It is a veteran's service…read moreorganization, so it's generally not open to the public - although a member can sign in a guest, and members of other veterans service organizations have access. The post was remodeled about three years ago, and the ground floor members lounge is very nice. They have cooks on staff and have daily specials in addition to a regular menu. The food is always good here, and the service is good. And since it's a member's organization, the prices are very reasonable. Nice post, and nice people.

As a paying customer, I requested that another news station be setup (they did have MSNOW but turned it to MSNBC then changed it to Fox). The staff said they were unable to change it and when I asked a second time, the woman just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I asked in FB messenger and got no response. I do not think it is fair to impose political opinions on customers. I will not renew membership.

The "employees" for the most part are retirees who were coincidentally members of the gym prior to their employment there. It's a welcoming, fun, friendly atmosphere to get fit in. The ladies that posted these hurtful, negative reviews apparently have expectations from somewhere else. Kimberly, the staffed hours are on the door. Do you regularly go to a business that has their posted hours 8am-7pm at 9pm or 6am? Energy Gym is accessible for use by members 24/7/365. I suppose you expect them to pay someone to staff it at 3am in the hope someone wants to join a gym at that ungodly hour. Margaret, really, you went during posted staffed hours and no one was working. I call BS. You both sound quite like entitled whiners that should just stay where you came from. I went in to Energy Gym for my usual 7:30am workout. Saw many of the usuals but the number of people working out was double because of the number of visitors there! So Kimberly, you drove 30-45 minutes to either West OC or Millsboro. And Margaret, honestly what local gym, if any, did you join that has the classes, equipment, terrific staff and friendly members Energy Gym has? Your loss ladies.
