I LOVE this place! It's so good AND it has a drive through. They have a loyalty program after you spend a certain amount you get a free drink. You just need to give your phone number. We were driving down El Norte Parkway on our way to the freeway, and as we crossed over Broadway, I remembered the new boba place where Del Taco is and I quickly changed lanes because we were very thirsty. I'm so glad the car was nimble enough to safely get us to Rise Coffee and Boba!!! It can be a challenge to find a "good" boba place, much less finding a one nearby. However, Rise Coffee and Boba fulfills this challenge and more. It is easy to find, easy to use the drive thru and easy to read the menu. We (my daughter and I) ordered the 24 oz passion fruit flavored tea with boba with eager anticipation. We were not disappointed!!! The boba was perfect and the tea not overly sweet. This satisfied our thirst and gave us a sense of accomplishment discovering a gem in our own neighborhood. Definitely want to try the other menu items in the future. As we were leaving, I decided to back up the car to ask the names of the proprietors, since they were so friendly and showed how much they want to share a little bit of sunshine to their patrons. Tyler and Karen were very hospitable, although I may have caused their hearts to skip a beat thinking that there was something wrong with order. We assured them all was well, and my daughter tried the boba and gave them 2 thumbs up for the properly prepared boba. This is definitely a friendly neighborhood place where you can get refreshed, energized and inspired with no pretentious flair, but, hard work and joy to share. Thanks for the experience!!! I just discovered this boba spot next to my house. The menu for boba is limited but they do have the main flavors such as Thai tea, taro and original milk tea. Like others have mentioned the price point is more expensive than your average boba shop. I tried the spice chai milk tea without boba. I was VERY surprised at how they nailed the drink. It had a perfect sweetness and taste to it. The only critique I have, is that I got tiny chunks of powder clumps in some sips. The powder was not completely dissolved. I would still come back and try more flavors as it wasn't in every sip so not a big deal. The worker was also very friendly and seemed welcoming.
