OMG, This place had the worst service at the pharmacy. After waiting for like 10-13 minutes by the register with out being acknowledged to anything I could see the lady was on the phone the whole time at least she had it on her ear pretending like she was busy, anyway after I was getting frustrated waiting to get my daughter prescription I went and knocked on the window then after that an elder Hispanic lady said what the DOB like if I was garbage to her, the asked for the insurance with such plain and horrible attitude.. she said it will ready soon..I guessing my soon and her soon is different 45min after me carrying my daughters go to check the status and another lady said almost done..I was already losing my patience..luckily the elder lady didn't help me and after that an Asian pharmacist came and said need me to explain I said no n she walked away and said read directions all round. Lol this was the worst customer service I have received at rite aid, I don't usually come this rite aite I usually shop at the one at valley view n lampson, regardless this place sucks people at this spot shoulder be employed, most of all don't bring your issues to work and take them out on the customer. Never again shopping at this place .. read more

One of my go to stores whenever I'm in the area. The manager is a really nice and helpful guy. The staff around the store is equally friendly. They are always super helpful when I need help to find something. There never is much of a line when I go to the pharmacy section either. They give me my prescriptions right away with no hassle. If you're ever near the area I strongly recommend coming to this Rite Aid! read more

This rite aid is not any more special or worse than any other regular store in the area. But it does have one little secret; they always have a great deal on beer. You can often get a 12 pack in bottles for around $10-$12. That's a steal! Especially when "Alaskan, Sam Adams, or their Red Hook" are on sale. For that alone I have to give these guys a 4/5! read more

Rude service. Lazy workers. I asked for coconut pineapple ice cream and the manager said there is none, but I was looking right at it in the back of their freezer. Talk about lazy. I had to use my pocket flashlight to shine at the backup boxes of coconut pineapple sitting in the back. Also, at the checkout the cashier ignored me for a long time while talking on his phone. What a horrible place!!!! read more

I have been going to this location for few months because I was told they accept Care Credit. Every time I ago they ask for my ID because there has been frauds with Care Credit and i always said okay not a problem. Few days ago I went and got few stuff and since they don't have big carts I was thinking of doing two transactions and the cashier said okay to put the first transaction purchases in my car and return to get more stuff. When I finish getting the rest of the things I wanted to buy I went back to the same cashier (since it was available) and the lady told me she just got off the phone with her manager and the manager told her I can't use the card there anymore because in my card I have my initial middle name. So they basically wanted my full middle name to show so it doesn't consider "fraud". My other credit cards has my initial and debit card too but for this one it can't just have the initial. I was seriously embarrassed and then the security guard comes over and that's when I said thanks and left. I'm not the kind of person who throws a scene or is rude but they seriously made me feel like a criminal. I will no longer go back to that location ever again! read more

I don't have to say a whole lot but, the store is very convenient u can get ur medicine to ur booze her. Some items are cheap m others aren't as much. And lines can be long they can definitely use more cashiers. Employees are that bad some have their moments like every one but they seem that their willing to help if u one needs help. read more

I've lived in santa Ana my entire life grew up getting ice cream here. As of recently I've had very unpleasant experiences. Once at night with my fiancee we were getting snacks after I got off work. No one was really at the store and we were not carrying backpacks but they decided to do a security camera check in the aisle we were in!? Like are you fucking serious.then today we had to run in there to buy a new gift bag since at Marshalls they made my fiancee get rid of the one he had or he couldn't come in. Well guess what as soon as he walked in the older blonde woman just stared as he entered and the african American security guide was booking after him as he walked towards the gift bags asking him to ooen the Marshall clear plastic bag. He had just bought pants. Like really we had been in there for 30 seconds! And he was acting like he had stole something or he was a criminal. He could have atleast said hey we have a bag policy can you please leave it at the front but no he had him open it and everything. I was so close to snapping on him. If this continues I will definetly have to talk to management because this is not okay . I know the homeless population in the area is high but does that mean we need to dress in fur coats with a wine glass to not be questioned? Or be treated like thieves?! read more

Ghett-O!!! They have what you need...but you will need to stand there for quite some time before the one worker they employ to run the whole place finally gets to you! I save going to this place when I am visiting a friend that lives walking distance, and I have some how ran out of something that I desperately need! read more

The customer service is ridiculous and unprofessional! I would give them no stars if I could. No one was at the cash register and the employees were on the floor texting on their phone and sipping on their coffee. It took them about 15 minutes to get their register to check out a long line of customers ready to pay. Just go to CVS across the street.. read more

I like the place because it has everything I need. The biggest pet peeve:This place has been open for years and gets pretty busy, management always decides to put one register who is extremely slow. GET WITH THE PROGRAM GET TWO PEOPLE ON REGISTERS!!! People want to get in and out! Closing at the time it does doesn't help the customers. You would expect a drugstore to be operating late for last minute emergencies. read more
