We opted for the rooftop bar which had a high energy, upscale, and stylish vibe to it. We ended up sitting at the bar as it was very crowded. I ordered a frozen Aperol Spritz which was excellent and I could drink a few of these. For food we ordered a burger and fries which was good but nothing to write home about. If you are looking for a late night spot for drinks and food the Cactus Club Cafe is a solid choice.

Initially it was slow service but it picked up shortly. We had several different servers so no single server is tagged here. I will say that it's a hip, nicely equipped restaurant. We decided to do an appie meal. We ordered Sichuan Chicken lettuce wraps ($25.50)..this was the best of the appies. The next was the Crab Dip ($20.75), it was hot but not overly tasty. 3rd was the Hot Chicken Bites with pickles ($16.00). They were ok but not hot in temp enough. The final was the Chili Citrus Calamari ($21.25). This was the worse of the dishes. Simply put, it was cold. The server removed this from our bill. We were treated so incredibly well by all the staff. Dawn was our server and she was so lovely! We really felt taken care of. I've never had a restaurant server look at the type of pant I was wearing and change my table napkin to a black one to match my dark pants. Nor do I remember a restaurant heating up the mug a cappuccino comes in to ensure it stays nice and warm. As for food, we were allowed to have some partake in Summerlicious and some not. I had the Summerlicious menu and picked the Wagyu Tartare, Surf and Turf, and Buttercake. Great portions, delicious food. My favourite was the Buttercake. We also had happy hour drinks, oysters, a prime rib, and caesar salad. If I were to recommend something, get the $78 prime rib which is 14 oz, perfectly seasoned, and comes with glazed carrots and the most amazing mashed potatoes I've ever had.

Love anything with a foam top so this was a hit for me. I got 2 rounds of this during the night since it was so delicious.
