I get that a lot of the servers are not professional servers. For the mezze platter, it would've been helpful to have an explanation of what was on it. Basically they brought the food. They took our order and that was it. Parents: they have one kids meal which included four chicken kebabs and a side of either rice or fries ($18). The price felt very steep for a kids meal. The Ezme was delicious and very fresh but takeout did not include table bread that you usually use to dip in the Ezme. The way it was provided, the only way to eat it is with a spoon, I guess, like a cold soup. The lamb shish was not as tender, and the bread was tough and chewy. Very hard to chew. Ordering lamb shish in the restaurant was a completely different and much more delicious experience; especially when the bread is fresh and hot. The cheese pide was delicious. The cheese was flavorful, and the bread was flavorful and tender. I would order it again. Dessert was the best thing we ordered. The Apple baklava is just amazing and I can't recommend it enough. Although I seemed to remember when I had this at the restaurant, it came with a scoop of ice cream, which is not probably feasible for to go.
