Overall a good specialty bakery. HOWEVER... PROS: Kouign amann are great. CONS: Ham and cheese croissant (not sandwich) was a joke. Small piece of ham, small dab of Dijon mustard, NO cheese. Bread was perfect. Unfortunately, I feel it was a waste of money. Again, ham and CHEESE croissant usually have cheese and no mention of the mustard. The little slice of ham was insulting. Can't get any cheaper. We needed rolls for lunch event. Fresh rolls not out until 830am. Day old rolls same price, not as fresh. The Kings Hawaiian are fresher, softer and cheaper at grocery store. Please don't tell me that limited staff is an excuse for poor quality of a product. read more

Such a good local bakery. So many tasty options- there were 3 different types of scones, 3 different cinnamon rolls, numerous cookies and so much more. We had the overachiever cookie which was fantastic and I want another one and the maple bacon cinnamon rolls which was the best if you're a maple donut lover. I stopped in here on a whim because I was next door and I was pleasantly surprised. The bakery is open where you can see everything going on and is very clean. It smells amazing as well. As soon as we walked in, there was a negative energy in the air. We were asking simple questions..."What's in this bar?" "What is the bestseller?" and it was almost like we were a hassle or a nuisance being in their presence. Sorry for asking questions about your product and supporting local business. Then after every item we were adding to our order, the woman asked "Is that it?" Keep in mind we ordered about 8 items. So we were asked 8 times, "Is that it?" ... well I guess? I ended up getting a "Creme filled" Brioche and was really disappointed in the amount of creme in the pastry. Check out the attached photo. I love the set up of the store and the displays of baked goods. I picked up some loaves of bread, a bag of dinner rolls, and the most wonderful raspberry scone, which I ended up eating in my car before I even left the parking lot! This bakery was truly amazing in handling my last minute large order of 8 dozen cupcakes within hours of ordering them. They were very accommodating, kind, and, amazingly fast. I wanted to bring something special for our seniors who have been on lockdown from COVID for a while now and are unable to get visitors and I thought since it's national cupcake day why not bring them cupcakes in hopes that it would bring them joy as well; and that exactly what the bakery did. I myself had 1 or 6 cupcakes and let me tell you hands down I could not choose which one was better. They were all truly amazing!! I highly recommend this place. We bought a good selection to see how our favorites stacked up: - Loaf of Whole Wheat and Honey bread - Chocolate Babka - Lemon Bar - Toffee Bar - Orange Roll The chocolate babka was soft, perfect amount of chocolate, not sickeningly sweet. Pretty perfect. My Jewish mother couldn't see how to improve on it at all. I was a big fan of the bars. The lemon bar was delicious and my favorite. Fresh lemon - nothing aritifical here! Confectioner sugar dusting on top. The toffee bar had so many layers of flavor. One bite was all I needed. The orange roll was perfectly undercooked. This used to be our go to bakery when we needed bakery items. NOT ANYMORE. We tried to call and order Hot Cross buns but nobody answered the phone. I stopped by to pick up some and they told me they were out of them. I told we tried to call. She said they weren't answering the phone. They at least could have left a message. I was told to come back in the morning, early, because it's going to be busy. I went this morning early and was told they didn't have any yet. That they would be ready a couple hours. I reminded her that I was told to come in early today. I asked if I could buy a dozen now and come back to work get them. She said no. My wife and we I will never buy from this place again.
