If I could give zero stars I would. DON'T GO HERE ITS AWFUL Appointment time was 9 am. They finally got to me at 11 am. What's the point of having an appointment if u still have to wait 2 hours. Absolute joke. I have a rattling in my car. They did a full check and found $2000 worth of repairs. And none of it was for the rattle. They kept telling me "we can start with that." Start with $2000 in repairs for stuff I didn't bring it in for? I want the rattle fixed then look at that. And what kind of place can't figure out a problem with one of their own cars? read more

Buyer beware. They do the bait and switch on you. My husband talked to candida numerous times and she sent him the breakdown of the costs of the car. He even went in to talk to her and still had the price of the car matching what she sent him. We had scheduled an appointment with her so I could attend since I had pre approved financing. If I could remember the two men we dealt with I would certainly put it here. Because As soon as they came out with paperwork the car had increased by 2500 to 3,000 for dealer add ons that they would not remove. We didn't want the add ons. I normally choose an early appt because they can get super busy, but he manages to juggle all his customers, keep a smile on his face, and keep us all updated. He's really good with people! I normally choose to sit in the lounge and wait, and everytime he comes in to grab a customer since their vehicle is ready, he'll update the other customers too! I am shocked at how bad the service was! I would give zero stars if I could! I have previously bought a Elantra from this dealer and it was a wonderful experience. They had called me today and I explained my situation over the phone and their response was they could definitely work with me so I took the time out today to go and look at a bigger vehicle. They treated me terribly. The supervisor plain out told me he recommended me to go to a cheap used car dealer a buy a beater car. I can not believe that they would recommend that. We spent a few days car shopping and trying to decide between a couple of different vehicles. When we arrived here we were greeted by a nice salesman who then switch us to a different salesman Mo. Mo was great and informative, not pushy and really tried his best to get us a fair deal. The dealership was great we had lunch there, as they had a free taco station with drinks and even iPads lined up in their backroom which was perfect for my toddler to keep her busy. The only negative was as we pulled out of the dealership and parked to adjust the car seat we noticed 4 scratches on the side of the driver door which wasn't there before so figured it happened when it was getting washed before they gave it to us. I honestly didn't think they would do anything to fix it, since we drove off the lot already and we were so tired of the long day to notice it when we first got in. But the day after, Mo called to checkup on how everything was going, so I just mentioned that to him and he quickly talked to his boss and was able to have us come in and fix it for us!! What great customer service! That shows you that they care for their customers and my husband plans on buying a car next so this move on them was great. read more

If the workers don't want to work there, why would any customer want to be there? Terrible service experience for my family. My husband had an appointment today for a simple oil change. Nobody greeted my husband when he arrived even though it wasn't busy. When he asked for help someone at the desk said they would get to him in a bit. They seemed disinterested. When they finally helped him they said it would it would take an hour to do the scheduled oil change. What should have been 1 hour became 1 hour and 45 minutes. This was ridiculous since this was a scheduled appointment and an oil change shouldn't take that long. When asked what was taking so long, the service advisor didn't even check on the car. I feel horrible for my husband that what should have been a quick oil change for my car turned into a long visit where he felt dismissed by the team working there. We are looking forward to the Moreno Valley Hyundai for our next service. read more

The best service and customer waiting area is in Riverside but all the local dealerships do a good job in service. I don't know who in the area will give the best deal on a new car but I encourage people to get several prices on the same model with desired options. The last time I bought new I went with True Car for my best deal and Carmax to find out what my 2011 model was worth. Don't blame the dealer if you got a bad deal do your research. read more
