Great service. I used to bring my dry cleaning here until I stopped wearing dress clothes for work. Never had any issues. I still bring my clothes for alterations at its always an amazing job. Sometimes they're a little busy for alterations but it's to be expected with the quality of work so plan ahead. read more

It's my first and last time to step into this cleaner. The reviews on yelp brought me to here last week. actually I felt not good about the hygiene in this shop( I'll put photos on)the owner is changeable about quotation. She can add 10 dollars more for a jacket 1 mins later if she doesn't feel good, I'm a little bit upset, if she wanna add 20 more, shall I follow? So random. I wonder why there's no basic standards, She told me every clothes is different, sounds reasonable, I choose to trust her. Though I think there should has basic price list for regular clean. In case any unhappiness in the future, I asked her if my clothes get broken or damaged during your clean process, how to go with that? Is there any term I can take a look? No, none. Ok, A week later, when I came back to this shop, the owner took my clothes down, unfortunately I saw some stains on my Burberry wind coat, she claimed why don't you pointed out to me before? I was stunned! I came here for cleaning, that's your job, it's so obviously! she said ok I'll do it again, and then I checked the second one, stains on it again. This time she insisted this cannot be removed. And she claimed she checked all clothes before, if that, how can't you find out those stains and told me before I check? Third one, stains again. Actually her attitude and tone and unprofessional can't earn my trust anymore. Lastly she said, my clients they are rich, they are nice. What's the logistics? Shall we should be tolerant and nice to unqualified jobs, and we need to pay undeserved price? Yeah, that's I wanna to mention finally, the price is not fair, every jacket 45-55 dollars with some stains. read more

Told me she could clean my horse show shirts. That she has done this a number of times. Took 2 weeks and when I went to pick them up they were even dirtier and smelled so bad. I told her I needed to now take them elsewhere and I want a refund and she wouldn't give me one. Ruined my $3k shirt. No apology. Spoke over me. Late every time. read more

08/09 I went to pick up the clothes that were supposed to be fixed/cleaned. They were not cleaned, and the shiny/burn marks were not fixed. In addition she explained to me how disappointed she was in my review and chastised me for it. Also refused to give me a plastic to cover the clothing. Until I insisted and explained that I had already paid for the plastic, and she needed to give me one. I would say that 1/5 of the clothes that I brought there were ruined. Bring your regular shirts, they will be cleaned, ironed, & pressed.Do not bring your black silk clothing as they will be ruined. And velvet will not get cleaned. read more

I've been coming here since I moved to the Los Gatos area in 2017. The quality and service is generally excellent. My only complaint is that prices nearly doubled in 2020, but I do not blame Happy Cleaners for this and haven't taken any stars away for it, as their business got pretty much chopped in half after people stopped going to physical offices because of stay-at-home orders. I just hope that when/if things go back to "normal," Happy Cleaners returns to their previous pricing models. read more

This place is awesome! Prices are great and the husband and wife were so nice, helpful and honest. Went to Los Gatos cleaners down the street and the woman working told me she could not clean my dress because of a broche that was sewn on by the designer (Chanel) that it might get ruined in the "machine". I was like what machine can't you just steam it by hand isn't that why people get their crap dry cleaned in the first place....we all have machines at home....the dress wasn't even dirty really. She told me no. I told her ok thanks??? So weird, I got back in my car thinking welp I guess this dress is undrycleanable. Then I drove to happy cleaners, they said no problem, told them the story and we all laughed. So not only are their prices the best in town but they can actually dry clean your stuff....imagine that! read more

If I could give Happy Cleaners a 10, I would. The owners (Jennifer and her husband) are personable, kind, caring and responsible. In the past, I was promised a date where my alteration would be completed and they weren't. I thought I'd give Happy Cleaners a chance. Not only were my alterations completed on time, they were early! Jennifer personally called me to let me know I could pick up my items sooner than expected. Wow, who does that?! Wonderful experience with both husband and wife. . Open, friendly, honest and they also helped me with my moth problem back at home!! I've tried everything under the sun Lavender does not work Moth balls make my suits smell bad. Etc, etc... Boom! I stopped here again! They told me what to do! Ran in with a pair of suit pants that needed urgent hem on Thursday and the lady said she can get it done by 12PM Saturday before the wedding started at 3! I came in today Saturday at 9am and it was ready. $20 bucks. The gentleman also pressed my tie gratis (also urgent) while I tried on the pants, length was very good. No complaints.
