If there was a ZERO star I would pick that for NAVI Auto Transport. One of the worst experience I had with this Transport company. When I called last week Oct 1st. I was told that once my car is picked up, at that time I will pay $200 to the company and then upon delivery I will pay $500 to the driver. Pickup time frame that I was told was 1 to 3 days. The phone person did not mention anything about business days. I agreed and gave my credit card. I kept waiting. I started calling back Thursday and Friday and even texting but all I got was that they were working on it. Today (Monday Oct 6th) I started calling and texting and got call back. The lady told me that the driver will pickup today but I have to pay $100 extra. This was ridiculous. Even though on their website and also the first person I spoke to said $700 (later changed to $693) for the whole deal but since I was stuck and wasted almost 7 days I agreed. They sent me email with new contract price of $793. They charged my credit card $250 and told that I pay the drive $543 upon delivery. They emailed me the invoice with driver's contact. I contacted the driver to confirm what time would he be stopping by my house to pickup the car and he said HE SAID HE IS NOT PICKING UP TODAY. This was an absolute worst level service. I called the main number and they started making excuses that there is problem with the truck. I told the person that the whole point of paying extra $100 so it gets picked up today but the guy was stubborn and would not even listen. I asked my order to be cancelled and the person said there will be cancellation fee (WOW!!!). THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had with any company. read more

Buyer Beware! This company will give you an artificially low quote to get you to hire them. They will be unable to locate a driver to accept the delivery because of the ridiculously low quote. You can check their website for the status of your order, and it will always say they are searching for a driver. Your pickup window will come and go with absolutely no communication from them. When you call them to find out what is going on, you will likely get an AI phone message system, which is unhelpful and frustrating. If you are persistent in calling and perhaps a bit lucky, you will actually eventually reach a live person. When you say you want to cancel the order, they will tell you that you must do so in writing and email it to a certain email address. When you send the required email, it will bounce back as undeliverable. Even when you try again. When I called over and over again and finally reached a live person, they did actually acknowledge my request to cancel, and sent an email confirming that, but said it would take 24-48 hours to process. Yay - done with this unprofessional outfit at last! But that's not the end of the story. Then the persistent phone calls, text messages and emails begin. They threatened to put my order on hold if I didn't respond, which seemed stupid since they already acknowledged I had submitted a cancellation. After days of this, I finally accepted a call I knew was coming from them and yelled at them that they had already been fired and to stop harassing me. Then, and only then, did they finally confirm that the order was in fact cancelled. I have rebooked with another company who has so far been nothing but professional. Yes, it will cost more. But the number I was quoted by Navi was never going to be honored anyhow (just see the numerous online reviews that complain about the price being jacked up after a driver is assigned). CAUTION- if looking for a reliable auto transport company, think carefully before calling Navi Auto Transport. I booked 2 reservations to ship cars for college kids. Every representative I spoke on the phone with said all the right things, but sadly nothing they said was put into action. Car 1 was estimated to be picked up between 8/4-8/6 to arrive at new location on or after 8/13. On 8/6, I received a call that a driver was ready but he wanted $300 more dollars for the trip. I had already signed a contract for specific amounts and said I would not agree to paying more. So that driver passed. On 8/8 I was called by a different driver to pick up. He worried he couldn't make appropriate turns in our neighborhood so wanted me to meet him at a nearby gas station that he would walk to and get my car. He said he'd park his trailer on freeway off-ramp & load my car there. This didn't seem safe- I said I wanted to see my car being safely loaded, not on the side of a freeway. We then agreed to meet at a Walmart truck loading zone. We met, he began checking the car getting ready to load and told me he'd deliver it on 8/12. I reminded him that my order said delivery is on or after 8/13 as no one will be present to pick up car. Driver said he couldn't and left. I called Navi back again and was told I am a priority so it will be picked up by a different driver later in the evening of 8/8. No other driver was assigned so at the end of the evening I called Navi and was again told I am a priority, asking me to please give them the opportunity to make this right. I was told that I would be called back on 8/9 with confirmation. I got no call so I called. Representative who assured me he'd handle this, even saying " you & I will be cheersing our coffees over the phone when your car is picked up tomorrow (8/9) but funny thing, he had 8/9 off. Not sure how he was going to handle this and/or cheers when he's not even working. Multiple calls talking to Jordan, Aaron, Carl, Michael and a few others I forgot the names, and ALL said I could trust them, they'll handle this, etc. When I finally called to officially cancel both cars and request my deposit refund, I was one again told, if you give me a chance I will personally get this towed in a day or 2. I declined- enough was enough. I tried to be patient and give them the opportunity multiple times to make this right, and yet not one was able to back their words with actions. Sending your child across the country is stressful enough, avoid yourself the extra stress and look to other more reliable transporters. read more

Negative 10. Their LOW BALL offered price is bait and switch tactic, don't fall for it! I gave them earliest pickup date with the expectation and assurance from them that shipping from NY state to arrive in Phoenix AZ, by the time I was flying into Phoenix on 11/1. The car was not picked up until the day AFTER my flight meaning I had to stay in a hotel waiting for the car for almost a week! Seriously? How much did that cost? A LOT. Then they had the audacity to tell me that "the driver came a long distance to pick up the car" an obvious lie as I am in a major hub. They used that lie to up charge and demanded $200 above price quoted to pick up my car but not until the day of my flight knowing I was in a very vulnerable position. Don't fall for this huge scam. Their touted tracking device does NOT work, when I called to find out the location of the car they WOULD NOT TELL ME and said the driver would call me, then hung up on me. I made many such calls and it was always the same. NO INFO, no call back etc. The phone rep finally stated delivery would be today or tomorrow. More total BS. Wanna guess if that happened? I have to check out of my hotel reservation within 24 hours and have no idea if my car will be here or not. Avoid these guys like the plague! I contracted with Navi on 11/4 for an ENCLOSED transport, with my car being available 11/6. They made all of the "pick up within 3 business days promises." I am writing this review at the close of business on 11/13. Nothing. I never heard from them except for their automated emails. Finally, after business day 4, when I called, I was met with excuses and an attitude. What really bothered me was that I never received any indication that they cared at all. Even their AI customer service bot "Benny" had an attitude. Their only solution after a week was a 50% price increase to get an enclosed carrier. I called them every day after the 4th business day, with them making promises of a callback in 30 minutes. Nothing. No call backs. I have cancelled my contract with them and am moving on to Montway Auto Transport, which I should have done sooner. Once again, had I gotten the slightest implication they cared in the least, I might have given them more time, but they don't care. Save yourself the frustration. read more

I had a terrible experience with Navi. We contracted with Navi months in advance of our scheduled transport date. When the transport date arrived we were told they were still trying to find a carrier. This happened on the next couple days. Finally, I told them we needed the car picked up since we were flying south the following day. They said they found a carrier but he wanted an extra $200 and couldn't pick up the car until the next day. We had no choice but to pay. Luckily, we had a relative that was there to give them the keys. To make things worse they said that car would be delivered on a Saturday morning. We were away from our home on Friday morning when we received a message that the car would be delivered in an hour! We needed to cancel our plans and rush home. We received no call/ warning that the car would be delivered a day early! So bottom line, don't trust their price, pickup date or delivery date. read more
