Really terrible customer service. Needed a hitch installed on my car but no shop I've spoken with carries the ONLY SINGLE MODEL OF HITCH that's ever been designed for this vehicle, so I ended up buying it online myself. Called them up to see if they could give me a quote for installation and was just told flat out, "We don't install customer parts," but "I absolutely know we will have to order this part." Really don't get it. Seems like they just want to take something extra off the top of the parts charge. read more

Went & got a trailer hitch & tie down hooks installed this morning. The guy quoted me $126 for the tie down hooks, just got home & noticed I got paid $91 for install of the hooks, WTF? Parts were $70 & so the $126 should of been installed. Owning a business where 99% of my contacts use trailers I'll definitely put the word out about this place, straight rip off!!!!!! UPDATE & Response to their response-First of all how many customers do u "accidentally" overcharge? As a business owner u & I both know this is unacceptable! I broke the wiring attachment off our utility trailer. We had called before. And they said the device was about $8. So I drove down there and Ron/Roy ( I am so sorry I cannot remember his name) was extremely helpful. I showed him pictures of what I had broke and he was able to get it for me with no problem. It was the same price that they told me. And he offered for us to bring down our truck and trailer and they could install it. However, we were able to do it. After we got home, we called and spoke with him again and he was kind and gave us some tips on installing it to our trailer. He was not familiar with our trailer, I don't believe we ever brought this trailer in. But long story short they were incredible and very helpful and very affordable. Thanks guys! read more

I found myself in a bit of a bind yesterday. I was about to pick up my boat from being serviced and realized my new truck had a different size receiver than the size of the drop hitch I had. Went there to have a tow bar, weight distribution and electric tongue jack put on my new 17 foot Rv trailer. Tom helped me and another nice guy installed. They were so professional and knew what they were talking about. I even videoed them explaining how to set it up. I asked Tom to check on something having to do with my braking system on trailer. Under close inspection, he found a problem. I took it back to dealer and left it for repair. I am a older woman and they treated me so nice. I will go back and recommend them to anyone. Came here to have my hitch inspected. They were very professional and friendly. After a thorough inspection Mr. Schmitz took the time to break down their findings in a way I could understand; something I have rarely experienced in my 57 years. When it was determined that I needed to contact the original installer and that I should be careful driving, he sent one of his technicians to assist me and remove the heavy batteries from my wheelchair to make a safer load.
