What a lie! The best Carne Asada fries is the US? I would say the worst a rip off. Just decided to try for the first and last time. 1st the portion is so freakin small for $15.99. This spot has become one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. They are in North Las Vegas on Craig rd across the street from Craig Ranch Park The customer service is excellent. They show love when I enter, even the cook says what up. I order my chicken fries simply with french fries, chicken beans, and their delicious tomatillo green sauce. It never takes long for my food to come. The food is seasoned ideally, so shout out to the cook. It's always nice to have new food options on the north side. I am still heart broken about Rivas taking the old spot of 808 Hawaiian, but change is ever constant in Sin City. When you walk in the set up is similar to a Roberto's. You order at the counter and have the option of eating in and taking your food to go. Their menu is pretty vast ranging from salads to tacos to carne asada fries - lots of options! On my recent visit I had the shrimp salad. The photo on the menu is what sold me and while it was not exactly 100% to the photo, it still looked good. The flavor was overall pretty good. I do wish they would have chopped up the tomatoes and that the avocado was a little more fresh, but still good. I'd say this place is a small step up from Roberto's, but it's not anything ground breaking or unique. I'm sure I'd come back again for a quick lunch option. read more

They have a large variety of different styles of fries and Nachos, they are large portions and have great flavors. Customer service was good and even received a free taco with Yelp Check In. Service was fairly fast and we were asked if we wanted any salsa on the side as they don't have their salsa bar available for customers to self serve. The carnitas fries were fire best that we have had in Las Vegas coming from California it has been difficult finding a place we enjoy. The chicken taco they gave for check in was huge and very flavorful I will diffidently order a chicken taco again along with their fries. Being surrounded by so many different variations of Mexican food, it is honestly all about your particular style and taste that pleases you. Some people like whole Frijoles, some like it more watered, some people like their arroz with the more tex- mex vibe, others like it plain. I honestly try it all. As some days I'm in the mood for different things. I wanted to come try the tacos here as I've seen this place several times. Upon entering you walk up to the counter, place your order then find seating. I was quickly greeted with friendly customer service and given a menu. I opted for the 2 taco plate made with soft tacos opposed to hard, with pico, and guac. I got the Pastor and Carnitas. The Pastor was one of the best I've had in awhile. I had this food delivered and I didn't get everything that I had requested. When I called up there and spoke to Enrique, he was very unhelpful, stating that they were busy, he apologized and said there was nothing he could do for me. This review is an update to the review I sent previously. I am changing my review from a 5 to a 3 because of a bad customer service incident that happened. I went into the restaurant and ordered two carnitas taco meals. On one of the meals they forgot to put all of the toppings on the tacos which we didn't find out until we got all the way home. I called them back and complained and the response I received was to come back to the restaurant so they can add the missing toppings to the tacos. First of all, the tacos in both meals would be cold by the time I went all the way back just so they could add the toppings. They should have offered to redo our meals so that we could eat our hot meals at the same time. We told them that we won't be back to their restaurant again and we never went back. Food was great but then fraudulent charges to our bank account, called spoke with Anthony Montero just to ask if they used a business account that was charging our card he could not 100% confirm I tried speaking to a manager who could confirm to get to the bottom of my concern (not saying they did the fraud but it is possibly them) he told me I wouldn't be able to speak to anyone until tomorrow morning which I understand but that I would be wasting my time!
