Best spot in Driggs for great coffee and snacks! I've had a few different things here- coffee, tea and some sort of latte. All have been excellent and their snacks are delicious too! One of my favorites is the gluten free Morning Glory. It's amazing. The first time we had visited here it was sort of early ish in the morning, wasn't too packed and they had live music. It was really refreshing and fun to just hang out and have a pastry and a coffee. Definitely a great spot to visit in Driggs! read more

Can't go wrong. Great variety in drinks and their pastries switch up often and are always delicious. Personal favorites include: pumpkin chocolate chip bread, earl grey chocolate chip cake, and the vegan salted chocolate chip cookie. Wow! Just wow, what a delicious find in snowy Idaho. We followed GPS and parked near a snow bank but signage led us straight to this establishment nestled in Driggs downtown. The chicken breakfast burrito had chicken, beans and cheese and was hearty. The bacon quiche was a mile high and perfect with a flaky light crust. Even in the smallest of towns, coffee and community can be found in little places like Rise. We stayed overnight in local Tetonia on our road trip home from Yellowstone when I found Rise on Yelp. It's tucked away from the main road and has the homiest of vibes. It's a small space both for barista and customer alike. The ladies running the bar were working almost shoulder to shoulder but they seem to be experts in working in close quarters. The menu has all your classic espresso beverages and a small breakfast menu which includes a quaint breakfast burrito and a house-made granola. They also have a beautiful display of pastries which include delectable slices of banana bread, pumpkin bread, and an assortment of scones. They have fresh self-serve drip readily available and a selection of pour over options for the more discerning customer. Wi-fi is available but guests using it are encouraged to keep their time limited to 30 minutes as to make space for other guests. I really enjoyed our visit to Rise. It was a warm start to our day and the baristas here know what they're doing and they do it with a smile. read more

Very cute spot! Really good food and excellent coffee! They had a lot of gluten free and vegan options as well as good sized portions. Was passing through and found this wonderful hidden gem!!! I got a latte with their house-made vanilla and lavender syrup. It tastes like they use a more medium/ light roast and, even though I'm a dark roast lover, it was an awesome latte. I also got both of their quiches and an almond tea cake. All three were 10/10! What truly sold me on this place was the atmosphere. Colorful murals on the building walls, picnic tables with huge umbrellas, live folk music (I was there on Sunday), and bright airy loft inside! Good coffee, seems to be a nicely pulled shot with milk steamed correctly. Not outstanding flavor of the coffee but good. They are nicely set up to take orders and serve outside in open air.
