion. Service at the shop was very nice, congenial, accommodating, and friendly. No problems there. Ultimately, my vegan friend had to bail and didn't actually come over, so I didn't get his opinion on the bun. So I ate a quarter of each of the buns which was pretty much enough for me. The rest is in the fridge. If you're looking for good vegan desserts, I'd highly recommend Cinnaholic. If you're not, I might hold back. #OutOfSpace #Sorr

Love these cinnamon buns. Although, we had a bit of a variety, I love the plain. It tasted great with a cup of coffee. The buns are freshly made and the toppings added while you wait. Apparently, the ingredients are very fresh ( real fruit toppings) because they ran out of a few items. You can order online and pickup. We will try these again. Check them out!

Old skool roll, Santa's milk & cookies, build your own w/creme brulee frosting, build your own w/chocolate frosting, brownie bites

Wow! If you enjoy cinnamon rolls and have a sweet tooth, then Cinnaholic is definitely for you. Finally had a chance to stop by and decided to try the Old Skool roll and a seasonal roll, Santa's milk and cookies. I also created two of my own rolls, one with creme brulee frosting and the other with chocolate frosting and brownie bites. Although good, Santa's milk and cookies was way to sweet for me, especially with the added Oreo cookie pieces, chocolate chip cookie bites, and powdered sugar. Of the four rolls I tried, the Old Skool was my favorite. Still sweet, so added toppings wasn't necessary. The creme brulee frosting wasn't bad. I actually couldn't really tell the difference between this and the traditional vanilla frosting. The chocolate frosting was better, but my preference was still for the vanilla. Overall, I enjoyed the cinnamon rolls at Cinnaholic. The rolls themselves were soft, fluffy, and not dense. Next time I visit, I most likely will stick with the Old Skool roll, though.

Hello your cinnamon rolls look amazing is soy in any of your ingredients?

Does the cinnamon rolls freeze well and reheat well ? If so... what is the best way to do so?

Also, they probably wouldn't get the extra sauce again. Overall, good bowls. We'll be back. One disappointment is that there is no way to "build your own bowl." I asked the server, and she said you can ask to substitute an item on one of their main bowls, but there's no "create your own" option. Since you order from a kiosk, it seems that could be straightforward, with the price adjusted based on what you add in, but I guess not here. That will limit the number of times I come here, because I prefer the option for variety. Ordering vis kiosk also doesn't allow you to order the sauce "on the side," which is another unnecessary (IMHO) limitation.

The hummus is very good. The babaganoush is very smokey. The falafel are the best I have found other than the world famous Maoz, I just wish they were bigger so they would stay hot and moist longer. T. $6 for 5 doesn't feel right when I could eat 20 of them so unfortunately I won't be ordering them again. The falafel are clearly labeled vegan and gluten free, as are many other items. The sauces are very good and they squirt them from bottles that dispense a generous amount. The meat unfortunately does not come right off the spit but is held in a metal bin like chipotle so they can keep the line moving, but you can see the 3 giant spits roasting away in the back. The last thing I love about this place is that you get something you simply can not make at home. Even if you make shawarma style chicken and have rice and greens, there's no way you're making hummus and babaganoush and all the sauces and then you'd also have to buy 20 ingredients for the toppings... It's the same idea as chipotle or if you know Cava, it's more like that. The price starts at $12.99 and the only thing that raises the price is if you get lamb or steak or double meat. All toppings are included. It's worth mentioning again, the hummus is very good, perhaps the best I've ever had. Not only great flavor but it's the creamiest smoothest hummus.

This flavor profile emphasized the juicy, slow roasted flavor of the chicken, with parsley salad adding sharp herbal notes and the garlic sauce adding creamy richness. The supreme chicken shawarma had saj bread, chicken, hummus, lettuce, tomatoes, pickled red cabbage, pickles, and garlic sauce. I added spicy harissa and diced onions to it at no additional cost. The sauces and varies ingredients made this taste like a combo halal rice bowl. Price point seems quite reasonable for the quantity and customizability.

By some insane twist of fate, the day they said to contact them also happened to be National Donut Day -- obviously a sign. It turns out they don't have delivery right now (probably because they just returned?) so I had to arrange a pickup. They're $4 a pop, so I decided to just get half a dozen: Cinnamon Sugar Chocolate Oreo Mango Pistachio Rose Raspberry Pina Colada I arrived at the house, waited a few minutes, and the man came to the door with the donut box in hand. The flavors popped, the texture of the donut was light and had me not feeling too guilty, and they looked nice! It was totally unexpected to find a vegan donut spot so close to my sister, and to be family-run is lovely! They have an interesting history on their website, you should give it a read!

Great little food counter inside Mom's organic Market that sells salads, bowls, juices and baked…read moregoods. They have many vegan and vegetarian options, everything is organic and healthy. Got the vegan black bean quesadilla and mixed berry muffin. At 99 cents each, the muffin is a great price. It looks and tastes homemade, and not as sweet and "cakey" as other commercial bakery muffins. It was moist with sweetness from mostly the blueberries and cranberries (nothing dried, all fresh). Loved it and will buy again. The quesadilla was made to go on a hot skillet. The tortilla was perfectly toasted and crispy. It was stuffed with vegan cheese, black beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and corn. The beans were seasoned well (chipotle) and the vegan cheese and veggies complemented perfectly. Came with also a side portion of spicy crema sauce which added a kick to the dish. Staff was polite, food is great! Will continue supporting these businesses!

Im sorry but the service and portion sizes have gone way down at this location. I've been coming to…read morethis place since it first opened over a decade ago. Back then the food quantity and the service were top notch-great service with a smile and good quantity portion size. Since then, everything has gone downhill and this place is hit or miss depending on who makes your food, not to mention that anything worth having or anything that is not a cheap item has been removed from the menu (ex: hearts of palm, and now even the popular jackfruit tacos!) Only the cheapest ingredients left behind such as beans, chickpeas, onions, cilantro so they can major profit more and more. The menu has become boring to everyone I know with no exciting new items but just the same old and taking away certain items that the customers love. (Other Moms locations I go to switch up their menus with yummy offerings that Ive never seen offered at this location) Their prices have also gone up quite a couple of times since before covid and on top of that their portion sizes have lessened by more than 50% and still they get stingy only at this location when scooping the scoops always shaking the spoon to lessen the portion of each scoop and still finding sneaky ways to raise the prices more or take away anything that might cost more. Ive also noticed they only hire Hispanics now which I don't care but they definitely do not give service with a smile and half the time they don't understand what you are asking for and get rude if you sub or ask for something that might require a change. I am Spanish so of course I understand the language and alot of times they talk bad or whisper to each other right in front of me when you are undecided or make changes to the menu items. In my opinion, a different manager is needed that values customer service as the current manager is rude and does not like when you ask for substitutions and very stingy as well with portion sizes. Back in the day if i wanted half a scoop of one topping and half of another on my tacos it was ok, not anymore. A lot of people who don't come here often rate good as a good lunch spot but when you come here consistency, you start to see the flaws and lack of service,

This place (chain, not this particular location -- but I can't write it about the particular location, because I never found out which exact one it was!) fed us towards the very beginning of pandemic lock-downs when restaurants were all still closed, not allowed to be open. We went and picked up our gloriously delicious falafel sandwiches from a synagogue parking lot -- gratefully! The pita and falafel balls were both sumptuously soft and fluffy -- so much better than so many other pita breads and falafels around ... not to mention that culturally speaking, there is no place like it and I just felt so comfortable here. Even while going by, I felt so much better having this place in the area, seeing the signage, feeling the vibe .... Shouk, you are dearly missed! Please know how much you are appreciated, still! You changed my experience of this area! You let me know what was possible ....
