    I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with the customer service team at the service department regarding my spider-cracked screen. This is the second time in just two years that I've experienced this exact issue, and the handling by the service team (particularly Wendy) was just as difficult as the first time. Despite this being a recurring problem--serious enough to have sparked a class action lawsuit--I was met with resistance and unhelpful responses. Instead of assisting or acknowledging the repeated defect, the process was made unnecessarily hard, leaving me feeling dissatisfied and unsupported. This experience has completely eroded my trust in both the product and the service department. I sincerely hope the company addresses these ongoing quality and customer service issues, as no customer should have to go through this twice for the same defect. My issue still was left unresolved since they require I cover more than 70% of the expenses as if this was something I caused, when they specifically pointed out it was due to heat.

    Beautiful 2025 Mazda CX 30

    I would like to thank Jeremy and the team at Riverside Mazda. I had great customer service. Jeremy was very helpful in listening to my needs to help me make a selection. I bought a 2025 Mazda, CX 30 and I love it. Everyone was so helpful. The manager gave me an amazing deal and a fabulous trade in value. I was able to finance at an affordable interest rate.     New car from them

    Originally had a great experience at Riverside Mazda working with Jeremy to lease my Mazda CX-90, but unfortunately, that changed once I received the final bill from Mazda Financial Services. I was charged for things that the dealership had specifically told me would be covered at the time of the lease. One major issue was the pull-ahead program. I was clearly told it would cover the remaining couple of payments on my old Mazda as long as the new lease was under the same household , which it was. Turns out, that wasn't the case at all. Now I'm stuck with charges I was led to believe would be taken care of. I've leased 16 Mazdas in a row, including two from this dealership, but this will be my last. It's unfortunate, because it's dealers like this that damage the brand's reputation. Instead of owning the mistake or trying to make things right, Jeremy simply texted me saying there's nothing they can do. No accountability, no effort to fix the situation. Stay away from this dealer, once the deal is done, you're on your own.

However, compared to Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, which frequently offers complimentary diagnostic coupons and service promotions, the overall value was not as attractive. I am not certain whether this shop uses genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. In my opinion, aftermarket parts or parts represented as "OEM equivalent" do not match the quality and reliability of genuine Mercedes-Benz dealership parts. I recommend that customers verify exactly what parts are being installed and compare pricing with the dealership before authorizing repairs. The biggest issue that caused this shop to lose my business involved my son's vehicle being diagnosed by Jojo as having flood damage. We filed an insurance claim, and after speaking with the insurance adjuster, I learned that a request had been made for the insurance company to send payment directly to the shop. Because the vehicle was fully paid off, I expected any insurance payment arrangements to be discussed with me first. I was upset because I never authorized direct payment to the shop. After arranging for the insurance payment to be sent directly to me instead, I later contacted Anita regarding repairs to my vehicle. The repair quote I received was significantly higher than I expected, which caused me concern about the overall cost of the repairs. Another issue that negatively affected my experience was a comment Anita made to me: "You are lucky you got part of the adjuster money; you would have gotten NOTHING elsewhere lol." I found that statement unprofessional, inappropriate, and disrespectful. Overall, I strongly encourage customers to compare repair estimates directly with the dealership before authorizing work. In my experience, independent shops are not always less expensive than dealerships. While some shops advertise lower hourly labor rates, the final estimate may increase through additional labor hours or other charges. Customers should also consider transportation costs. Unlike Walters Mercedes-Benz, which provided transportation assistance and a loaner vehicle, Prestige Automotive did not offer me a ride, rideshare service, or a loaner vehicle. As a result, customers may need to pay for rental vehicles or arrange their own transportation, which can significantly increase the overall cost and inconvenience of the repair. You will end up paying more than a dealership for less quality than a dealership . Based on my experience, careful comparison shopping is essential before deciding where to service your vehicle.

    I had such a great experience with King of Hybrid Auto Repair and I honestly can't recommend them…read moreenough. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out to me. In some ways, I feel like the quality of work was even better than what I've experienced at a Tesla service center. They fixed the AC blower motor on my 2017 Tesla Model S and it made a huge difference right away. Everything was done efficiently and professionally, and they kept me informed the entire time. I also really appreciated that they use OEM Tesla parts because it gave me peace of mind knowing the repair was done the right way. What I loved most was how transparent they are. They use a system that texts you updates and actually shows you the parts that need attention, so you can see exactly what's going on with your car. It made me feel comfortable and confident that they were being honest and not trying to get over on me. On top of that, they took the time to provide me with a maintenance plan so I can keep my car in the best shape possible. That meant a lot because it shows they really care about helping you take care of your vehicle long term. If you have a Tesla or hybrid, I definitely recommend going to King of Hybrid Auto Repair.
