BUT, the mall hangs in there. Many empty and vacant store locations. Hardly any shoppers and difficult to locate any sales people. It is DIRTY. As in built up grime over years of not being cleaned very well. It DOES have a GQT brand with 16 theaters plus IMAX and is used by locals as an air-conditioned pace to walk for exercise. I honestly don't know who's responsible--The Super Duper Spot or The Joinery--but passing the blame back and forth doesn't help the customer. If birthday rewards are being discontinued, any rewards that have already been sent out should still be honored through their expiration date. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and a pretty crappy way to treat someone on their birthday.

Sure, it doesn't seem like a lot but compare it to the more... simplistic malls. Did have to knock a star off for value, because everything here is quite expensive. I even tried to get my niece's ears pierced at a jewelry kiosk that does piercings, but the lady working there said that she was unable to because she already packed up everything. lol what?!
