I was a little skeptic about the ratings, but hey ratings don't always reflect the quality of the work. The cause for my concern was the shrinkage problem I saw in other reviews, but they handled everything professionally! I got my suit back and it may have even fit better than I left it! Jk, it was just clean hahah My girlfriend didn't have any problems with her dress and garments either. i was shocked to be charged $78 for 6 items i needed dry cleaned esp when men's shirts are a few $ each. When I looked at the items, to my surprise and dismay i found that some of the items were not even ironed or cleared of wrinkles. When i saw a white blouse look wrinkled, I shared that it had always been smooth and silky, and the store employee told me i was wrong and the material was like that. I asked them to simply try a steam iron which normally takes me a few minutes. He argued with me, took it in the back but it still looked wrinkled, and told me he thought i was just coming there to argue, and finally gave me a refund but would not do that on any other item that was poorly done. I pointed out wrinkles all over a pant and he said "once you wear it people won't notice those". I asked why am i paying $12-15 for something that looks worse than what i can do at home? Just to ensure I wasn't losing my mind, I came home and spent 5 minutes steam ironing the shirt and it was back to being smooth and silky. My first experience here was so disappointing that it will be my last. When I dropped off my sweater, I pointed out the soiled areas on the side and collar. Receipt said ready for pick up: day and time. I arrived 4 hour later than time indicated, but it was not ready. The next day I made another trip and picked up the sweater but saw that stains were still on it. It was processed a second time resulting in little difference. Went to Tulum for Zamna. For those of you that haven't heard of it it's this awesome techno festival in the jungle. The place was kinda sweaty, not as sweaty as you may be imagining it right now, just a little. Tulum is also really hot and humid so all my nice clothes got completely wrecked. I needed to find some place that could work a miracle, this situation was no joke. Like mud and dirt all over the place, leaking out of everywhere. I've always seen this place driving by and decided to give it a shot. Went in and was met by a really nice couple, the sort of people you feel very comfortable around. Like I just look at them and I can imagine the kind of parents they are and the sort of children they've raised, just gives you that warm fuzzy feeling. The Good: I've used this dry cleaner since I moved to NorCal 6 years ago. They do a great job on my cloths! They always have the cloths available when they say they do and have never lost anything. I never used an environmentally friendly chemical free cleaner before coming here (in fact, I didn't even know they existed). I'm hooked, I tried going elsewhere but I love how truly clean and fresh my cloths are when I wear them. I'll continue coming back, this is a great cleaners and a very convenient location, right near WholeFoods in LG. The Bad: There's not a lot you can say about this place that is bad, however, one of my biggest complaints is they never seem to answer their phone when I call -- I know it's a nit but it bugs me after a while, especially considering I don't call that frequently. The Ugly: It's expensive!! There is no way to say anything other than it's expensive, however, you get what you pay for and I'm a customer who will continue to pay for their cleaning services. It's Tough To Find A Consistently Good Cleaner...But This May Be One Every successful business needs to set itself apart from the competition ( in a good way ). You can do so on location, price, selection, service, etc. Blossom Hill Cleaners, between Rite Aid and Whole Foods near the intersection of Blossom Hill Road and Los Gatos Blvd, is different from most dry cleaners because it uses an environmentally-friendly process to handle clothes. Now I must admit one thing. I've personally visited Blossom Hill Cleaners only once because my wife stops by while making the rounds of Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and a gym at the nearby JCC. But SHE's been there 3 or 4 times a month during the past few years...mostly with my clothing for work. So while we can both comment on the results, my opinion of the other factors which are part of a rating come mainly from her. Overall, they do a very good job with cleaning. Shirts appear to be ironed, though if stains need to be removed, make sure to tell them or mark the spot with colored tape. Pants, sport coats and suit jackets are returned clean, crisp and have a fresh smell. Perhaps that's from the "Green Earth" procedure used by the owners I should add that I've noticed a slight deterioration in the quality of cleaning shirts lately. Small stains on a few shirts were not completely erased...despite blue tape at those locations...and the collar on some shirts came back a bit "ruffled" looking. Service has always been dependable with clothes available on the day promised. According to my wife, occasional recommendations made by the staff for handling certain items turned out to be good ideas. As usual, you get what you pay for and pay for what you get. Blossom Hill Cleaners is not cheap, but that probably comes with the territory.. literally..since it's a few doors down from Whole Foods in one of the country's wealthiest suburbs. And employing an environmentally sensitive process in an industry known, at least in the past, for the widespread use of strong chemicals does come at an extra cost. But if you're willing to pay a bit more for quality cleaning and service in a way that tries to minimize harmful effects on the atmosphere ( with parking just outside the front door ), this place provides good value for your money and time. In December I dropped off a long red chiffon dress that was heavily stained on the bottom for dry cleaning. It was worn in the dessert during my engagement shoot and I was desperate to have it cleaned since it had been sitting around for a while. I work in Los Gatos and didn't get around to taking it to my regular cleaners. Long story short, I frequent this plaza where Whole foods is located often and thought I'd give it a try. When I came to pick up the dress, I was charged $22.50. A couple dollars more than I would be used to paying if I went to my regular cleaners. But I paid it knowing this was Los Gatos. Last week, I dropped off a brand new white bridesmaid dress for dry cleaning. Brand new with TAGS still attached and not a single stain in sight. I had it dry cleaned since a few of my bridesmaids had tried it on to get a better idea of their sizing. I picked it up today and was shocked when I was told it was $29. I told the Korean woman working the counter that I had been in a couple weeks ago and was charged $22.50 for a dress that was long and was heavily stained. This was a brand new dress with tags attached and not stained at all! She told me that the prices had gone up/that this is the correct price. I told her surely you had record of my dry cleaning history and that she should look it up. She refused and said the person charging me didn't know what to properly charge me. $29 for a brand new dress? Seriously outrageous! I was out of my mind upset at this point, and told her I would absolutely never come back. I'm felt so exasperated with this woman. But the principle here is that they seem to believe they can charge you whatever they want whenever they want. Do yourself a favor and do not come here. read more

Don't go here! Expensive and shrinks clothes! I took two items in (a Forte linen blazer and Alice and Olivia dress.) and both came back too sizes too small. The manager, Eva is nice but didn't believe me when I said my dress was way too short to wear after they dry cleaned it and my blazer super tight! I even went in twice and tried the items on for her. Eva kept saying they fit perfectly - obviously didn't have a point of reference as she hadn't seen the items on me before they'd shrank. The mystery owner, Mr. Kim, was unavailable and apparently unwilling to admit his fail. They tried to "block" the items- not sure what that entailed but it didn't work. Eva said they best Mr. Kim could do was to reimburse me the $30 cleaning fee. She said they've never had a problem with shrinkage -not true based upon previous yelps.
