Wow is all I can say. My wife got the Italian sandwich on the sub roll. The bread was fresh and there was a ton of meat on it. We also got the pizza turnover and the jalapeño bacon cheese turnover. Both were absolutely delicious. The wife also ordered the original cinnamon roll which was outstanding. I ordered the spicy turkey sandwich on a sub roll with rose up Mayo (it has dill in it and is so yummy) but unfortunately the mixed up my order and I ended up with the roast beef sandwich with the rise up Mayo. Now normally I'd be mad about it but the roast beef sandwich was really good with a ton of meat on it so I was not disappointed with getting the wrong sandwich. Best bakery goods in the NorthEast Gilbert area by far. Prices are reasonable for what you get; and you get a lot. Cinnamon rolls ar to die for; however, you can only eat one although your mouth says to eat 4, but too many carbs will kill you sure enough. Cookies are amazing. Oh My GOD! I swear to baby Jeebus, I was in heaven as soon as I walked in the door. The smells, the sights, the delicacies for your consideration which were proudly on display as soon as you walked through the door! My wife had the chocolate chip cookie, which she said was average, but let me explain my joy. I have been a banana bread connoisseur for over 30 years, and my standards are all but impossible to hit except by those who excel in their craft far beyond what mere mortals would call 'yummy' or 'pretty good'. In 30 years I have had three or four banana breads which have met this criteria. The last one was purchased in a little Mennonite shop in Missouri. I drove back there from Arizona 8 months later only to discover they were closed for the off season. Being Mennonites they don't have phones or a website, so there was no way I could know, but I made the trip if that helps explain how fanatical I am about a good banana bread. The Rise Up Bakery hurdles the requirements to qualify. They stomp the competition. They destroy any doubt of their abilities with one simple whiff of their bread. So I guess you could say they are pretty dang good. But don't tell anybody because they make their bread fresh daily and it run out fast. I don't need any competition in buying it. read more

A great little hidden gem. Have not had one bad thing there yet. The service gets you in and out with great speed and care. I recommend the blueberry Lemmon roll. One of my favorites. 100% I will be back here! I was looking for somewhere close to my work to pick up a treat for my hubby on the way home. Everything looked incredible!! I got a pecan sticky bun. It was huge! The cashier recommended we warm it up in the microwave 20-30 sec before eating it. We had some both before and after, and it was delicious both ways! The cinnamon rolls are where it's at. Their bread was good m, but didn't wow me. They have a lemon blueberry cinnamon roll as well as an original version. Best to take them home and warm them up. Other baked good are good too, but the cinnamon rolls are the best! read more

I am very picky about finding good baked products living in AZ which is very lacking in this area. Rise Up Bakery happened to catch my eye because I was in the strip mall for a special event. Whenever I see a bakery I have to stop by and try it. Cute bakery if you live in Gilbert with nice staff members. They have cookies, rolls, breads, cupcakes. The selection is/was small when I stopped by. The products I got were some loaves of bread and a snickerdoodle. To be honest I found the items good but not the best I have ever had. The chocolate chip pumpkin bread was pretty good. The five seeded bread just tasted like store bought to me. Maybe they have a bread/items they are known for? Maybe I went at a bad time? I am partial to Noble which has the best bread in the state. The people on the register were beyond nice. If you live nearby stop by and try a Treatie. The cupcakes looked interesting and delish. Oh My God...I Love and Hate how far away this bakery is from my house. It used to be on my way to work. Now that I am a stay at home mom the past 8 months I am not in this direction very often. My husband would lose it if i drove out of my way for this. Sometimes I'm severely tempted for their cinnamon rolls or kouign amann. I love the lemon blueberry and the original cinnamon roll the best as far as flavors. Not a huge fan of orange cinnamon rolls like everyone else. When i am in the area again you best believe i will be back for these things. I visited this bakery for the first time today based on positive reviews. It is in a strip mall near a beautiful fountain. The inside is very nice and clean. Someone greets you upon entry. A friendly lady helped me with my selections. I bought the "overachiever" cookie and a chocolate cupcake. They have bread, scones, bars, buns, sandwiches, croissants and granola for sale also. My cookie had oats, chocolate chips, coconut and corn flakes in it. It was great and super fresh! The chocolate cupcake was good. The cake part was excellent but I thought the icing was a bit too sweet. I'll definitely be back to try more treats. read more

Loved this place and have always had delicious fresh baked pastries. I loved that they were open until 7 pm as I wanted to pick up something for a birthday. I chose a raspberry cheesecake and would have bought more but my only complaint and I'm hoping it was a 1off incident but there were huge gnats all over the cinnamon rolls and baked goods not kept sealed up. We loved this place right outside was this fountain and was absolutely gorgeous. The roll that we got was fluffy and light yet dense with frosting.
