Another one star review. Disappointed with my experience. The one positive was that the car arrived a day early, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, everything else about the process was frustrating and concerning. The car arrived with a completely DEAD BATTERY, which was surprising given that we watched it get loaded onto the truck. It should't have been turned on or driven during the delivery process. Even worse, the driver LOST THE KEY to the car creating issues at delivery! What made it worse was the lack of customer service who was was unable to answer basic questions about restitution or next steps, yet we were still required to pay the full amount upon delivery and told to file a claim afterward. That felt backwards and frustrating, especially given the condition of the vehicle on arrival. I thought I had read positive reviews for Navi previously but realize it was for the car shipping aggregator website we used, not for Navi. I had a terrible experience with Navi. After they failed to find a driver to transport my vehicle, I cancelled my order. Because I know that if they assign a driver before I cancel, I asked for a confirmation in writing that they received my cancellation to ensure my card won't be charged while I find an alternative. They so far have refused to provide me with a confirmation, and their chat agent has yelled at me, interrupted me and hung up on me twice. Trust me, even if you have to pay a little more, it will be worth it to avoid these people. read more

Navi provided a quote for services and then for 3 days not a single transporter accepted the bid. I requested a cancellation as I have a specific timeline with a single day for pick up and so I need a guaranteed pick up, which I pay extra for. They state that they 24-48 hours to complete the cancelation but then when they respond to the request they state that there is still time and we should wait and see. I do not want to wait and see and I need to be assured. Assurance is not something Navi auto transportation can provide. They provide low bids then after no one accepts the bids, they come back to the customer and require more money. They are a Bulgarian company with no sense of the market in the US. Uship is still bidding them, but stay away, they have zero customer service and do not care if you have a good experience before any actual service is provided, so you can be sure they will not care for you during or after the services may be provided. read more

My car was picked up on 9/01 and it was delivered on 9/20 after they gave me three different delivery dates, three! , you think the receiver has time to sit around and wait for a car that won't show up on three occasions? This was a stressful and frustrating experience from beginning to end. Don't make Navi Transport your first choice, Navi and AUTO Transport LLC WILL leave you wondering. we called Navi for a quote and they quoted us the lowest so we went with them, what they don't tell you is, that the driver/carrier can change that quote amount, they will ask for more. We ended up paying an extra $200+ from what they quoted us. Then the carrier they use, AUTO Transport LLC has horrible communication skills, from even before the car was picked up, we never got a call from the dispatcher/carrier once it was assigned a driver to talk about pick up times, we had to keep calling Navi for updates. AUTO Transport LLC's motto online is, "Our response times are quick so you are not left wondering." That's all they left us doing, wondering. The dispatcher does not answer phone calls, says he'll call back and never does, when he answers he dismisses you quickly and doesn't respond to text messages, doesn't update you on delays. The car was delivered with a missing part on the window. I couldn't get a hold of Auto Transport LLC, I emailed them on 9/22, had to call Navi transport for support, after the fourth email, Auto Transport LLC responded, I responded back on 10/7, it's 10/17 and they haven't responded yet. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. After what seemed like an easy friendly booking process with NAVI AUTO and BID INC our cars were picked up from San Diego on October 28th 2025 - set to be transported to North Carolina. We immediately received a tracking link to see where our vehicles were along the route and all it said was "in transit". No specific location available to see where they were along the transport journey despite them emphasizing live transport tracking available 24/7. I then got a call 5 days later, from a different BID INC driver compared to who picked up our vehicles , who was in LA with the cars and said our cars were overweight and it would be an additional $800. I disputed this, as the driver who picked our cars up estimated the allotted 100lbs per vehicle included were approved and signed off on the agreement. I asked this driver for proof of the weight he was saying was overweight and a price estimate, he said he could not give that. My cars were supposed to be delivered November 4th, give or take a few days of delays. I text the driver November 4th for an update, his read receipts were on but no response. I called Navi and they transferred me to the carrier BID INC , who said most likely Thursday Nov 6 or Friday Nov 7 delivery. No word from the driver despite leaving a voicemail / same with Friday. He read my texts but no response. Was told on Saturday Nov 8th by NAVI and the carrier BID INC the driver would deliver the cars that evening and to please stand by. I text the driver for an ETA, once again he read my message - no response. My husband called him , no answer. I text Sunday, no answer / NAVI auto and the BID INC rep Jessica said they did not know where the driver was , as in THEY DONT HAVE GPS LOCATORS ON THEIR SHIPMENTS. When I asked why, I was told "it's up to the driver". So whenever I went to track my cars, it still just said "in transit". After hours of calls with NAVI and the BID INC carrier, apparently the rig the driver had the cars on broke down on Sat Nov 8th and it was being repaired but the driver failed to let any customers know on the weekend. BID INC is closed over the weekend so when delays happen no customers will be notified if it's the weekend. I was told by BID INC on November 12 the rig with our cars was fixed and the driver should be here tonight for delivery. No answer from the driver yet again. No delivery. November 13 I called the carrier / they said the rig was not actually fixed come to find out and she would let me know. At this point we reported our vehicles as missing due to the lack of clear updates / several delays / back and forth and no answer from the driver yet again. My vehicles were finally delivered 9 days past the estimated date of delivery by a very rude driver from BID INC who said he would never work with NAVI AUTO again after his experience. He brought up politics and TRUMP controlling the transportation industry, something I didn't care to talk about I just wanted my cars. Do not use NAVI AUTO or BID INC. read more

We had bad experience with Navi shipping company. First they raised the price almost doubled, then uncertain about the car pick up day. We canceled the contract in writing until six days later the order was still on the national board, which means we couldn't hire any other shipping company to ship our car. We called many times, but nobody helped us. We emailed them and then called them over and over. Finally they canceled our order. It took them one minute to cancel it , but they took 7 days. All was well...until they dropped off the car a week later (from NY to CA) when the rear wheel was broken and the car was not driveable and expensive to fix. Very poor business. Don't waste your time. I spoke with them on Aug 4th about having a car transported. I was told they had several carriers that would be available. I needed the car to be somewhere on Friday Aug 15th., or the 16th at the latest. Everyday, they sent a "script" text message on how they are working on getting a transport lined up. We called almost every day inquiring about the transportation. This morning we had had enough. I cancelled with Navi, and contacted another company. The new company picked up the car (in 6 hours). My car is now on its way to its destination. DO NOT go through the stress we went through. Navi's answer to me today was to report the vehicle stolen, and the carrier is responsible. So why did I pay a deposit to Navi to manage this for me! Scam -- I received and agreed to a "guaranteed" price quote from Navi to transport my car from NY to FL. The next day I received a call from one of their brokers that they had a dispatch for a date I had requested, but that the driver wanted over $300 more because of the holidays. The broker sent me a new quote, which I did not sign. I called their customer service and was told they couldn't honor the original price because I had signed quotes with two different companies. (I hadn't, and had never heard of the other company. I called that other company, and they confirmed.) I called customer service again, and they said the second quote had been a mistake and they would charge me the original price. By then I had questions about their competence, so I spoke to the broker and told him I wanted to cancel the order. Half an hour later, Navi charged me almost $200 as a deposit for the transport I had canceled. I requested a refund, and they asked for documentation that I had canceled before the dispatch was assigned. I emailed the documentation and they refunded only the small part of the deposit that was more than $150, the amount they charge $150 for a cancellation after a dispatch is assigned. I again requested a refund, and they ignored the request. While the charge is not worth the time I have spent on getting it returned, the principle is. Navi is an unreliable scam. And Navi was clearly always going to charge at least the $150. read more

Don't bother with this company. They will call and text you every day to book and pay. Once you give them your credit card details, forget about it. They will change the agreed-upon price and lie about it. They won't bother updating you on anything. If you call, you will get an AI as the customer service rep. When you are able to speak to a human, they will tell you they have no knowledge of previous conversations and that you must have spoken to another person, so nothing is documented or they just want to have the ability to feign ignorance of any agreements or promises. They don't even bother to let you know in advance that the credit card used to secure the shipping is just for their commission and that upon your car's arrival you need pay the driver cash for the shipping. Pickup would've worked on that day, however the driver stated that I would need to pay extra for a flatbed due to both vehicles being non running and company never told him they weren't running or else he wouldn't have accepted the transport assignment. Nor did the driver have the correct addresses and told me he would be dropping off a day earlier at my home address in the street with no one to accept due to my flight being the day after the drop. Grossly Unreliable -- Missed Commitments, No Accountability I contracted with Navi for vehicle transport and was explicitly told my car would be picked up between January 7-9. I clearly informed the representative that I would be leaving the state on January 10, and this was acknowledged and confirmed. Despite these assurances, nothing happened. On January 7, I received only automated messages stating that the shipping window had opened and that they were "looking for carriers" -- the same messages I had already been receiving for more than a week prior. On January 8, there were no updates at all. When I contacted support, I was told there was still a 12-24 hour window to assign a carrier, despite the looming deadline. On January 9, there was still no carrier assigned. I called around 11:00 AM and was again told they were "actively searching." I reiterated that the vehicle had to be picked up that day. I requested to speak with a manager and was told I would receive a call back. That call never occurred. I continued calling throughout the day and spoke with multiple representatives who each provided inconsistent and contradictory information. At approximately 4:00 PM, one representative finally stated that my case was being escalated as "high priority," which raises serious concerns as to why this was not done earlier after repeated warnings about my deadline. As of January 14, Navi still had not secured a carrier, and I never received a call from a supervisor. Their failure forced me to scramble at the last minute and secure a different carrier. A neighbor had to hand off my keys after I had already relocated to another state. This created unnecessary stress, risk, and potential financial impact. This company demonstrates a complete lack of operational reliability, accountability, and customer service. Their communication consists largely of automated messages with no meaningful follow-through. Promises are made without the ability or intent to deliver. The worst-I was given a three day window after contracting to have a car shipped from near Spokane, WA to NY. After days had gone by, then regular cheery emails that they "were working on it and almost had a carrier ready". This went on for nearly two weeks-I followed up with emails and phone calls (talking to people clearly on the other side of the world with no clue as to what was happening) until I got an email asking me to "contact them immediately". I did so, and got some clueless person telling me they could do it for another $500. I refused, stating the obvious that the pickup and delivery points were unchanged and they had to honor the agreement. A few more days of cheery emails saying they "were on it-carrier assignment soon!" "Almost there!" and then suddenly, yesterday an email saying the order was "cancelled". I called immediately and got what can only be described as a boiler room in some remote country phone conversation with someone with a very heavy accent and no care nor clue as to why they cancelled. It seems like alot of these transport companies are some sort of fly by night operation with remote based "brokers". Navi actually had pretty good reviews, but my experience with them was awful. Had 2 cars to be hauled from Mo to Co. Received a call on Saturday, the day after i was told it would be picked up. 1st issue! The person told me he would be there between 11pm-12am. I do not live at the address was 1.5 hrs away. He asked if car was operational ( already had explained at the initial set up ) it was not. The person told me he was unable to do the pick up due to this. 2nd issue! I ended up towing the car 700 miles was told i still had to pay a cancellation fee of 170.00. As I was towing the automobile across 3 states i received 6 phone calls from the company saying they were coming to pick up the car. SMH The 2nd car was then moved ( only on the paperwork ) showing as the car I had cancelled. The company has not yet come to pick it up due to the dispatcher switching the 2nd car to the paperwork for the 1st car. This company is as organized as 12 4 yr olds. The 2nd car is my brothers I hope if he does continue to use them, the car is not dropped off looking like a crushed can.
